Masen was a nice a guy, but his work - not so much . Arm controls were bizarrely not bolted in ( You can see the paint is still intact ). After not responding to my calls and texts for 2 days , I had to go to the mechanic and spend an extra $100. Masen did get back to me eventually, and admitted that the arms might have failed . He did apologize , but did not offer to come and take a look at it again , fix it , or offer some kind of refund . Car still doesn t feel right , so I don t know what else is going on. Definitely won t use his service again.

He responds in a timely manner, and does a great job. He put on my power brake booster and he had previously worked on another car for me changing plugs coils and a intake manifold gasket. His workmanship is outstanding. He also lets you know what's going on. Nor does he overcharge. Great work great service. He's worth your time and money. I recommend his services to all.

Excellent and trustworthy mechanic. Mason will tell you what he s thinking and will work hard and fast while still being safe and smart. I would hire this mobile mechanic again because he was on time and proficient and he was a good communicator. He solved my issue and my truck runs now. Thanks!

I had a busy agenda today and guess what? My car wouldn t start. Instead of worrying about my immobility, I began to do research to find someone who can help me solve this problem. I searched for the nearest mobile mechanic in Aurora and I found Mason!When I spoke to him he assured me that he can make it to me within the next hour.He did that! He then diagnosed the issue immediately and explained his findings thoroughly!He assessed my needs, called a few shops to find my desired part (for a great price) and fixed my car within two hours! His experience is unmatched and I know who I will be calling to help me with future maintenance!UPDATED.A couple days later I contacted Mason and asked if he could complete a diagnostic to verify why my check engine light was on. We scheduled an appointment for a few days out. That day came and he forgot about my appointment and booked someone else. Then he made an excuse as to why he didn t show up. I was understanding because his business seems to be growing and he needs help with his administrative duties. He told me that he would make it up to me and we rescheduled the appointment a couple days out - today. He said that he would show up to my appointment today at 12pm . 30 minutes later and I am still waiting for him, he hasn t called me so I m assuming that this is a second no-show. Truly disappointed, I told him that I was down to one car so I needed this done. And he gave me his word, I no longer trust his service/experience . He seems like a nice person, his business needs some help.

Was stranded and shocked how quick he showed up. Even loaned me s battery so I didn't have to pay a tow. Obviously this guy cares about his customers.

This mechanic is and honest and professional one. He came to to car and knew exactly what was wrong and save me hella money when O Reillys to me I needed a new alternator. Definitely saving him in my contracts!!

This company is no good, unprofessional they don't give you updates on what is going on. The mechanic came in yesterday but it took days beforehand after that the problem still continued to exist, I tried calling the owner he did not even answer the phone, I tried calling the mechanic doe not answer for 5 days I waited on them to get back to me and constantly messaging dlthem asking what is going on or calling to see if anyone is coming, I finally had to go a different one so I can get it fixed before it developed more problem and become too late for it to be fixed. I understand being busy but a paying customer should not had to wait to 5 days to be seen. Unprofessional,lack of communication,no concern for others and better find yourself other places to have your car fix

Mason truly knows his stuff. He fixed my S550 2007 Mercedes ina matter of 2days. He s very friendly and knowledgeable about the work that he does. I found him through google when I was desperate to finding a good hearted mechanic in the neighborhood. I thank my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for sending Mason to be the one to fix my car. Now I can go to work sans problem. To God be all the glory! Thank you Mason and I pray that God will continually bless you and your business that He will bring more customers your way that your head will explode(inside joke ). Thank you again. God bless

Masen saved the day! After dealing with another shop that was not helpful, I found Masen's info and contacted him. My fuel pump went out. He met me in 30 min and was able to help me with no problem. Even though he was not able to fix it at the location, I was able to tow my vehicle and have him fix it at my home. Fast, Efficient and Awesome. Would definitely recommend and use him again.

He is super down to earth and not tryin to push sales on little things, he came in the dark in 12� no questions asked, just trying to help. Honestly couldn t be more satisfied with Masen! I ve been having problem after problem with my BMW! I had my alternator replaced and then my car wouldn t start a few weeks later. I called the first mobile mechanic and it happened to be masen! He came out within the hour and was very reasonable. We also discussed options to save me money! I love that he didn t try to screw me over. Needless to say. I now have masens number saved in my phone & I will call no other mechanic going forward . Very stand up guy. Masen arrived early and spent the whole day installing some new springs on my car. The price was lower than what I would have paid at a shop. I had one issue after he left and he turned right around and resolved it. I highly recommend him.

I needed my old battery replaced with my new one. I didn t have the tools to do it myself and I was having a really tough time getting someone to come out and get it changed. He came within 20 minutes of me contacting him and was done before I got back from the ATM . He also leave customers with some really good tips before he swerves off. Masen is a stand up guy. My wifes chevy was leaking coolant pretty badly,Having worked in the car business for over a decade I've met my fair share of mechanics and he is definitely one I would suggest.. Local shop(pickerings) came in at a quote of almost a thousand dollars, he did the same work for less then half and did a great job, if he's hard to get a hold of it's because his work is in high demand, thanks again Masen

Mason was awesome!!! My girls brakes went out late last night and this morning on a Sunday morning !!, mason answered right away and was at my house within 20 min and fixed those brakes quick so that she could travel to Pueblo today , he was on point ,knowledgeable , friendly and reliable I will never call anyone else anymore for help with my vehicles .. thanks Mason we can t tell you enough how grateful we are !!Service: Brakes
