My daughter got a flat tire and Jason came to the rescue. He responded quickly, arrived at the car quickly and put the spare on without issue. It was such a relief for me to get help so fast and get her back on the road safely. I am saving his number and trust his work next time I am in need of roadside help.

After waiting an hour another company canceled on us. We then were directed to Jason who showed up within 10 mins and jumped our car and checked our alternator. He was so sweet and told us where we could get a new battery for cheap. Really appreciate him coming out late to help us. Quick and reliable guy.Service: Battery serviceService: Battery service

Had all the equipment needed for the change, was respectful, came 30 mins before the ETA, checked the rest of the tires even though only 1 was flat, made sure there was no excess debris in the road and did an all around good job

When my car broke down a few blocks from my house, I called PROS, and Jason was there to help me out within 10 minutes. He went above and beyond to help me with my alternator issues and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He got my car running again and helped to make sure that everything under the hood was looking good. Jason is a HERO! Jason made that so easy and fast, really nice guy, especially in a scary situation. My tire popped and I had to get over to the left/inside of the highway. Really bad spot unfortunately. I had contacted my inc. roadside assistance and another company denied me after pulling up and driving off, then cancelling my request. So happy that happened or I wouldn't have received the awesome service from Jason from PROS. He was on it, swift like a fox. He had my spare filled with air and me on the road in the matter of seconds, like a Nascar pit crew, quick. You rock Jason!Service: Tire change

I got a flat tire on the side of a busy highway, in a dangerous location. I was pulled off on the left hand side. It took me a long time to find some help due to the location, until this company came through! Jason showed up to check out the location and was kind enough to place my spare and get me back on the road. You can tell through his demeanor that he genuinely enjoys helping people. John was assigned for my request and arrived very promptly. Earlier than promised. This guy was so professional but at the same time so personable. Pointed out a problem with another tire that I recently bought that I would never have noticed on my own. The guy that came to change my tires (wish I had gotten his name) did not lack for courage, let's put it that. Did a very challenging tire change on a very narrow shoulder on an I-25 off-ramp where I wouldn't have felt safe attempting it. He specifically requested that I credit him with "balls of steel," and I'm very happy to oblige. Certainly a high standard of service.

I was locked out of my car for 2 hours. The provider my insurance company first sent was late and didn't even have the right tools to unlock my car. After several angry phone calls to my insurance and the original provider, I got scheduled for a fix with Keith and Preferred to come out within 45 minutes. He was there in less than 20 minutes, and Jason over the phone was friendly and professional. I wish my insurance company made them their primary locked out provider. They were beyond excellent.

Fantastic company! I was stuck on a highway ramp in the dark with a flat tire. I waited over two hours for another company only for them to cancel on me. State Farm reassigned me to PROS and they called me within five minutes and had a very friendly employee change my tire 15 minutes later. My donut tire was even flat and Jason came prepared with air and a mallet to get my stuck tire off. They have my trust and business! Jason is a good guy!

Twice I called my roadside assistance insurance because of a flat tire. Both times they referred a different tow company to come change my tire and both times that company canceled on me. I called Geico and requested preferred roadside solutions and both times they were there within 30 minutes and changed my tire in five minutes. This is the only company that I have have used in all my years of driving where I didn t wait for 2 to 3 hours for the tow truck. They are truly amazing. Service: Tire change

BEST COMPANY EVER!!! Had an interesting experience with Jason, he was extremely helpful and sincere. Knew what he was doing changing my F-250 tire on the highway and overall really good guy. BUT.. just don't try writing him a check! Seriously. Also pretty sure I heard him say he thought I had his spare key for some reason. Saved the day and I'll remember that. Will be using them again, just paying cash next time ; )

The response time was unbelievable, after locking my keys in my truck, they were very easy to work with and friendly as could be! Price was very adorable compared to companys near by. Over all great people and honest service. I definitely recommend these guys if you are in need of roadside!

All I can say is this company is God Sent. I have never met people so humble and willing to help out in an emergency. Jason has the most unbelievable customer service I have ever seen. If He can not fix it he will help refer you to somebody who can. These type of experiences are already stressful enough so Thank you for this wonderful experience! My go to for roadside. If you need something solid and fast this is your place! Thank me later.

Jeremey was able to replace a tire on my Ford Focus that (3) other roadside assistance companies have failed to do so! And he did it in about 3 minutes. Very helpful and very kind.

Brian was beyond extraordinary, the man stopped to make sure I was ok on chambers and parker road and informed me that he needed to attend to another driver and would be back promptly. He was back quickly and attempted to fill my gas tank, after we realized my car was flooded he hooked up a tow strap and safely brought me home to Parker.This service is some of the best that is offered in the Parker/Centennial area by far.

Snowed all day here yesterday in Denver, unfortunately at 8:30 PM it was 6 degrees And still snowing when I discovered I had a flat tire. The pros sent Brian to help me, he saved the day. He did an excellent job and got me on my way home safely. I highly recommend him.

I have a newer challenger and am extremely particular about who touches my car. A lovely nail came out of nowhere and left me with a flat plus a stubborn lug nut that WOULD NOT BUDGE. I'm only a buck twenty soaking wet, but I tried everything before finally giving up and reluctantly decided to call pros. Jason showed up within 20 minutes and I definitely see why they are 5 stars!! He 100% knew his stuff (and we had a good mutual head shaking at some idiot rubber-necker that swiped a guard rail on the other side). My spare was on quickly and he even recommended a cheaper tire shop! If you are stranded, don't hesitate to call.Also worth mentioning is that a lot of men can get 'weird' with stranded damsels in distress, but Jason talked about his family and his demeanor made me feel very at ease which, to most women out there, is just as important as stellar service.

I had a flat tire, I went through my insurance company and they got me in touch with PROS They made the experience painless. Very fast and affordable service, very professional and understanding. Will only be using them in the future. I have already spread the word how awesome they are!

Last week, when I left my hotel to start my rental car, the battery was dead. I had a plane to catch and was already thinking I'd miss my flight and have to re-book my itinerary. But I called Preferred Roadside Solutions and they sent Jason out to jumpstart my battery. Jason had me back on the road within 40 minutes of my initial phone call. He was polite, efficient, and even recommended a better route to the airport so I'd miss the morning traffic. Bottomline, I didn't miss my plane, and returned home safe and sound. I highly recommend Preferred Roadside Solutions.

PROS Roadside helped my daughter today when her tire blew out at 75 mph on I-25 and she barely managed to stop the car hitting the guard rails. It is a father's nightmare when a 16 year old is in trouble like this. PROS Roadside stopped to help my daughter who was crying and was clearly traumatized. They changed the tire for her and offered her to follow her home for her own safety. When I called the gentleman to offer money he declined. This brought tears to my eyes. I am convinced by this act of graciousness that this company is not only honest but full of integrity and human touch.

Worked with preferred roadside solutions today. It waz a big relief to have Colin arrive quickly. I was pulled off on a busy intersection. He calmed my nerves and had my boot on the car in no time. He even helped me google the nearest tire shop. 10/10 would reccomend.

Marcie, Bryan, and John along with everyone at this company are angels among us! I literally was trying to get help all day long and was in a desperate situation with no money. These guy's are great.... 20 mins and the gentleman was at my house to unlock my car... Great Price, Very Friendly, and not into breaking your pockets like the other locksmiths out there, this company charges you a set rate with no hidden intention unlike those other's that want to charge a service fee as well as a labor fee ... My suggestion to you is if for some reason you lock your keys in your car before you get on the phone and get robbed by the other's look up PROS - Preferred Roadside it get treated right.... THANK YOU GUY'S I will be spreading the word. If there was a criminal 20 star rating I would definitely give the guy's at PROS 20 STARS UP!!!!!!!!!
