First thing: make an appointment ahead of time to get a wheel alignment! I recently did a bunch of maintenance to my aging Subaru (CVs, coilovers, ball joints, tie rod ends, sway end links) and needed an alignment after. I attempted to make appointments before I had finished, and had to cancel twice; they were accommodating to my errors. They did a fantastic job aligning the wheels. They came to me about an issue in the rear and let me decide how I wanted to proceed instead of doing work and giving me an unexpected charge, which I appreciated. My car has a lot of sentimental value to me and I normally do not like other people touching it, but I felt comfortable here. I checked wheel alignment prices at multiple businesses and theirs were the lowest. I know a lot about cars, and at no point did they try to lie to me, nor tell me I needed parts replaced that I didn't. They seem to be pretty honest, which is awesome.To conclude, they are a busy shop; set aside time after you hand over the keys to your vehicle and let them do the job properly, as working on cars is time consuming. The shop dog is such a good boy! Thanks to everyone there that helped me today!

I m never disappointed with this place! I ve gone to places that have over-diagnosed, over-charged, made me feel silly for now knowing more about cars, uninformed, and objectified. THIS PLACE though is AMAZING, staff is always working hard and always letting you know what s going on, AND their prices are fair!! Upfront and honest about repairs, how necessary or how long you can wait, and with quotes! Big Bonus for the shop dog! Such a cute, good old boy!

To the staff and crew here at Stan s, I can t describe how profound their service is. You will be well taken care of in your time of need. I m a dad of 4 with an only vehicle. Recently the roads were bad and after sliding down a hill into a curb I needed an expert to look at my truck. After being told by many others they were too busy or didn t look at anything older than a 2012, Stan s graciously took time to help us. Made an appointment, my vintage custom vehicle was in the alignment bay 5 minutes after scheduled time.Mechanics found the problem and repaired accordingly with full detailed explanations of source of problem.Alignment was successful. Office and shop personnel were professional yet down to earth and very honest.I will return with other classic (or non) vehicles and recommend to my friends, family and others. They have serviced my old 1998 Honda CR-V twice and both times the cost was less than I expected and the service was prompt and professional. Anthony is wonderful and is always extremely patient and kind, and explains things so it makes sense. He was able to solve a mystery problem no one else could figure out. I feel like I have a place I can trust to take my car anytime I have an issue and that's a rare find!

Horrible Shop....a bunch of pirates... Not friendly ..only looking to take advantage of people and up charge services that aren't necessary. .Timing chain water pump.. was marked on top of motor..??Brought vehicle here originally because I thought the shop was still ran by the original owners..what a mistake ..gave me a quote of $4000..when I didn't go for that, they started treating me Crappy. Vehicle started fine.. and when I went to pick it up ..Battery was dead ( what a joke who knows if they sabotaged my vehicle Im so disappointed in the way I was treated..if you have Credit cards to max out..this is the place to go..other wise stay away...There Are better shops out there ...please do your homework...

skeptical at the quality of brake service i just paid for.... based on the condition of my car when i picked it up. there are pieces of the inside that are not put together correctly and a white film/splatter all over the inside?? See photos!!! I will NOT be back.

They did amazing job on front and rear brakes. Finished in one day. Fixed other minor issues that they seen. Easy people to talk to and quality work.

I would need to write a book with all the things this place has done for me. Anthony is the most patient and trustworthy mechanic I've ever dealt with and I will ALWAYS be a customer. Literally the ONLY thing I could say is sometimes repair timing is off but not all of it is his control. Either way, anything dealing with brakes, tires, and alignment go to him!!

The only shop that touches any of my cars. Performed a 4-wheel alignment in about 15 minutes while I waited. Very friendly staff, very reasonable prices. If you need an alignment, go to Stan's.

The lady at the front desk that takes the calls and schedules the appointments is very professional and kind. She should be treated better. I don t know if keely is the owner of this shop but if so that is disappointing . The way he treated the lady at the front desk is unacceptable and she deserves more . He s very rude to her and he was even rude to me. I wasn t a walk in customer. I scheduled an appointment to have my car looked atTo get a diagnosis. When the lady asked him if he was available for a test drive to diagnose the problem with my car he went off on her saying he can t just dropEverything hes doing.. stating that he didn t have the time. He was visibly already upset about what may have already been a stressful time for him, which is understandable. We are all going through things. He went off on her for having me come in. To my knowledge he already had too much on his plate and me needing assistance seemed to have triggered him. He told me he was busy and didn t have time (for my scheduled) appointment, again, understandable things happen. I didn t appreciate his tone and aggression towards me and the kind lady at the desk. He gave me an attitude saying do you want me to look at your car or not I came to this place because myDad has brought his car here for years and this same man, keely always took good care of him. After this experience I didn t want to do any business at that shop. I hope that nice lady at the front desk has something really good coming to her. I hope she can be treated better.

These folks performed a detailed alignment job ... on my peculiar 1988 Ford Bronco 2 ... during the very week that every single person in east Denver with a broken car got their stimulus checks and jammed the schedules of area shops ... and they did it same day.There's no substitute for experience! Went in with a Lexus GX470, a vehicle known for alignment issues (hard to correct with the kdss models ie. drives left, after a correction it seems to drive to the right in a few days). After a $65 alignment, the GX is fine.A day after the alignment I drive over 500 miles straight and it is still holding up.As for the owner, he seems like a straightforward dude. We talked for about 5 minutes before he took the GX in the shop. During the conversation we laughed a little, and even talked about the ongoing battle with the neighboring restaurant. Some sort of agreement/disagreement over a parking lot.Overall the job was done right and I can't complain.

Stan s deserves a gazillion stars in my opinion.After hitting a lake sized pothole back in May and dealing with steering issues and crunching sounds that the dealership misdiagnosed, and another shop wouldn t touch once they discovered the issue and advised me to contact my insurance because it was out of their wheelhouse. So while waiting for an appointment at one of my insurance s preferred shops where I feared the worst after being told that my car was probably a total loss, I decided to go rogue and look for an old school shop that had experience with the type of repair I needed, and I reached out to Stan s based on the reviews I read. From the get go, they were exactly what I was hoping to find- now here s the thing- they don t give you fancy coffee while you wait, nor is their office decked out in expensive furniture- WHICH IS A GOOD THING! It means they re not over charging you for luxuries! Stan s is about as bare bones as it gets with the exception of some random tchotchkes hanging out behind the counter with Janet (who is an absolute peach by the way). Kealy and his team were straight to the point, honest, and understanding when I told them I couldn t afford the repair out of pocket. They happily agreed to work with my insurance and were super helpful when it came to communicating with me and helping me navigate the insurance process. They didn t make me feel stupid because I m a woman (which is a common issue I ve run into with auto repair folks), they explained everything to me without an air of pretentiousness, and they had my car fixed the day the parts came in. My car drives better than it did when I bought it 6 months ago, and the price of repairs came in a little lower than anticipated. Stan s is my go to now and I will be recommending them to everyone I know.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I brought a van for alignment, the work was going to last 1 hour so a went to have my lunch to the next door restaurant when I was walking back to Stan's, a black dodge charger came out from the alley too fast that I got to jump back protecting myself. The driver was a mechanic from this shop. I told him almost joking "thanks for the brake" he yeld "what's at" "get out my face" he was really aggressive and ready to fight. The lady at front desk apologized thousand times, I told her "he should apologize not you he almost rolled over me" I noticed through the window the guy was laughing at me he and other guy she said is the estimater, I knew this area is dangerous but I never expected be treated like this as a customer. I will never do business in this place again.

Mannnnnn I went to this location from the word of love. I live downtown Denver. I drove there for the reason of the word. I paid for an alignment I didn't get. I called after I drove on the highway and could feel the same issue, no call returned. I give 3 out of 5 stars for the vibes of the people I interacted with...and also from the word of love because the referral is usually on point. I'll never return to donate my money. If you have to question the service you paid for... you are probably paying the wrong people. My life lesson, trying to keep you from wasting your money.

Got our 72 Dodge Dart aligned perfectly and the price was SIGNIFICANTLY lower than we expected. We looked all over for an alignment, we could not find a place where they would even consider working on an older car. Honest, friendly, old school and do one hell of a great job.

These guys took care of my truck! I told Anthony it sounded horrible, wretched squealing grind like something was going to break when I turned the wheel. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it for less than they quoted me! It drives great now. These guys are legit honest and do good solid work. A year ago I gave them 5 stars.Now that have replaced my tires.They told me I need an alignment.As my tires were worn in the inside edge.Let's see if they do the right thing.

Awesome work on lowered cars! If you are frustrated trying to find a shop to align your lowered car in Aurora/Denver look no further than Stan's.
