DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!! We brought our 2021 Cadillac Escalade in a few months ago to get tint. When we got home we noticed some imperfections, nothing that couldn t be fixed, but when you own a $110,000 vehicle you want it to look good. So we brought it back to be fixed this last weekend(under warranty) and also wanted to see about them doing the windshield (which they would not do because they said they weren t comfortable and now I m thankful they didn t do any further work). We ended up leaving with it looking worse than it did before, and they refuse to take responsibility! She said they think we re trying to take advantage of them and she also said that s the risk you run when you allow people to work on your car so good luck to you. They left the door panel hanging off (said they never touched it even though they took us to the back and we physically saw it off), cut the rubber piece that goes up the window and, the tint still looks terrible!! In every corner you can see daylight coming through. The tint starts peeling up every time you roll the window up and down and they left water drips all down the door panels! Just do yourself a favor and go literally ANYWHERE but here! I now get to pay to have the tint completely removed and reapplied and, file an insurance claim for the damage they caused! I would give them 0 stars if possible! Next stop, BBB!!!Service: Vehicle window tinting

Customer service was nice and so are the workers but the quality of work definitely could be better.They traced the windows and cut the film on the outside of my windows cutting my stickers as well.Foot prints all over the carpet and trimmingThey even left me their dirty ragPrice was good but I guess you get what you pay for

Took my truck a few days ago and it came out great. Took me right away and had it done pretty fast, and at a great price. I highly recommend this place to get your windows tinted. Thank you again!

I went online to look for a tanning Window business in the Aurora area and it came up with this one in real real story. It really helps keeps the sun out of your car but these there very kind. did a great job in 45 minutes and I would recommend them to anybody I love the job they did for me. This company has tinted a few of my personal cars. Today I brought in one of my clients vehicles to get the passenger and back window tinted. The turn around time was great. I got to meet the son in law, who was very friendly and when I picked up the car. I met the rest of the team: always superb quality and dedicated work. These people don t know how to make business. They talk to you like you re stupid and you don t know anything. I stop by to have my old tint removed and re-do it again at a darker color and the older man that works there said is already tinted! (No really?) then I explained what I needed and he said (there s an extra cost to remove the old one (no really ? I thought businesses did it for free hahah) is like you have to beg this people for something even thought they are getting paid. Don t waste your time here and choose a different location.

I recently went in to have the windows tinted of my Buick, I had prior tint that was already peeling off. The removal of prior tint was great and my new tint looks so great!! The pricing was really good as well in comparison to other companies, the service took about 2.5 hours which also was so convenient. Customer service was also good. Mr. Salazar always does a great job when it comes to customer service and being tentative. Every time I call him he is ready to see me within that 24hr period of calling which to me is unheard of now a days. He takes the time to make things look proper and you can tell he actually cares about doing a quality job. I have now been to him for 2 of my vehicles. Loved how my car!! He was extremely nice I called in the morning and he was able to get me right away!! He didn't take long to tint my windows and explained to me on how to maintain the windows for a few days! I highly recommend him and the price was Great!

very nice person to work with. very good work and very good prices to go with that awesome work. i took my truck in and got it done. looks great now will be bringing my other vehicles in to this man. well worth the money and your time. don t let a small place like this fool you they do great work. i recommend this place to get your vehicle done. you won t be disappointed.....

Great work. Awesome price. He s really good and takes great care in doing it right. I ve had other tint jobs in the area come out half as good with my Last Jeep. He has now done two of my cars and both look amazing!!!

I took my car to this tint shop a day after I purchased it from the dealer so it had zero tint, I definitely recommend 100% - my car looks great and there are no air bubbles!! Price is great, they were able to fit me in the same day and their customer service makes you feel at ease.

I was driving around, and ended up in the area. I sent a message to get a quick quote, and to see if I needed an appointment. I was giving a quote by telling them the type vehicle and how many windows. I stopped by just to check them out, and I was told he could get in in immediately. About 30-35 minutes later, I was handed my keys and warranty. Would definitely recommend.

What have gave 5 star service but customer service that 8 was giving was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. The guy caught attitude because I said it was inconvenient for me to have to leave and get cash because they did not have scanner for debit card. He then said they was waiting for hours for me to pick up car, it was 2pm(they close at 6pm) like it's my fault. He then tried to rush me out of store without giving me warranty paperwork because he was mad. I had 3 more cars I was going to bring here to get done. NOT NOW. Go elsewhere and tell others when they ask do the same.Service: Vehicle window tinting

Fast. Efficient. Affordable. That's all I have to say. Walked in to a 1:00pm appointment. Walked out thirty minutes later owing $90 for two front windows. Piece of cake. My sister got her windows tinted by Hector and recommended I go to him. If you have tinting needs, I suggest you go to him. You won't regret it.

Wow I'm not sure if the guy was having a bad or if they have bad customer. Just asked if I could get a good price since I was going to take him 10 cars and he got mad at me for asking him for a good price. I told him he didn't have to get mad I was just asking a question. Then he start Cursing and saying he has too much work and didn't to do my cars. Geez over a simple question.
