Had a fantastic experience! Such an honest and great man. Stayed late for me on a Saturday to get me back on the road. Forever grateful for all of his help. Definitely my go to mechanic in Denver/Aurora!

Mr. D!Has terrible customer service. He's had my car 2 weeks as of today. My car is still not ready. This not a first he has kept my car hostage. This is not a first come first serve business. I called to asked when will be a good time to bring the car. He said Wednesday 7/17. I dropped my car 7/17 before the business was open. You always have to call him to find out the status of your car. I rented a car the first week, had to add on additional week. Very costly! He told me what the problem was, however when I stopped by the shop. He had only moved the car in the garage. Nothing had been done to the car. I called on Friday 7/26. He said car would be ready by Saturday 7/27. Car not done and not answering the phone. I called Monday, Tuesday not answering the phone or not calling me. Today he answered the phone just to tell me to call him tomorrow at the same time it should be done. This is testing my faith. I never refer business to him for this reason. Can't do business with our people. If I don't get my car tomorrow I will be calling a lawyer.

I have used SND multiple times over the past 5yr. I have always had great service, the price was reasonable, and the work was done in a timly manner and done right.I would be confident referring friends and family to shop

Always super happy with everything. The work is excellent, always above and beyond! Quick service. Great trouble shooting. I'm just so happy we found SND.

Very friendly men, kind and helpful. He explained everything to me and I didn't feel ripped off got me out of there fast I will forever go to this shop.
