I brought in an old car that has been sitting for a while. Rust damage, dents, scratches, and paint peeling. Steve and his team did a phenomenal job painting and treating my car. I can t speak highly enough about how they went above and beyond. They treated my car as if it was their own. They have a customer for life with me! Definitely give them a look!

They are really helpful. I had an issue with my fuel door that car wash broke it. They gave me a quote in 5 mins to send it to the car wash. Waiting for an answer. I will update it after fixing my car here.

This place deserves a 10/10 for the price and service that I received. I came in with my white, 2015 Toyota Camry that had some paint chips all around the car from over the years. The paint chip started with small hail damage and the gaps just widened over the years.Steve gave me a warm welcome and offered to fix my car for a reasonable price. I fully understood that the paint would not be covered by warranty since only small sections would be fixed and a full body paint job was out of my price range ($5-6k). Initially receiving a turn around time of 4 days, I got a call in 2 days that my car was ready!My car looks brand new! I was shocked at the level of detail and how above and beyond they went to make my car look new. Steve even polished my headlights since they were getting a little foggy. Definitely recommend others for the price and quality.

I just got my car back. Just want to say that it looks amazing. It looks like a brand new car. Steve and his team went above and beyond. They got my car done in the time they said they would with no additional surprises. I would recommend them to anyone needing work done. Thank you so much for doing such a great job. 5 stars to you. I will definitely use you again.

5-7 day project took 3 weeks, thanks to insurance most likely. Paint color looks good but if you run your finger along my bumper, it feels like you're trying to read braille. Also not put back together great, bumper corner out � inch and lines not even. They also left a bunch of half empty water bottles in my trunk, and completely killed my car by leaving the parking lights on.

HORRIFIC PAINT JOB!!!! Check my photos for proof. BUBBLES everywhere, DIRT is everywhere in the paint from poor workmanship. I only asked the owner to "PLEASE MAKE IT RIGHT" at the hood that was brand new. That was out of the question to her & she's never even looked at it. On multiple brand new factory panels they screwed up the paint, how???They delivered the car covered in DIRT & DUST and said they can't wash it because it is a convertible and they only have a power washer. This was an intentional deceptive practice because the paint tech then told me I had 2 weeks to inspect it and bring it back to have any issues corrected.I brought it home and hand washed it and OMG it's so TERRIBLE. They even missed paint at two spots at the trunk. WOW! The next day I brought it back to a different Macco and the painter was astonished how BAD it was and then I told him it was this location. He said they should fix it. The HORRIBLE OWNER called in and they passed me the phone. She immediately refused to try to fix anything without even seeing it!!! They actually never inspected it with me. Then she told the paint tech not to even inspect it because they already had my money. She is a terrible example for Maaco.I remained polite throughout but this owner is just a joke. This place was different several years ago with different employees; hence the 4 star rating that has been falling since.The photos don't even do justice on how bad this Maaco is! Massive regrets!!!!That current 4 star rating is keeping BAD BEHAVIOR, AWFUL SERVICE and a PATHETIC "WORK" ETHIC afloat at least for now.UPDATE PER OWNER REQUEST:The trunk lid that had bodywork has since been replaced brand new and painted as planned but now by another company and it looks great. The driver rear quarter looks as expected per the pamphlet which is acceptable. The rest doesn t. Is that better?Check the photos because this will be your car. SO BAD!!The actual issue is the brand new factory hood that s black in the before photo. (Not to mention the front fenders that have no body work) They all LOOK DISGUSTING! Everywhere I go people offer unsolicited negative comments about the front end paint job. Just look at the interior and how dirty it was then imagine how bad the exterior was on delivery. No one listens to the customer complaints as I witnessed another guy pleading for help while the employee remained defensive and then I was up next in line for this mess. I saved no money because I have to have my front end redone elsewhere.They don t listen. Otherwise they wouldn t fight me in a reply that is misdirected to a non complaint area instead of listening, looking and TAKING RESPONSIBILITY for how poor this franchise location s performance was. Zero pride in their work and an inability to help the customer. If they do wrong they are very defensive after they have your money despite a legitimate issue.Service: Painting

Honestly, the only good thing about my experience was the body work on the door and the paint. The rest of my experience was customer service hell. They had my vehicle for over 8 weeks and never once called to give me progress reports. I had to call every time. I got a call only when the vehicle was done, and a call the day I said I could pick it up asking if I was still picking it up. Upon inspecting the vehicle I notice that the door lock button is not installed on my door panel, the battery is dead because they installed the door incorrectly. I had another issue driving home that i have not discussed with the shop because i am still waiting on their call about the door lock button that they promised they would make back on 01/02/2024. I have been waiting for over a week for their call. As i suspected, i received this request to review the shop before they called me. I started this review at a 2 star but i am changing it to a 1 star. Customer Service is important.

So I just want to alert everyone with Maaco.!! In Aurora They are not professional at all. They don t have any communication with the clients it is not a good place to take your vehicle they are all liars.!! every single one of them they re going to drain your insurance as much as they can and the end of the day my vehicle wasn t done completely.!!!!!!It is not a good place!!!!Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

I had a great experience with Maaco of Aurora . They repaired the damage on my car quickly and professionally. The paint job was great and matched the original color perfectly. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend Maaco of Aurora to anyone who needs auto body work or painting done.

For a 2007 vehicle with some hail damage, chipped paint near the front and prior minor body work, the vehicle looks great! My only issue is that there were 2 spots (passenger side rear door and driver's side front fender) that appeared to be wrinkles in the paint where, for whatever reason, the paint did not like the prep. Could be due to something that caused the paint to react - I don't know. The Maaco counter rep (Jesus) explained that it was due to the panel underneath, but these two spots where the paint appears wrinkled did not exist prior to the work. Additionally, the two rear-view mirrors were not painted, nor do they appear to have been buffed out in an attempt to match the paint job.Nonetheless, we are happy with the work done and the money saved over the usual fare of $4,000 - $8,000 quotes in the marketplace.

We took our Pilot to the Colfax and York location. They worked with us when our insurance company wouldn t by giving us options to save money. The project manager William was fair and made sure we were satisfied. Thank you for helping us get the best outcome from a bad situation. The car was cleaned inside and out when we picked it up.

***Update: I tried calling the shop, texting and calling the owner's cell -phone, talking to the receptionist - after promises of a call back nobody calls or texts back. Did you really mean to fix your mistakes?This is a new authentic Lexus bumper, painted by Maaco Aurora location in March 2022 (4 months ago). The reason I m giving this place 2 stars instead of 1 is because the owner fired a manager who did a terrible job on both of my vehicles. I wish the owner of this Maaco location owned his shop s quality and fixed the bad job, but instead he blamed the paint chipping off my bumper on cheap off market parts (this is a new original Lexus bumper). It was simply not primed before being painted so now everything is pilling off and I have to repaint the bumper elsewhere after just 4 months. See the pictures attached Service: Body & Trim

A couple years back I did restore now when I brought them my truck it was just about ready to go and I paid two grand for the job and I wasn't disappointed. Flaws in the paint where just a couple but the average person would never see them the paint was laid nice no dirt at all, it past my very high standards and looked great at auction. I would use again for my next single stage job

Love the work these guys do! Great price, better work and the best customer service. I worked with these guys to get my 1990 Chevy truck painted and they had me hooked up and on the road in a week. I've already recommended these guys and will keep doing so! Keep it up Steve and crew! I'll be back with my other vehicles when they need paint, for sure.

I took in a SUV for door repair. Took 2 full months , after initially estimated as a 6-day job. Was told that it was ready, only to be told (when I got there) that I'd need to wait until the next week. Got it the next week only to see that the repair wasn't finished and had to leave it again, for another 3 weeks, for them to repair damage from the original repair. They then filed a supplement with my insurance to cover the cost (and this additional work, that was overlooked in the initial repair, was visible from several feet away--they repaired the door but did not repair the segment of the body that the door rested against when closed). Just extremely poor service from a non-communicative auto shop.

This shop did an ok job on fixing my minivan door and it was a not too expensive. However, I picked up a dirty car, still covered in primer that I had to wash off. The car had a door that needed to be repaired and painted after a minor fender bender. After I washed the car, I discovered a huge scratch, the size of half of my arm, on a fender on the same side as the door (see picture attached), I wrote to the owner and sent pictures but he didn t respond anything. I do keep track of my cars and take pictures almost daily as this is a Rental vehicle and I have pictures of the car right before it was brought into the shop and right after it was received. The repair also took several weeks instead of promised several days timeline.Service: Body & Trim

Got hit by a crazy lady in October.Waited a long time (between insurance and other things), but got back CJ (the Honda) in prime form... Except the radiator. Overheated, left folks stranded. We were bummed.Called the guys, and they came and snagged him, and then two days later, he came hime fixed and (so far) feelin' fantastic. Will update <3Thanks, guys :)

They scammed me for not fixing the scratches after they made it on my car accidentally removing the tape under the door molding on both side of my 2008 vehicle while they are doing a paint job repainting the lower molding on both sides of my car with a sliver color which is still under a year warranty although of that the guy whose responsible for this paint his names is Sean a young Hispanic man with a black beard who works for them with Steve behind the shop at the wear house in charge for painting job. Unfortunately ,he is a cheater and scammer doesn t care at all about a one year warranty which is still not expired yet and he was ripping me off me telling me this it s will be the last time !!!! it s sound dose not make any sense which it means he wants to cheat on me trying to used me for him self not for taking care to the customers no matter what if they screwed up they will not take any responsibility fix it for me and I m still under warranty for a year which it s still valid not expired yet. Hopefully never deal with those kind of scammers like Sean who are still working with MACOO after my bad experience with those scammers like him who are still working with MACOO I will advise everyone never bring your car to MACOO as long Sean still working with them and he will rip everyone off after he did it to me . Those kind of scammers like Sean as long he is a cheater likes scamming everyone on purpose sooner he will be responsible for losing all the customers cause a huge bankrupting with MACOO putting them out of business if he continues scamming and cheating customers like what he did to me .MACOO needs to do something about Sean to stop ripping off the customers or it will be better to get fired if MACOO wants to keep their business going with a good reputation making sure to be honest doing the job right with out ripping off their customers .

I got my 2002 Mustang repainted here, and everything turned out exactly perfect, and they did a great job repairing all of the paint chips and the bumpers which were really messed up. This is the best place to get any body work done to any car. The staff are really nice and helpful and I would recommend to anyone wanting great work done.

Last week I had some body work done on the front of my car at this shop. When I went to pick it up, I noticed the front plastic grill was missing and there was a hole under the bumper. I pointed it out to the shop manager. He tried to convince me there was no grill there in the first place. I told him there was and I had even talked to him about painting it specifically the week before when I dropped my car off.He then went back to the shop to look for the piece and came out with a grill that looked similar to mine but didn t look like the one they took off my car and I told him so. He insisted that the piece was from my car. I told him I didn t think it was but if it would fit my car I d take it. He got angry and yelled at me saying the piece was from my car and I had to admit to it and I was acting like a child. This is the same guy who 10 minutes ago told me my car didn t have a grill. He then told me he could prove it from their CC camera footage. He went back and looked for the footage for 15 minutes and couldn t find it.They kept the grill for painting, I took my car home and drove it back to the shop for the piece to be installed the next day. Rude employee.Aside from that, they did a good job on the painting.

Steve is a very kind and helpful man. I always get nervous going to car repair shops but I had a large scratch onthe side of my car from a piece of wood that fell off a truck on the highway. Steve took one look at my car and said "hold on a minute." He then left and came back out with a bottle and rag. He then proceeded to buff out the scratch, as well as wipe my headlights to crystal clear perfection and even used the stuff to get some sappy spots from a tree I had parked under a while ago off the hood. While doing all this we had a very pleasant conversation and then he surprised me by saying he would not charge me for his service. I had an amazing experience and was so pleased to have been helped by an honest man. They do full body paint there too and based off of the cars I saw in the lot there were some amazing paint jobs. I highly reccomend taking your car to this location! The pictures I posted are the before and after from his buff out.

13 months after the paint job and my Land Rover is in WORSE shape. Steve proceeded to provide a laundry list of excuses and another estimate over $1500 to fix these spots. I've used Maaco twice- never again.As you can see in the pictures, the paint is peeled back and rusted down to the metal. This obviously has been this way for a while but because it's on the roof of my LR, I just saw it while adding ski racks. Paint job was originally completed 9.2.2022.UPDATE- I've called twice as a follow-up to my review and each time was put on hold and eventually sent to voicemail. The first time, I left a message and my message was not returned. This team is not interested in making the paint peeling situation, which has gotten much worse, right.

The boys over at Maaco did a fantastic job at replacing my wife's fender on her Mazda 2. The paint match is PERFECT and you cant even tell a difference. They even took their time and fixed a couple of little paint chips that they didnt even have to touch! Honest people and good prices. The customer service was beyond excellent and everyone had a positive attitude. Thank you guys, I will be back!

This place exceeded all expectations, brought a bumper in to get it color matched with my rare high voltage paint and it came out perfect. Only took 3 days and the cost was $150+ lower than other places quoted. Definitely recommend them and will be going back! Steve helped out tremendously and cares about perfection. 10/10

I would highly recommend Maaco. They painted and removed a few dents from our 2007 Hyundai Sonata and we are delighted how this project turned out. Steve provided us with a no pressure estimate and the work took less than 5 days to complete. Steve and Paul were friendly, prompt and provided us with full consideration. It was a pleasure doing business with the two of them. Don't hesitate doing business with them. I guarantee that you will not be disappointed.
