Best mechanic hands down! He really helped me out in my time of need and has the BEST customer service! My battery was dead and I couldnt remove it from under the hood and really needed help. Not only did Moefix Mobile Mechanic take care of my problem, they worked with me and were eager to come and help me out! Turns out YouTube doesn't show you everything when it comes to battery removal and Moefix showed me the extra steps needed to fully remove my battery and how to put it all back together again. Worst mechanic ever. Let me explain. I bought a car that needed loads of work. I called him to do a diagnostic. He came late. When he got here he said that the diagnostic was free but the travel fee was a $100. By the end of checking the car he explained to me that underneath the horn were a bunch of wires that needed to be fixed to bring power to the steering column. He said everything else in the car was fine. He quoted me $580 to fix this issue he said it was the wires. I told him I couldn t pay now but I would contact him later. When he left I noticed that my code reader was gone ( I didn t know what it was at the time). I bought the car at an auction so the car had a bunch of stuff in it when he came for the diagnostic. It had three code readers that can diagnose issues in cars. He took two because after he left they were gone. I only found out what they were once someone told me a few days ago . Anyway fast forward a month later I called to schedule to get the work done. He said he could come in three hours. I said okay then 2 minutes later I called back because I realized I couldn t make it from work on time. After that he blocked me. I found a new mechanic a few weeks later who tells me that the wires in the steering wheel had nothing to do with why the car wasn t starting. He told me the start column was spinning freely because it was missing a bolt and the car wasn t starting because the timing chain was broken. He also stated that the ignition wasn t turning because I needed to replace the ignition and get another key. This Mofix guy just made up something and tried to scam me and when I didn t pay fast he blocked my number. Also at the end I was having trouble paying him due to his cashapp. Everyone I tried to send money cashapp canceled it and said it was canceled for my safety. He is not a good mechanic and a scammer. I do not recommend.

My gas door would not open. I called MoeFix and he came out and repaired it for $202.00. The same night when I went to out gas it wouldn t open at first then opened. Two weeks later when I went to fill up again the door wouldn t open. I texted Moefix to come out to truly repair the broken door that he didn t repair correctly and I never even got a text back. $200.00 down the drain. I got scammed. I paid cash because his Venmo and cash app kept rejecting the payment, a red flag ignored unfortunately, I trusted him.

Moe is a liar and a thief. He told me to pay him for a part that he needed to fix my car so I did. I gave him $290 via cash app and he never came to fix my car with the part. He initially blew me off day after day by telling me he was busy or because traffic, now he has my number blocked. Please don't waste your time and money on this guy.

My Expedition wouldn't start and I couldn't figure out what was wrong. Moe came right to me within 30 minutes of getting off the phone with him. He quickly inspected the truck and had it up and running in a little over an hour! I would definitely recommend calling if you're having car trouble.

Experienced and hard working, found him to be very knowledgeable with a wide variety of answers to any of my questions. Very satisfied with the work done, with a fair pricing. Scam. Just say no!! He will tell you I m on my way and traffic is terrible while working on someone else s vehicle. He tries to keep you on the hook while he chases the dollar so you don t call someone else. Drives an old beat up SUV and kept me on the hook for 5 hours while continuously lying about his ETA. Showed up and did no work. Tried to low ball purchase my truck instead of helping as discussed when I needed help starting after a fuel filter change. He literally performed zero work and then demanded payment. I told him to kick grass. Then he made a deal with me about a time and place and job and he was a no call/no show. Said he was a man of his word and clearly he is not. He is a trickster and demonstrated zero mechanical knowledge on site or over the phone. NO-SHOW MOE is a NO-GO YO!

Our car overheated and we had to leave it at AutoZone parking lot, it was late in the evening but he was able to meet us at the car at 11 pm, he followed us while we drove the car home so that it would not get towed the next day. We found out that the issue was the radiator. He was very adamant on the fact that he would not leave until the job was completed. We really appreciated his help with this as we really needed this car to continue running. He understood our situation and did not overcharge us. We will be using him again.

He s a liar and a con artist. He pulled up, looked at my car for 4 hour and did no work. He left to do another job and I didn t hear from him for a month. Before he left he asked for a payment and left me a video game that he secretly traded me for, now I m stuck with a video game I don t touch and no repair to my vehicle. Now I have to pay another mechanic the 325 I gave him. I would not recommend unless you want to get screwed overService: Electrical

Moefix did a great job on my car that had a few problems; replaced some front struts on it, fixed some paint, and patched up an oil leak. He got it looking clean and driving very well. Seems like he s up to try to fix anything. You should note: all of this scammers recent 5 star reviews come from people who have 4 reviews or fewer. Fake reviews to bring his review rating up. Scammer, don t pay using cashapp! Don t believe the 5 star reviews, this dude is a thief. I reported this business to the State Attorney General s office. Moe does not have a current business license. Whatever you do don t pay him by cashapp or cash! This person is a liar and a thief. He stole $105 from me. Never showed up to complete the work, continuously asked me for more money, and couldn t even identify the type of work I needed. He s a liar and a con who will ask you to pay via cashapp of which he has numerous accounts, because cashapp has closed the fraudulent ones. Scam artist.Apparently, this is Moefix s modus operandi. He asks you to pay via cashapp or with cash because neither of those options are refundable. Don t use cashapp or cash to pay this person. I am reporting this business to the state attorney general s office.

if i could give 0 stars i would. i paid 1400 for this guy to fix a crack in my engine and although the job was done, my car would not move after he claimed everything was complete. ever since then communication has been terrible, he has lied on multiple occasions and now my car is in worse condition than before he came. and he ignores all my calls and texts now. a cheap lowdown thief is what he is. don t trust him.

After being stranded for 3 days at work he answered my call and came by and went out of his way to do the job right while having a chill vibe the entire way through. My starter was rusted out completely. Bang up job indeed i will be hiring him again for sure to work on other parts of the vehicle in need of tuning up and repairs. Cant stress enough how much of a lifesafer mo was. God bless!

He stole tools out of my garage, performed sub standard work and called me a fat slob because I caught him stealing. On the initial consultation he was an hour late. He finally showed up and after his less than par inspection he went to lunch. 2 hours later he showed back up. Granted it s my elderly mothers car and she doesn t drive often. When I asked him when he would return my tool he stated I hope that car blows up on you .

I was visiting from out of state when my car broke down...I was given his business number from a friend and I called he came in good time figured the problem and got to work! Had my car in no time at all! He was polite and friendly explained everything to me where I could understand!

Highly recommended! Moe came out and was honest, friendly and professional. He explained what was wrong with my truck and fixed it quickly. I started fixing my own car and got hung up unable to remove my o2 sensor. After a quick Google search I found MoeFix. Communication was top of the line. The two young men who came right to my home were so professional and knowledgeable, plus super sweet to my kids, answering there never ending questions. They not only got the sensor out. They even put the whole car back together for me for a incredible rate. 10 out of 10 will use again and will recommend to everyone I know. From oil changes, brakes, body work that can do it all.

BEWARE: MOEFIX MOBILE MECHANIC IS A SCAM. While he is a very nice guy, he is not reliable at all. He strung us along for 3 and a half weeks saying he would be there in the morning while blowing us off for several days at a time. His repairs did not fix the problem, but I didn t want to be strung along for another several weeks with no car, so I took it elsewhere only to have the new mechanic reveal that the work he supposedly did wasn t actually done and that he used paint to cover up the fact the work was not completed. The new mechanic we towed the car to urges you to not not make my mistake and fall for his scam. I m out $1600 with my car not even able to start and worse off than when we initially called him over a month ago. He also will not respond to our texts or calls.

I was waiting to write a review but things were never taken care of on his end. Moe seems like a good person but when he sent me the link to pay the initial 70% before him showing up, I paid it through the link, he then tells me he only takes cash or cash app. He says he refunds the money. He shows up the next day, diagnosed my car , I paid him the full 100% amount in cash giving him the benefit of the doubt. After two week I still don t receive my 70%. His diagnosis was my starter was bad, I changed it and same problem. I went through the truck again and notice there was a burnt fuse exactly where he was diagnosing the problem.End of the day he wasn t much help and took an extra 70% of what I paid.I will update or delete this review if anything changes.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Called at 4pm on a Saturday for an exhaust issue on my truck, a hour later Moe was here an hour later it was fixed. I asked him if he wanted to wait until tomorrow when it was warmer but he said he would just get it done. It's about 16 degrees outside and he knocked it out, my truck is purring like a kitten again.Thank you for what you do!!! Extremely professional and fair price for the work. Stay away from this mechanic, especially if the issue with your car is somewhat complicated. I had my engine start misfiring and was initially quoted $1400 to fix it. After having that work supposedly completed the issue persisted and he wanted another $1500 to do more work. I paid $250 of that upfront and he supposedly did more work but it was never fixed. Now he's ghosting me and I can't get a hold of him. I ended up taking it to another mechanic and this new mechanic says it looks like a lot of the quoted work was never performed. Please stay away from this business!

I chose to use Moe because he has great reviews. I called him and he was very responsive and kind. I was so grateful when he offered to come out same day. He explained that he had one person before me therefore he wanted to schedule at 7pm. I text him at 7:15 letting him know I had already arrived and had been waiting. He responded at 7:45 saying he would arrive shortly. I was a little frustrated, but I figured he possibly got caught up with the prior customer. It is currently 9:11 pm. I have attempted calling him and texting him numerous times with ZERO response. So unprofessional and such a waste of time. I could have had someone else come out rather than wait on this man. He is not a dependable service.

I had a best experience with Moefix.. he responded and helped us in timely manner. Since we don t have any other car to get battery. He volunteered himself to get battery from ship and fixed our car.. I recommend him to others.. thank you.. special mention to his cute little princess

More is wonderful. I began having problems with my truck after traveling from Brighton, and trying vehicle died out side my garage. I immediately called Moe, and he came a few hours later. He explained everything in detail and was very professional. I will only use him from now on and recommend him to everyone I know!

Kept me waiting for 2 almost 3 hours saying he was on his way and kept saying he was close by and never showed up and while he was supposedly on his way he stopped to get food and has poor communication skills

I bring my subaru 3.0 to this guy thinking all was lost for my car. Needed 4 new parts for my car and a oil change. Once i get there hes already all about the job and got all of it done only an 1hr 30 later.. great work, awesome professionalism, and so much more. Im so happy and amazed my car works like brand new. All thanks to MOEFIX! Best mechanic in aurora check him out!!
