Both Scott and Todd were very professional during my visit at Service Street. I brought my daughter s car in for an oil change and I was very pleased in the timely manner it took as well as their professionalism during the appointment. Scott was very helpful in explaining the procedure and what recommendations could be made in the future. I will definitely be back.

Great experience! We went in and asked about an appt for an oil change and the gentleman said I can do it right now . We were running errands so we scheduled it for an hour and a half out. Dropped the car off and they got it done in no time. Way cheaper than the dealership too. We ll def be going back next time!

Well.. I recently paid them a visit in hopes of repairing my car door which was damaged in a car accident. This older man with an off putting attitude came out the door shaking his head that they won t take me. I tried to explain my situation, but despite my clear explanation I was told that they don t handle mechanical issues. Even though I explained I need body repair. Anyways I got the hint his refusal to assist me was not based on their inability to perform the repair but rather, a prejudiced assumption about my race. His dismissive attitude and thinly veiled excuse made it abundantly clear.

The head mechanic is a straight shooter and an incredibly nice guy! We drove from Lawrence, KS to Denver when my husband and I were 30 minutes away when the car started shaking. We found Service Street Auto Repair online and saw they were open late and they were able to check out our car right away. We got a free diagnosis! I'm thankful we found him!

Stopped in this evening because the splash shield on my vehicle was dragging on the ground. They took great care of the problem right away and with fantastic customer service! I overheard and witnessed their interactions with several other customers during my very brief wait and was very impressed with their professionalism, honesty, ethics, and care. I ve definitely found my new mechanic! Thanks!

These guys were absolutely incredible! Very honest forthright and got me out in just a few hours. I was told I would have to have wiring done to my truck, but it was real quick and simple saved hundreds if not, thousands of dollars.

Took my car in for a check engine light and they had everything fixed and ready to go same day. They also took the time to walk me through what they found with detailed photos and explanations. Will definitely be back next time I have a car issue and will be recommending them to my friends.

Everything was just fine. I just had a hard time with the bill. $200 all day for a bumper. It was just hard for me wrap my head around that. But Scott was good. I d come back for sure. I would just ask about pricing up front next time.

This is the 2nd time I ve had to take my car back for the brake pads and rotors. They were installed in May 2022 then in Jan 2023 I had to take them back because they were already bad. They were replaced under warranty. Now Jan 2024 I had to take my car in again because the brakes were bad. Josh was very nice but the older gentleman was very rude. Tried to blame me that they had to be replaced instead of taking accountability for their work. I m assuming by reading other reviews of aggressive behavior that he is the shop manager. I don t trust them and only bring my car back because the brakes are under warranty. Do better.

This team is amazing. They were able to get my car in today, give me a reasonable quote, order my brake pads and rotors, install the same day. Can t trust them! Said they had to replace the broken part and install a used part. They said the part is not here in Colorado. Did my research and there was plenty. Crazy thing is that they wanted to double up on the price.For a use. New Part cost $80 and they were charging for a USED one for $285. Hmm not going back again!

Took my Jeep in because it wasn't accelerating properly. The guys checked it over, and thankfully nothing was wrong. They took the time to check anyway and really put my mind at ease. Have all my Jeep work done here, and this is just another example of why I keep coming back! Really appreciate their kindness and patience. It goes a long way when you're already nervous about car repairs, and the cost. Thanks so much guys!

These gentlemen don't mess around when it comes to what your car needs! Will definitely be taking my car here again for any of my maintenance needs. These guys were very communicative when it came to my car and what it needed. Not to mention they helped me find financing options for when I needed it. Great people and great business.

Josh is dedicated to provide great customer service at the Quincy location. Although I only requested an oil change, he and his Team replaced a rear brake light that was out. This business is close and convenient, and I usually get my oil change done in under an hour. Unfortunately, they have discontinued their coupons for oil changes and what used to cost me about $22 was almost double today, and I don t think they did their usual all points and fluids inspection! While I appreciate their relatively friendly and speedy service, and the fact they were willing to work with me today despite not honoring their coupon, I don t appreciate being charged so much for an oil change, and estimates I ve received from them before for other repairs have seemed very high compared to other shops.Service: Oil change

This place is friendly enough, but I now have a new leak after they installed the parts I purchased. I'm not sure if it's related to the repairs they did on Monday, October 30, 2023 or something different. They won't guarantee their labor and the parts purchased were brand new, directly from the manufacturer and unopened.Now I'm up the proverbial creek without the paddle. I don't have the additional funds to cover another repair. They took everything I had left.

Services Street was really easy to schedule a routine oil change. Their online scheduler was really convenient and their staff was very responsive. Someone called to inform me that my original date of appointment was overbooked due to the holiday weekend. They were professional and friendly. The turn around time was great (text messages notification as well as a personal courtesy call!). We ended up buying their punch card for 5 oil changes and tire rotations since it was a good value and you can have it apply to any vehicles for your household. It s not looted to just one car. Would def recommend them for quick oil change. I appreciated how their billing system gives you a link to review any work that they recommend (with notes of the scope of work, clear pricing, and totaling of costs). You have the ability to accept or decline the particular services, so it s very transparent. Once you decline a service from their list, it takes the system a while to correctly balance away the charges (once you accept/decline every line item). I think it s a software issue . But it was very honest and transparent as a whole.Service: Tire rotations

I cannot possibly rave enough about the level of customer service at Service Street. We use them any time we need a repair and they always do excellent work and are very quick and good at communicating. But beyond that, I m even more impressed with their honesty. Todd checked the CARFAX on my car and noticed that the dealership I bought it from supposedly fixed the problem that the car was having. He could have just told me he would fix it and charged me, but instead he had the integrity to suggest we go back to the dealership first to have them do it. I will never go anywhere else for my car problems. We are loyal customers for life.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Avoid at all costs. Took advantage of my elderly mother-in-law who had to tow a car in knowing that she was in a bind and needed the car right away. Quoted $1600 for new alternator and oil change? How can that be when book time is one hour and the cost of the OEM Denso part is only $250? Is your hourly rate $500??? Even the retail rate for the new alternator is $650. Nothing adds up to $1600!!!

I can't thank these guys enough! They are always on top of their oil changes! And when it comes to deeper repairs i can only trust them to work on my car. Good service and good people. While I was only there to get my oil changed as a first time customer (which went smoothly - no complaints), I was most impressed with the conversations I heard in the background when they likely didn t think I was listening. I heard them discussing ways to repair a guys car as cost effectively as possible because they knew he was light on cash, heard them argue with a parts supplier on behalf of a customer for providing sub-par parts and heard them give good advice to a guy looking for one service (which they provided) but also told him when to throw in the towel because they d seen too many people sink too much money into the model he drove.That honesty and integrity I saw from them dealing with others has earned my business going forward. These are the kind of people you want working on your car and looking out for you.Service: Oil change

DO NOT USE THE LOCATION ON QUINCY!! Staff are incredibly rude. They caused several issues with my car, and then left me a nasty voice mail blaming me for their incompetence. Took my vehicle to the Southlands location and they fixed all the things that the Quincy location messed up. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

I have used Service Street for their very reasonably priced oil change packages and have been happy with the customer service I receive when I'm there. Service Street is the only shop that has ever worked on my 2019 F-150. Unfortunately, I recently heard a noise coming from underneath my truck. I got home and took a look. The lower engine cover was hanging down on the ground. This cover needs to be removed in order to do an oil change. Upon further investigation, two of the four fastener holes were torn and someone had used zip ties to hold it up. Since Service Street is the only shop that's ever removed that cover, it's pretty clear that they tore it. Had they let me know, I would've understood. However, the fact that somebody just put zip ties on my truck and didn't tell me is completely unacceptable. I submitted a customer service form a week ago on the website and never heard back. Just disappointing really.Please note that the company asked me to email them below. I emailed them on April 19, 2022, and have not heard back as of May 22, 2022.Service: Oil change

The person on the phone and at the front was very nice and helpful. I got my car in the next day for an oil change. He offered the options to make a PM appointment if I wanted to wait for it, or to drop the car off in the morning and they would work on it in between appointments. I dropped it of at 8.30 and it was done in one hour!! They notified me about 2 issues which I opted out (because my husband brought his car in for a diagnosis that would cost $3000 which later learned that it was not a correct diagnosis). Tip - always call and ask for a total price of an oil change anywhere you go because they always tag on fee and tax. In this case, there were $10 more ($6 fee and $4 tax). I got a $15 off coupon which brought the price down to a $65 total which is affordable.

I appreciated them getting me in quick however it cost me 400 dollars for an hours work and then they wanted another 1000 to change out plugs and wires..to expensive for me..guys were nice though...
