Terrible experience gave me anxiety. I had an appointment to bring my truck in. They had my truck for TWO WEEKS and NEVER did and inspection or a repair. Not sure why I needed to make an appointment. When Damian FINALLY did the inspection he sent over a bogus estimate.. EVERYTHING on it was TWICE as much. $1500 for front end work on ONE SIDE . I ended up getting the work done for a 1/4 of the cost he wanted to charge me. I believe they were using my vehicle for a personal vehicle because when I picked my Truck up the gas tank was half empty. Wouldn't recommend.

I like their integrity and genuineness. They do full diagnostic of a car at an affordable price. They tell you exactly what is wrong with your car and what has to be done and how much it will cost. And they'll not pressure you. They let you compare their quotation with other shops and will let you make your own decision even if you want to use another mechanic of your choice.Service: Vehicle Inspection

My CV joint was messed up on my car for as long as I ve had it. I d gotten pretty accustomed to the ticking sound every time I turned. Long story short, I finally got it in the shop to be replaced. Damian replaced my CV joint and did an oil change on my truck. Very happy to report there s no more ticking when I turn! My car has never been so quiet. Damian did a great job! He quoted me a day or two to do the work, but finished early. I am very impressed with the overall service and will come back the next time I need anything done. Thanks Damian!

After 2 mechanics turned me down, Damien and his crew took on the challenge of getting my old rusted p.o.s running safely. The diagnostic evaluation was extremely detailed with transparency I haven't ever experienced at a mechanic. Photos and descriptions of each issue were texted to me in an easy to understand format with pricing for each individual repair. The price was more than fair and these guys worked late into the night getting everything done. Seriously can not recommend them enough, I'll never go anywhere else.

Damian is the BEST mechanic in Colorado, hands down. He took the time to explain what was wrong with my vehicle and provided his honest opinion on repair costs. As a woman, I didn t feel like he was taking advantage and charging me more or telling me that all these repairs needed done when they didn t. Had a great experience with Prestige with Integrity. The owner was very personable and knowledgeable. Their tech stack made it easy to interface with the business and made it very easy to understand what I would be paying before I even left my home to pick up my vehicle. Damien really is Mile Highs FAVORITE Mechanic.! He always has appointments available within a reasonable amount of time. His prices are fair and he gets repairs done in a timely manner. Damien has built his shop up from the back of a truck as a mobile mechanic. His team is amazing and it is a family owned business. Worst repair shop in CO kept my moms car for almost a year to drop a new engine and my moms Cadillac converter was stolen on site. My mom between insurance and herself paid this man 15,000 for her check engine light to come on 2 days after receiving the vehicle. There is loose parts in the engine her timing belt is going out along with a radiator leak.. her car is worse now than before we sent it to him we will be looking into getting a lawyer and to top it all off he never provided my mother with any warranty copies for the engine that THEY fixed or any itemized receipts & after all that it took my mom 10 months to receive her car back.Service: Engine repair

Prestige with Integrity did a wonderful job on my vehicle. Damian is also restoring my 1972 Buick Skylark. Any time I need auto work done, he s my go to. The work is quality and affordable. There isn t a need to go anywhere else. Take your car to Prestige. I have been looking for one place to take my car for repairs and I FINALLY found it!!! So far I ve taken my vehicle here twice and I must say I m pleased with the work and service that Damian provided. The warranty that he provides is a definite plus. I m from out of town and Damien followed up when I called. All the other mechanics were booked up and he took care of me when I was in a real tight time crunch. I have a Prius and mt dash was lit up like a Christmas tree. I know those are tricky with their sensors but Damien was able to take a look in a timely manner, for a very fair price and was down to earth and kind and honest with me. I genuinely recommend Damian for any car issues you may be experiencing. What I love about his work is the fact that he shows you the issues with your car, explains what can happen if not fixed, and depending on the issues, he advises you what should be taken care of first. His customer service is exceptional. He is very responsive and professional. Not only does he have a shop where you can bring your vehicle but he also can come to you. Damian will not disappoint you he is very honest and wants to make sure you are driving a safe vehicle. Any car issues go see him, you will not be disappointed.

I originally came to Damien cause I was getting the run around from the Dealership where I purchased my truck. Damien was honest and did what he quoted, no extra money pinching. First, let me start by saying I don't generally write reviews, unless I feel the y warrant adoration for a job very well done, or a poor review for work or service that was very bad! I don't even have any type of social media account, because I think it's a waste of time, so if I am compelled to take the time to write a review-IT'S WARRANTED!I have always supported small business, and that this was my first experience with this auto repair shop, although I took my vehicle to him twice related to the same issue, as well as another that was related. I have a regular mechanic, and because I am black, I wanted to try and support a black business owner. Unfortunately, my experience wasn't as pleasant as I feel it should be, due to having to ask for an itemized receipt for at least 6 times, which I finally had to go in his shop today and demand. On one occasion he tried to give me a receipt showing a balance of nearly $400 dollars yesterday, when I had already paid for the service in full with cash. I refused to accept that receipt, and he (Damian) stated he would email me the receipt on numerous occasions, but repeatedly failed to do so.Second, I have issue with my mechanic driving my vehicle to and from his place of residence over night. I don't know if this is why it took nearly a week, on both occasions, to get the work done, but that is unacceptable. Also, maybe that's why my gas tank was on empty too both times I picked it up. My regular mechanic has me in and out in a day, and from the reviews I read, before I decided to take my business to Prestige, I see that was the case for them; however, I didn't have that experience.Lastly, the work he did was not bad, and it was over priced, in my opinion, and my headlights aren't working now, and he did mention that I have a headlight issue, but he didn't state that they weren't working, and they were definitely working when I brought the truck in to him. Maybe it happened when he was driving my vehicle home. Nonetheless, I can't tell you how frustrating it was to get in my vehicle this morning and not be able to drive because I didn't have headlights. Needless to say, I won't be taking my vehicle back to him. I don't know what the issue was with me, but maybe these things I'm mentioning now can be of help to someone doing business with him in the future. It's unfortunate, because I do plan to do a great deal of service to my vehicle in the future, and I would have liked to been able to support a black business owner.2/8/21-Just had to replace a starter these guys installed too. I recommend Damian to anyone needing help with their automobile. He always replies within a timely manner, and also services your vehicle at his earliest possible convenience. I don t think I ve ever had to wait longer than a day with him. Prestige Automotive offers quality yet affordable service, he s very knowledgeable and gives helpful tips on how to maintain your cars upkeep. I will remain a customer of his for years to come!

This shop was friendly, efficient, and a was a great price! While I was traveling through Colorado someone attempted to steal my car and in the process destroyed my ignition. I am so happy I chose prestige they did some phenomenal work and fixed my car in one day so I was able to continue on my trip. I defiantly would go back to this shop and highly recommend going here.

This shop has done the work on all my vehicles. Damian is polite and respectful. He is honest and tells you what to expect even if it's bad news. He guarantees his work all the time. And I find he is the least expensive in Aurora.

What can I say, Damien is the best mechanic in all of Colorado. He came to my house looked at my car then went got the parts and fixed my car. He was less then half the price of every other person/ dealer I called. You have a lifetime customer in me and everyone else I know I will refer them to Prestige!
