Leadfoot Linda's is the only place to take your vehicle to for any work or maintenance in the Vail Valley. Whether it be a regular routine oil change and service or a new set of brakes this is the place. Jeff, Kenny and their crew are extremely fair, honest and professional the second you walk through their door. Don't waste your time and money going to any other auto shop in the area. Bumper to bumper I trust the experience and professionalism of Leadfoot Linda's.

Arrived to the airport to find our car with quite a few sensor lights going off. This place was recommended and we had never been here before. The nicest man helped us out He hooked up a sensor and figured out what was wrong with our car . It was a simple fix for him, but it made a world of difference in how we were going to enjoy the next few days. He didn t charge us and just wanted us to come back for our future automotive needs. He just gained a loyal customer. We will be back. Super honest and very knowledgeable! Thank you !!!!

Jeff Roberts and Leadfoot Linda's set the highest standards for 5-star recognition for customer service for auto repair and maintenance. Unmatched expertise as they inspect your car and spec necessary and should-do repairs and replacements. Remarkable efficiency and competence as they tackle systemic problems in a car and complete all work speedily. Three times now I've been dazzled as the crew estimated a day or two for comprehensive work ... and briefed me on all the work completed within 3 or 4 hours. Trust is the word -- I totally trust Jeff and his team in what they tell me and tighten up on my car. Jeff and his team are personable, friendly, and professional in explaining in detail how they've restored your car to top-line condition -- confirmed in test-drives. Arrived with an oil leak from under the vehicle. We were stranded. They came to the rescue by correctly identifying the problem. They were then so honest about the price and spectrum of work, offering to call around to other locations where the problem could be handled in a quicker manner. Rude behavior! I arrived at 10am today for a scheduled oil change. The counter person, I believe Jeff, greeted me and advised that the service would be completed at noon. Not expecting a 2 hour wait, I asked why it would take that long. He could have simply explained the details of the service and that it included a thorough and comprehensive engine check, which I would have been totally fine with. Instead he responded by telling me there s a Valvoline just down the street. The tone of his message was that if I didn t like it I could take my business elsewhere, which I did. If that s how they treat customers at the counter from the get-go I can t help but think some of that attitude likely spills over into other areas of their service.

My bus had a drive shaft issue while coming down Vail Pass, it turned out to be the Parking Break Assembly attached to the drive shaft. Jeff was able to diagnose and quote the issue within a day. The repair was done the day after the part arrived. The work was completed quickly and Jeff provided great feedback along the way. Very professional and easy to work with!
