After an engine blow, Mark Stillwagon set me back on a path with my currently purchased truck. The previous owner had traded in the vehicle without notifying the dealer of any issue. I ended up with the issue. After many weeks of phone calls, emails and driving back up to Denver to pick up my truck, it was worth it. The truck runs great now and I have purchased my own personal "3rd party warranty" on my vehicle. Thank you short line for helping me get back in my vehicle and on the road again.

Juan was my guy. Definitely recommend. He explained everything to me in easy to understand words, as I am not a car guy. Worked with me on payments until we figured out a doable solution and will be making sure to get something fixed that I had pointed out. Much better experience buying a car here rather than another dealership I was at a few years ago. Thanks guys

Purchased a Buick encore today from them. Whole process was pretty painless. We were out the door for a good bit below MSRP. We worked with Juan and were able to work out a pretty good deal and were out the door without wasting a lot of time. All things considered it was a pretty good car buying experience.

We began using this service when Zuss owned it. We always had great service at a reasonable cost. However, our last visit resulted in a $40 charge for using a credit card. I understand that you are in business to make money for your service, but making money off of the credit card charges is too much. My husband was unaware of the credit card fee when he picked up the car. There was no explanation on the final receipt of what we were paying for, just our total amount. $1001.59 which had been $963 before the credit card fee. I find this a very dishonest practice - when you refused my husband's check on our last visit, then charged him to use a credit card. It appears you are getting in the business of money instead of cars. Many of the technicians that worked for the previous owner are terrific, and we will miss them. Not only are we not returning to Shortline Buick but we will be sharing our experience with our military friends and others.

We cannot say big good things about Juan and Lisa at Shortline GMC. My wife and I are return customers after a previous great experience. Since we were driving from out of town, Juan made sure everything was ready to go on the truck before we arrived. His attention to detail and overall care for us translated to a simplified deal process, especially since we traveled with our 8 month old. He was extremely knowledgeable and generous to do two test drives, one for my wife and one for me as the other spouse watched our little one. Lisa remembered us and we were able to quickly agree on a price that we both felt comfortable with. Lisa is very personable, fair and honest in her business negotiations, and always made us feel welcome. We will take any future vehicle purchases to Shortline and will highly recommend our friends and family to Shortline. Thank you!

AVOID! Don t go here for car services! Take your car elsewhere! BEWARE - Poor Appointment System, Poor Customer Service, Nickel & Dime Operations, Poor Communication. The entire intake team for the service center needs to be re-trained, including Jason Harris, who should be fired. I won t be back. I ve taken my 2018 Buick Enclave here 4x in 2023 - twice for oil changes, once for ski rack installation and once for repairs (only because it s close to home, thinking maybe it was the situation/a fluke/bad day, NOPE !) 2 cause they fixed repairs satisfactory, installed ski rack correctly, completed oil changes.1st & 2nd - Poor Appointment system, Poor Customer Service - they allow over 10 people to book the same time for an oil change, with no notice, and only tell you when you arrive that your wait is over an hour because of this; when you arrive you stand there and no one even greets you and asks you to wait a minute if they re busy, they just leave you standing there - rude.3rd - Nickel & Diming; Poor Communication - they charge a software update fee when getting an oil change WITHOUT ASKING (shows up on the bill, and so I thought it was a 1x thing, NOPE did it the 2nd time) - the other dealer said that s not necessary and they re nickel & diming.4th - Nickel & Diming - They have a service charge for paying with a credit card and not using CASH, and don t accept GM points with discounts and only tell you this upon arrival.5th - Poor Communication - They don t inform of your warranty, they miscommunicate appointments, offer no loaner for warranty repairs - they allowed me to book an appointment to fix an oil leak they told me I had a few months back, only to tell me upon arrival that they usually don t schedule oil leak repairs at that hour but they would do it. When I called several hours later the service clerk on the phone first thought I brought it in for a separate service then said the mechanic wasn t in that day for an oil leak fix but they were sure it was leaking from 2 places (the reason why I brought it in) - wasted my whole day! - when I picked it up I was spoken to condescendingly by the associate Jason Harris who said, I m pretty sure I told you a few months back we would need to keep it several days for fix with no mention of cost/estimate, my warranty and no offer of a loaner vehicle. I called GMC Autonation in Park Meadows for a 2nd opinion and was treated WAAY better! Was told I have a warranty and they would give me a loaner and was updated at every step. Save your time and your $ drive a little further away and get treated better! Smh! I won t go back to Shortline.

Very good experience working with Juan at this dealership. He was very knowledgeable on all the small details, pros and cons of each car. He took the time to test drive many cars and wanted me to feel confident in my choice when purchasing a car. Would highly recommend working with him. Financing was quick and easy as well. Worked with Juan Guzman on selecting from a variety of GMC Terrains. Very knowledgeable in the vehicles specs and options. So patient as we test drove one and then we did not like the format. So he would graciously show me some other GMC Terrains. I was adamant about only the GMC Terrain and within a mileage/price parameter. He even showed me one that was in the repair shop, which I immediately wanted and eventually purchased. Financing was very easy and fast too. Will definitely recommend Shortline GMC and Juan Guzman for my friends/family.Thank you

Bought my car here 4 years ago, and have been coming for regular service since. Everyone is always so nice, they explain what they are doing to your car, and the waiting area is comfortable. In addition, last week I came in a day earlier than my scheduled appt, and they got me in quickly and didn t make me feel bad about my mistake. Recommend this location!!

I bought a beautiful blue Jeep I ve wanted for years, it was in pristine condition and the small things that needed fixed were addressed by the service department. Steve was very helpful and flexible with me on what I was wanting as far as a pre-purchase inspection, I recommend this dealership if you see a car you re wanting!

Bought a 30k truck from here. Buying experience went well and i was happy. However a week later the ac broke. They told me they would get it fixed but when i brought the truck in service refused and the gentleman i bought it from was not in that day to address the issue so i was on my way with no ac after i was told it would get fixed.

Steve Cantrell was great in helping in setting up our new lease for a new GMC 1500 Sierra SLT diesel truck. He patiently searched for a truck with our list of items we wanted and eventually found one. He talked to us the during the whole process of setting up the lease after we did a drive in the truck and then went through all the features helping set up some of the new features right on the lot before we drove away. He contacted us later to see how we were doing with the new truck and made sure we would call with any questions or concerns, which makes you feel secure in your purchase. I wanted to give a better review because Juan was awesome, but I have a major problem, maybe with their service department that supposedly checks out these car, I purchased a car a week ago, 2020 Nissan Ultima with 30,000 miles on it. After a few days of having it home I realized I had a puddle of oil under my car in my garage. I called the dealership and said bring it down and we'll charge you to look at it and maybe fix it at a charge. They said these cars are checked out by their service department and all was good. Maybe you need to have a word with your service department, because this car was not ok. Won't be buying anything here again or recommending.

I'm not sure why they set up appts. I had an early morning appt on Thurs, dropped my vehicle off at 7am. It is now Friday and still no one contacted me or even looked at my vehicle. Now they say they may look at it on Monday???

Brendan was my sales associate, and he helped me out greatly during a stressful time. My car engine broke down in my old vehicle and instead of replacing it, I chose to buy something different. I wouldn't recommend going here if you need your car serviced. I scheduled a simple oil change, arrived early for my 1 o'clock appointment, and waited an hour and 45 minutes to get my vehicle back. Surprisingly, two individuals who arrived later than I did got their cars serviced before mine. Upon finally receiving my vehicle, I discovered they hadn't reset the oil life on the dash, and I lacked a new service sticker. The failure to complete such a basic task within an hour and 45 minutes is truly disappointing.

I was helping my mother buy a new car and the Buick Encore GX was the right one. After talking to several dealerships, one phone call with Matt Karros made it clear that we were going to purchase from Shortline. Matt was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgable. He was able to help me go through the differences of each trim level and find the one that suited my mom best. While he was very communicative, it never was pushy or made me feel like we were just another sale. Buying a car as a woman can be intimidating, however Matt made sure to walk me through all the options and made the process enjoyable. We are so happy with the car and will certainly be back for any future car needs.

Jeff stayed in contact with me. he was very patient with my going back and forth between Buick and GMC . I was a three week pita for him, i'm sure. i finally decided on the terrain. jeff's patient's again i tested, when my first time buying a new car, i asked a thousand questions when going over the paperwork. I'm happy how I was treated. no pressure at all. I got the full tour. I met the service people. that was helpful I thought, so when it's time to come in for oil change, I know where to go. very happy with Short line GMC.

I went In for an oil change and my car came back with a dent in the driver side door. They returned the car to me knowing it was dented. Why even have me come down there knowing it needs to be fixed again. Luckily I got back out of my car when I noticed difficulty opening and closing my door. They did fix the car however I asked to speak to a manager to let them know how ridiculous this. Inwas given the run around until finally given an email to contact. NO ONE tried to make this right. . If I would have left that lot and came back, it would have been on me. UNACCEPTABLE.

Chris and Juan were diligent and helpful as salesmen. Worked with me to get the deal done quickly. Truck was in good shape upon pickup....however, the trouble began at the Finance office. When filling out my paperwork we get all the way through the docs and the finance guy, Anthony, informs me on a Saturday afternoon at 4PM when I present my credit card that they charge an ADDITIONAL 4% on any CC charges. Too late to send a wire, too late to go to a bank; he just let me know that to move forward they were going to charge me a significant amount of money to use my CC. He then tried to inform me the credit card company takes 100% of the fee however, he pointed to a sign that is hidden behind a computer screen on the wall that says(in part), "Due to rising costs we have instituted a new policy to charge any and all product and service credit charges 4% to use a credit card". I then asked him which one it was...his company charging that because they want to or because the of the merchant processor and his story changed to reflect the sign, not his original comment. Plain and simple I found it to be absurd. He refused to call anyone in management to ask if the fee could be waived seeing as how I was never told and I was from out of town so getting the paperwork, trade-in and possession of the truck done that day was imperative; I found myself stuck. He was flippant about my objection to the ridiculous fee and told me, "it is what it is"....well, Anthony and Shortline....it is what it is. I recommend to anyone whom is considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership to LOOK ELSEWHERE. There are at least 4 other GMC dealerships in the Greater Metro area and I have a feeling they don't try and strong-arm you with an additional 4% in credit card fees to do business with them. The days of markups from MSRP are over. The days of selling out of inventory are over. But it appears the days of shady car dealer antics is alive and well. Please do yourself, as a consumer, a favor...give your business to a shop that is willing to take care of you. This will ABSOLUTELY be the last time I ever shop at this dealership and recommend the same to you.
