I was honestly skeptical when I drove up because it s a slightly older building, but I m so glad I stayed! I got right in and was done in 10-15 minutes. I ve also never seen mechanics that enjoy their job as much as they do. They were happy and smiled and very down to earth. I will definitely be coming back for all of my oil changes!

Such wonderful customer service! I am horrible with names, but the beautiful gal with glasses and short hair and man with glasses and short hair helped out so much! I highly recommend going here when these two are working!! Thank your for the oil ch!

Absolutely great experience. Was in and out fast with an oil change. Other places were 2+ hour wait. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

Really nice people. Sure it cost you a little more than usual but for efficient and quality work without having to drop off your car and come back later, I think it s worth it. Support smaller businesses!

Such great service. I called about a differential flush and they told me when to come by for the person who can do this service. When I showed up they remembered I had called about it and they were just so helpful. I get my oil changed here and would recommend them for that as well. I truly appreciate the work they do in making sure my car keeps running smoothly.

Fantastic service! Quick and efficient - I was in and out in just 15 minutes. I particularly appreciated that they didn't waste time trying to upsell unnecessary services like showing me my air filter. Highly recommend!

Fast a friendly staff. The older Hispanic man Javier was very nice. I think he might be a newer employee, but he was a pleasure to work with. The girl (didn't catch her name) working under the was calling out the work she was completing to Javier during the oil change. Very friendly service, but they need to update their system to accept their own wiper blade coupons. Otherwise, fast and friendly.

100$ oil change. Didn t fill washer fluid, didn t check tires or show me the new fill level, spilled oil everywhere,. Showed me a brand new filter with my brand new filter and asked if I wanted another new filter. I m just not sure why I paid 100$ for this service. The guy ask my mileage then the credit card. No other interactions they don t do anything wrong per se however I probably wouldn t got back. There were no other cars there at the time nor anyone behind me.

I had never been here before and tried the quincy location earlier with no help. I would recommend the Smoky Hill location though. Blu was ready and waiting in the service bay. He was fast and friendly.

I had a phenomenal experience while getting an oil change at the SmokyHill & Buckley location today. The service was quick, employees were very friendly, and Javi "forgive me if I have his name wrong" went above and beyond to help me with an issue completely unrelated to my oil change that no one else has been able to figure out. The people that were there were kind and so respectful I had no idea what I was doing and they talk to me through it and help me understand the process of what they were doing. They were amazing. They were relatively cheap and they help me figure out why my check engine light came on they were just super kind and I highly recommend going there if you haven t or continuing to go back because it was a great experienceService: Oil change
