Went to get my car fixed for transmission issues. This is out of normal requests for them but they were more than willing to help! Poppy and his staff were very professional, and kind, he provided me recommendations for a tow truck, and had my car back running the same day! Will be returning and recommending to my friends and family.

These guys are great! Took my mini in for an exhaust install. Probably took them 30-40 minutes. Car sounds amazing. Only issue I have is not their fault, it s getting larger exhaust tubing and it now touches one of the braces under the car. But otherwise, weld looks good, the guys were really cool, and everything came out straight!

Great work In-N-Out in a timely fashion, and paid exactly what I was quoted. I would definitely recommend and go back if you speak Spanish. It's just hard to communicate with the workers when something isn't going according to plan and there is a language barrier. They were able to install a downpipe for me, cat delete, got my exhaust come correctly, and they found that my muffler was rotted / damaged and needed to be replaced. The muffler needing to be replaced was not expected, but you got me taken care of. However I did feel a little overcharged for the muffler and having it welded on , but I just conceder it a convenience fee just a convenience fee

Definitely recommend! Took in my car for an exhaust installation and the job was completed fast and with quality. Scheduling an appointment was easy as well. Definitely happy with coming here

Took my G82 in for a new exhaust had it done same day. Sounds absolutely insane and can go back to stock at any point. Highly recommend to anyone with a new G8X or other car because they will do it right

I purchased a custom axle back on Black Friday for $450. After multiple excuses and a 1 day job turning into 3 days. All they did was hack my mufflers off and repurpose my dented old exhaust. Stay far away from this scam artist.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

great experience at pd performance. i made the appointment last night over instagram dm s and he got me in the shop this morning. Got my car back quickly and the welds look great! Car sounds amazing thank you guys

Not the best picture to take in snowy day but These guys are awesome got me in and out super quick for reasonable pricing. I had Borla Atak Catback exhaust put in my Challenger and it sounds better than ever!! Great communication and they know what they are doing. Definitely going back for my future Mods.

Terrible work, not only did he weld my muffler on backwards; but the pipe touches the brake line very dangerous!! When I have called or text he never responds.

I am a general manager for an independent car dealership. Any time I need exhaust work, wheel repair, wheel re-color or powder coat, and pretty much anything I need to get creative on these guys are here to help and they are extremely trustworthy. Here is some work they have done from exhaust to powder coat.

I came to Poppy's performance after another shop's (mint performance) custom exhaust system broke at the welds and they failed to honor the warranty. Poppy got me in as soon as he could and he rebuilt the exhaust from the front pipe back at a very fair price. My car sounds better than it did before and he's making it right by making sure my exhaust was designed in a way to where it won't fail in the future. The old shop took my oem rubber hangers and he got them replaced to get me right. Highly recommend this shop.Service: Exhaust

Honestly I ve had the most terrible experience with PD performance. Customer service is terrible, I ve made multiple phone calls and texts trying to get in contact with them and have received zero response. After getting work done with PD performance I had to get my muffler removed and replaced because it want done right and has cost me a lot of money. I m just disappointed that I ve received no comment or response after raising my concerns I would just go somewhere else and save yourself a headache!Service: Exhaust

Communication is not a priority for PD Performance. My friend and I have repeatedly tried to contact them via phone calls and texts, only to be met with silence it is impossible to reach them at times. This kind of unresponsiveness is not only unprofessional but also extremely frustrating for customers who are eagerly seeking updates for their vehicle.Moreover, the quality of their work has been shockingly subpar. We have had to return to their shop multiple times to rectify mistakes made during the installation process. It is evident that PD Performance cuts corners and lacks attention to detail. Unfortunately, the most recent visit proved to be the last straw. They have missed a critical point in the installation process, and despite our repeated attempts to contact them and request a fix, they have chosen to ignore our messages. (An entire bolt was broken and was left off the mid-pipe. There were no washers installed either. We have been attempting to get my vehicle tuned by sending the ECU out. They had 6 days with 0 updates in any of those days. Nothing got done.)This level of negligence and disregard for their customers is simply unacceptable. As a performance shop, PD Performance should prioritize customer satisfaction and strive for excellence in their workmanship. However, our experience has shown that they fall short in every aspect.I urge anyone considering PD Performance for their automotive needs to think twice. The lack of communication, poor workmanship, and unwillingness to address their mistakes demonstrate a blatant disregard for customer service and integrity. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by seeking out a more reliable and professional performance shop that values their customers and stands behind their work.Service: Exhaust

Brought my Audi A4 here last year to get the resonator deleted and it sounded great. One year later I am doing my own exhaust work and swapping out for a performance exhaust kit and I am wondering why I even gave them money.Every weld is leaking, the muffler was installed crooked, the welds are some of the worst I have ever seen. It looks like someone was learning to weld on my car.I then went to install my new exhaust and noticed that they took off every factory mount and put on a shotty version of their own.My favorite part is that they took off not only the exhaust mounts BUT THE MOUNT TO HOLD UP MY GAS TANK! My gas tank has been loose for over a year and I have to now source the parts to do it the right way.I would never recommend this company to anyone and will tell anyone looking for exhaust work to look elsewhere. I am just appalled that they would do this and then expect money in return. I waited at their shop for three and a half hours and this is what I got in return. I have called them and haven t gotten a response.Service: Exhaust
