I scarcely write reviews but this place is the BEST. I found them while looking for an interlock and they had great reviews. If you are familiar with interlocks the whole period of having one installed is a major headache, but they have made everything a breeze including oil changes and regular car troubles. I highly recommend, not only for interlock. The crew is very friendly and responsive and I couldn't be happier with my decision to go to them.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

They are very knowledgeable and this is an actual auto shop too! I took my car in for work at my usual family shop recently. ( A different shop in Aurora, CO than this one). The tech at that shop got me a violation!! I could not believe it!!!!I will be coming to this shop for work on my car when something goes wrong from now on! I trust these guys to do it right. They install breathalyzers so obviously they know how to use the device. I can only imagine I won't get a violation for the initial BAC on my device at this shop! I also appreciate how fast they do calibrations for Smart Start appointments every 2 months! I'm always in and out fast. Thanks so much again!

I ve been coming here since the late 90 s for all my vehicles. Hands down the best place to take your car in the Denver metro. It s worth driving across town for quality service.Rick and crew are excellent. They simply do great work, and no bs.I ve sent several friends to Rocky Mt, and every one has been glad I did.

Make sure your vehicle is 2000 or newer. I just didn't feel like they were excited about working on my older vehicle.

Always very knowledgeable and they do a great job. Never charged me an arm and a leg for service and have been coming to them for years. Recommend them to my friends and family.

Been using this shop for at least 15 years, even though they are :25-:30 minutes from my house. Rick has been fantastic and very reasonable. They have always beat competitor estimates. No complaints here. Service has been great. Much better than the other shops I have used cl;oser to my house

You wont find a better place. My family used rick for 30 years, as I grew up for anything we needed. I have since been using rick for 5 years myself. He is affordable and will get it done right the first time. No need to worry about being lied to like some shops. If rick says it needs fixed it is true and will be done right.

Oh my gosh, Rick is a total life saver!!! My friend recommended this place because she has been taking her car here for 10 years! Amazing service, they were VERY fast, patient with me (lots of phone tag & having to leave my car for a while longer than I thought), and reasonably priced. They were even willing to work with me on a payment plan because it would take three paychecks to pay for it all.

Professional and Honest!I was referred by a co-worker who highly recommended them. The supervisor was extremely polite and prompt getting back to me with his diagnosis of my vehicle. I needed a new left side drive axle. He could have easily convinced me I needed the right side replaced as well but when I asked he told me it wasn't necessary and saved me over 200 dollars. He also guaranteed the work would be completed by the time I was off of work. In addition, I had a concern with my front bumper lower panel coming loose. He had a technician fix it back into place at no additional cost. It's refreshing to find an auto repair shop you can trust and not feel as if you're being taken advantage of.

My family has trusted Rocky Mountain Automotive with all of our cars for at least 20 years. Their pricing is very fair and more than once Rick has steered me away from a repair that wasn't practical or necessary. Knowing that Rick and his team are in my corner is one less thing to worry about whenever I have car problems.

Very rude and unprofessional contact with customers. Refuse to answer questions and complete their paid work. Shame on them. Don't use that place for any reason.

If you re looking for integrity, competence and fair pricing, look no further. I m 70 years old and after a series of auto service malfunctions (yes there are plenty of automotive service folks more than willing to take advantage of clients, no matter what age), I had nearly lost faith in human nature and more importantly in myself. Gratefully, I was referred to Rocky Mountain Automotive (RMA) near 6th and Buckley. I set out for RMA with tongue in cheek yet hope in my heart. And that was my lucky day. Rick checked out my vehicle, shared some honest insights, and offered quick turn time and reasonable pricing. I won t go into lots of detail, but he went far above the call of duty and made a believer out of me. Based on my experience, I can honestly recommend Rocky Mountain Auto for quality service, reasonable pricing, and for respecting the client and looking after their best interest which is such a great way to manage a successful business and ensure return customers. So thanks to RMA s Rick and thanks to Calvin for this lead. You forever have my respect and gratitude.

Rick has been mine and my brother's mechanic since we could could first drive, and he's been my parent's mechanic long before that. We have all gotten to the point where if something goes wrong we simply say, "call Rick" and everyone knows what to do. The guys at Rocky Mountain have done right by us for every car we've brought them, and it's the best thing to know that we have a mechanic we can trust. His prices are fair and I can trust that he'll only suggest the repairs that I need, not the ones that are the most expensive. I've sent dozens of people their way over the years and I couldn't recommend them more! Also, if his name is spelled, "Ric", I'm sorry, I can't ever remember seeing his name printed on anything before! Seriously, this is the only shop around that I trust.

My initial experience with this company was fairly pleasant. However, today I spoke with Rick, whom my sister and parents always speak so highly of. He was insulting and incredibly unprofessional. He mocked me on the phone with arrogance. HE was useless and of no assistance. I then had my friend who is MECP certified and has done countless amounts of work along side me on my vehicle call in to try and get some resolve. I thought maybe i came off the wrong way. This employee Rick belittled and insulted my friend as well. He lied to him on the phone saying the system installed was not that complicated and that it could not affect my overall mechanical system which is FALSE information. I am utterly appalled at the low level of customer service this facility emanates. I have never gone to a mechanics shop in the past because i do all the work my car requires myself. This was a horrid and i even dare say scarring experience. Rick was inexplicably terrible. He even refused to allow us to speak with another person saying "talk to corporate..." I am beyond disappointed that i, a customer, was treated with such disregard. I will be taking my business elsewhere and informing EVERYONE that i can of the ill manner this company chooses to carry. That is all.

I've been going here for years, and they have always been honest with good quality work. I've recommended friends as well, and haven't heard of any bad experiences. You can trust Rick, Ross and the team.

Been coming here for over a decade and it's where I have my parents cars worked on now that I have left Denver. Rick has taken care of my automotive repair needs and always been more than fair. Great shop better work.

Referred to by a friend. I dropped my vehicle off on Monday to have it looked at, and get needed repairs. Rick let me know later in the day what was needed and the repairs were completed the next day.. Very happy with the work done.

I've been bringing my vehical to Rick and his team for years. Very professional and highly qualified. Rick always looks over the vehical first and explains in detail what the problem is. Once the work is done, I never have to bring my vehical back, it's done right the first time. I spoke to a guy name Rick. Rick was very rude on the phone refused to answer any questions I had and would continuously interupt me while I was talking and asking him questions. He then insulted my intelligence by saying its not that complicated and that I had no idea what I was talking about. ( I have my master MECP certification) so yeah as a matter of fact I did know exactly what I was talking about. I would recommend anyone who needs some automotive work done take it somewhere you will be treated with respect. This outfit needs to have a conversation and do some customer service training with Rick. Any ways this shop has lost my business along with my friends and families business due to Rick and his very poor customer service.

Been going here for a while. Always 5 star service. He'll do the work that you need and tell you when to save your money for another occasion. When you find an honest mechanic, you keep going back.

Go to place for all repairs on my car. They work fast, most fixes are done in a day if you get the car there early.
