They were the fastest of the 18 service centers I called to fit me in for an estimate following a collision (not my fault, which is perhaps a bit surprising). The work is top notch, the truck looks good as new, and they seamlessly worked through my USAA insurance policy. Great, and will go here again should the unthinkable but likely happen.

On 7/30 I was involved in an auto accident. I called USAA and filed my claim. They recommended this service location to repair the damage to my car. I had stopped driving the vehicle on 7/30 because the vehicle was making a rubbing noise on the tire and I was concerned. On 8/4, the tow truck came and picked up my vehicle. The vehicle was delivered to thislocation that same day. Service King texted me 5 days later on 8/9 asking me to come into the facility on to go over the damage to the vehicle ( a walk around ) and to sign some forms. When I went to the facility, I noticed that they had made markings around the windshield (lines going up and down) along with driver side damage. I went over the damage to the vehicle with the representative that was there that day. On 9/2 I received a text from Service King saying that my vehicle was ready to go. When I arrived at the shop, an older blonde woman informed me of the paint requirements and then I went out to inspect the vehicle. The windshield had two major cracks (one from the accident see pics). I mentioned it during the initial walk around along with Service King having placed lines on the windshield themselves. The blonde lady stated that the technician placed absolutely zero notes as to why the windshield was not replaced. She then stated that she would need to talk to the technician on Tuesday (due to the holiday weekend) to find out why it was not replaced. I stated to the blonde lady that I was not going to take my vehicle and that I was keeping the rental until this issue was resolved. Even though she had no notes, nothing to validate why it was not going to be repaired, her first words after I stated that were, that I was going to be charged for the rental days that I kept the car if they deemed the windshield was not going to be replaced. It was clear that it was a scare tactic intended to intimidate me to take my car. I knew that this clown was not going to do anything legitimate, so I called USAA on 9/6.Jasmine at USAA listened to my story and asked for pictures of everything. I emailed Jasmine pictures of damage of the initial collision, the walk around that was done on 8/9, the image of the technician not putting notes on the computer and lastly, the vehicle upon completion on 9/2. Seeing the documentation that I had, Jasmine put me on hold and called Service King to have them repair the windshield. She indicated that it was good that I had pics along with timestamps to prove my story and hold Service King responsible for the intentional neglect. When she came back on the line, she told me that Service King stated that they did not think the windshield was part of the damage. This was a blatant lie as they had marked my windshield up upon the initial walk around. This to me screams that Service King was negligent and ruin my windshield further (with an additional second crack). Then the technician tried to cover it up by not documenting anything and coming up with a pathetic reason when USAA confronted them. If you do decide for whatever reason to deal with this location (I hope you don t), make sure to take video/pics of everything transaction with this location. They cannot be trusted to the right thing. Keep all messages and document all calls with this location. The pics included with this show that Service King probably damaged my windshield further from the initial damage done by the collision. They lied about it and tried to get away with their neglect and were deceitful along the way. The last two pictures show the great work they did on fixing the trim. At this point, I just want to be done with them as they will probably retaliate (if they have not done so to my car at this point) however, any shoddy mechanical work and I will hold them liable in court.Do yourself a favor do not take your car to these people.

Someone rear end me, I came to this place, asking for pricing to repair.Very angry lady at front desk. Saying by appointment only and the insurance company most have referred me to them.I don't recommend this place to anyone.

A hit and run left me needing some body work. I went here because my insurance worked with them, and it wasn't too far from my job. The repairs held up for a few months before the fender flair and stripping around it started coming off. They also did a poor job around the headlight, grill, and hood area, so moisture in the headlight is a new problem now, too. Everything is under warranty, and I have made about 8 calls since May and spoke with many different people trying to get scheduled, but every time, they say they will call back and never do. I'm beyond disappointed with the poor work, communication, and management from this company. Save yourself several headaches and go elsewhere.

Took my truck there after the tailgate was stolen and the work/experience overall was BAD at best. After having my truck for about 3 weeks I showed up to get it and they hadn t installed the wiring for the backup camera, hadn t installed the lift gate assist and had put on a plastic bedliner when the original tailgate (and entire bed) has factory liner in it. The spray on bed liner they finally put on does not match the rest of the bed (it s shiny compared to a matte finish) and the paint job on the tailgate itself was done poorly (you can see drip marks all along the bottom edge). I tried reaching out to corporate a few times and was just routed to the store level. It s pretty apparent that they were trying to take advantage of an out of town client and did the cheapest work they could to make a profit. Definitely DO NOT recommend using this location or service king in general.

They missed a bunch of stuff and they re supposed to be the experts. Now I ve got to start a new claim because their work isn t thorough.

I'm still amazed at the fast and beautiful work done by Service King to get out around 340 hail dents on my brand new car. Plus, the wonderful friendly people. I highly recommend them.

Terrible experience here. DO NOT use this location for collision repairs even if your insurance wants to, request a different location.

Top notch! They are prompt and communicated well. They are very accommodating, when I had to changed my appointment multiple times, due to personal emergencies. They accommodated my request to be updated with schedule changes and receive update via phone call and text. When I dropped off my truck, they automatically called the car rental place to pick me up at the shop, which is a huge helpMy vehicle was fixed earlier than anticipated. Jeff was upfront and honest about the time line and walked to through the while process and expectations. This company really tries hard to please customers. They even went above and beyond, by washing and cleaning my truck inside and out. I highly recommend Service King. Thank you.Service: Body & Trim

Service King did a tremendous job for me!! Everyone there was so helpful and nice. I was in a car accident and my driver's door was hit. Every Tuesday and Thursday they updated me on the progress of my car. I am very pleased on the work they did!! It looks great! I would give them 10 stars if I could!! Beyond top notch service, and communication.Through supply chain issues delays occurred on the repairs to my vehicle. The staff were forward and realistic about delays.They even detailed our vehicle for us. Their customer service is amazing! My car got broken into and I got into a car accident and they fixed the repairs before the estimated date. Heather is an amazing person, she went above and beyond. Thank you so much to everyone at service king for an amazing job!

good costumer service by phone ..but terrible attention .never call me back for estimate and i call 2 week later and confirmated. appointment for repair the people cancel my appointment 24 hours before and say sorry we don t repair your jeep is too old .

After a hit and run accident, USAA recommended Service King to me. After my experiences with them, I understand why. I don't recall ever being treated as well as I was with them. From day one, they kept me appraised of the work being done, helped me with my rental car, and finished everything within a week and a half. They removed the bed of my truck, repaired the tailgate, replaced both taillights even though one wasn't covered by the insurance as it should've been. They replaced parts on the bed i didn't even know were missing and all in all, went way above and beyond in their work. The truck looked better than when I bought it thanks to Service King. They washed and detailed everything else as well. I absolutely would recommend them to anyone needing auto repairs. They are very military friendly, too.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was referred to this location by Allstate after an accident. I agreed to have them work on my vehicle. They told me it would take 3 to 5 days to repair the damage. It took them 2 weeks to get me my vehicle back. After picking up my vehicle I discover they did not do the necessary repairs to it. When I called them out the old manager told me they would make it right I just needed to reschedule and they would fix everything. When I took it back to them the new manager basically told me he would they would fix the cosmetic damage and look into the mechanical issues. They are blaming the issue on my brake rotors which were replaced back in April. How can a brand new part be the issue that I've been having since immediately after the accident. Worst service I've received in the automotive industry yet. I will never take another vehicle to this company again on my dollar or insurance.

Great Service! They made everything nice and simple Brett kept in contact with me letting me know everything that was going to be done my vehicle and how long it was going to take to repair everything and Cassandra was really nice and helpful with the whole process and scheduled me a rental car, they made everything easy and my truck looks brand new! Would definitely recommend

I had my vehicle towed to Service King for some body work. On the day of drop off, I was told that my vehicle would be ready by a specific date. I received MULTIPLE notifications confirming that my vehicle would be ready on that same date, which was supposed to be tomorrow. Now, I received a message telling me that it would be 5 more days?!? How are they just figuring that out and why am I just now being notified? When I called for some clarification, they played hot potato with me and so did the corporate office. Does anyone at Service King care about their customers and the messages being communicated to them?Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Wowzers! I cannot express how deep my gratitude is for Service King. Judy (the receptionist) Antonio (service advisor) & Jason (the manager) are all awesome individuals!! They are very cordial, exceptional personable & truly genuine!!! I felt like I was part of their family!!!! Everyone was understanding, empathic & sincere to my situation!!!!! Also, corrected the issues I was having in a timely fashion!!!!!! I would definitely recommend their service's to anyone...family, friends whoever! Much obliged Service King

I received an excellent service at this body shop. My advisor Antonio was very professional and willing to go extra mile so I am satisfied with the repair. The vehicle came out as bra d new after the repair. Very very pleased with this body shop. Highly recommend them.

I was in a recent car accident and my insurance company referred me to these guys. I am very glad I chose Service King! The staff was very welcoming and provided great customer service. Antonio took on my claim and kept me up-to-date during the whole process on the repair. Service King got it done in a timely fashion and did a phenomenal job! It looked like the accident never happened! Thanks Antonio!

They finished a few days faster then expected. They need a better procedure for keys. I had been there a few times and I noticed the lady at the front really does not know where keys are, which does not look good if she's supposed to hand them off. They said they would call certain days but I never did get those calls, but they were always real nice and knowledgeable. So other then the wait for my keys at pick up, it was a great experience.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! They will miss thousands of dollars in damages on your car and send it out, even if it is unsafe. You will spend months fighting with insurance after they butcher your vehicle.

My brand-new 2016 Toyota Avalon looks brand new again thanks to Airport Auto Body! They performed over and above my expectations. Their auto body shop is clean and customer-friendly, and everyone who works there was extremely helpful and professional. When my husband and I dropped it off before they were open for business, we were met by a professional employee who took care of our needs immediately. When I got my car back, it was spotless inside and out! I was very satisfied with their workmanship. I hope I never have to see them again, but if I do, I will definitely be going back to Airport Auto Body.

Service King delivered the best repair service experience! They kept me informed during the entire repair process from start to finish through multiple avenues of communication (text, phone, email).They didn't even collect the deductible up front until they were certain you were satisfied with their services!!The customer service was excellent and the actual repair services were the same...you couldn't even tell there was previous damage

They advertise on their website they repaint classic cars so I took my Lincoln here to be repainted . The owner refused to do the work he claims the trim they need to take off will break even through I told alex I had replacement parts and was able to get most anything for the car. The car is nice overall just needs to be freshened up doesn't need body work . Honestly I don't think they wanted to do business with me as a person I felt a hint of prejudice when I went over there . DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE or maybe they may help you if they like you or feel your car is 'worth it"

Was in an accident and took my truck to service king for repairs. It took twice as long as originally told. And when I went to go pick it up, my wiring to my topper was not hooked back up. The shop manager said he would be contacting me to get an electrician to hook it back up the following week. He never contacted me. And upon further inspection of the topper, it is broken and should have been replaced. They had to remove the topper to perform the work, there's no way they didn't know! Needless to say I won't be giving them anymore business!

They did a great job. You can't even see where the damage was. They are friendly, worked with the insurance company, and opted me informed along the way. There was hail in the area and they were busy. But still got me in right away and completed the work when they said they would. They were all very nice in the office too.
