I broke some exhaust manifold bolts a couple weeks ago and called about a dozen places in and around Colorado Springs, no one could get to me for like 4-5 days. Called the friendly folks at Wagner and told them I had to get back to Michigan ASAP for a family emergency. The service department told me they would move some stuff around and get started on me the next morning. Sure enough they did, they even gave me a ride to a local hotel as well. Can t say enough about Wagner CAT. Great job!

Unfortunately they are a requirement if you own anything Cat. Pay attention to your billing with them. I paid an invoice for $28k and 39days latter they sent me the exact same invoice, word for word that was $17499.25 more

We took our RV to Wagner five months ago after we initially scheduled an appointment with another truck repair and had to wait two weeks to get seen.Fortunately, we discovered our new RV in fact had a CAT engine and were given Wagner's name as an authorized servicer. Not only did they call us back within the hour, they told us to bring the RV in immediately and they would work us in. We held our breath, because we anticipated our repair bill would mount in the thousands of dollars or at least the minimum $500 the other place was planning to charge us just to look at it.The entire team gave us quick, friendly, and competent service every step of the way. After running the diagnostics, they determined that we needed two new fuel filters. Within an hour, they had them replaced, we happily paid the $150.38 we owed them, and we were on the road again--very happy customers.I would definitely recommend the Wagner team if you have an RV or truck with a CAT diesel in need of qualified, competent repair. They were a pleasure to work with.

Paid $1550 for them to tear up the top half of my rebuilt engine on my box truck, after bringing it in for a diagnosis and to get minor repairs because check engine light was flashing on and off. They condemned the rebuilt motor, and said to come pick it up. They said i had to tow it out of there, because they didn't bother to put it back together. Said it would cost me another $2000-$3000 for them to put it back together. (So, @ $5000 to get it back either not running at all, or running worse than when i brought it in). They left the parts in a box in the back of the truck.I drove the truck there 4 weeks prior, and expected to drive it home. Had no choice but to have it towed, another $300.Furthermore, they bent a rod upon disassembling the head. Terrible communication, bad business, and they don't seem to care about "the smallguy"..Stay away from Wagner, unless you have unlimited wealth.
