I took my GMC Yukon to have some hail damage repaired and my man Tony really took care of us. He was even able to schedule it around our vacation for our anniversary. When we came back from our cruise, our car was looking really good like it was brand new almost didn t recognize it. I would highly recommend these guys to do any type of bodywork for your vehicle. What a great experience! I brought my very new car in for some body work and Tony was so kind, honest and got me in quickly to take care of my car. Their pricing is more than fair and my car looks good as new. I also got the pleasure of meeting Tony Sr. when my car was finished, who is equally as kind and knowledgeable as his son. This is a family owned business that operates with the highest integrity. I m glad I found them and highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for body work.

Lujan s did an amazing job with the paint on my motorcycle. This is the second time using there services and the quality is top notch, not to mention the quick turnaround time. I would definitely consider these guys on your next project.

Called to schedule in a paint job on a thursday and they were apparently busy so he told me they could get me in the next Thursday at 10am. Showed up a week later (as scheduled), and the lady at the front said whoever I talked to was out of town until the next week (not even knowing who I talked to in the first place). Being on a short time frame, I was already starting to get frustrated that I was penciled in for a 10am dropoff a week after my initial call just for the guy to be out of town for another week. She gave me the number of the two guys she knew who dealt with scheduling and told me to try them and let them know to call the shop to tell them to start working on the car on the same day as the dropoff. Tried both numbers and the call was declined after a few rings (on both numbers).[*Fast Forward*]Eventually got in touch with the owner(Tony) and scheduled to have it done the next day(friday). After not hearing from them on friday, I called and they said they could get it done by Monday at 1.[*Fast forward to monday*]They needed more time so we scheduled for 6pm instead.Upon picking up the vehicle, the bumper was not able to be installed due to impact bar damage, but since it was removed they charged me for labor ($100). They also charged me for bumper assembly but I installed that bumper myself, besides the grille.(POSITIVES)+ The quality of paint job given the circumstances was great.+ They worked with me to get things done my way.+ Tony, being on vacation, was very transparent about the process, and at a good price.(NEGATIVES)- There are only a select few who speak English, and this causes a great deal of miscommunication.- They booked me in but weren't expecting me once I arrived...- They don't call you for any updates or confirmation, you have to call them.- They pushed the finish date 3 times because of bad time management.- My left headlight was messed up after picking up the car.- Since the vehicle was finished way past the agreed date, I asked for a discount but they said there was other underlying damage that they fixed free of charge (which I didn't agree to or ask for) and that nulled any potential discount.All in all, I paid 700 for a fender and bumper paint job, and old bumper removal

They are reliable, honest and operate with integrity.I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great auto body.Tony always took the time to answer any questions I may have had, and provided me with all the options available, from repair to replacement.As a woman, it can be difficult to find a good body shop you can trust with your vehicle without knowing , so I'm very happy to have been referred to Lujan Auto Body. Tony and his team are the best! Not to mention Tony Jr took the time to communicate everything with me, left me at ease knowing I got my moneys worth. 10/10 DEFINITELY would recommend!

Super-fast service. My car was damaged at a car wash and they got me in quick, promised it would be done in 2 days, and it was. You can't even tell anything happened. I would definitely go to again!

Dropped off my car to see if they could fix my cracked bumper but the damage was too bad.So I had them put it back on the car and told them I d get a new bumper and drop it off to get it painted. When I went to pick up my car came to find they cracked my $600 carbon fiber lip and they would not own up to it nor offer any compensation. So I got the new bumper dropped it off they gave me their word that it would be done with in a week. They never worked on it and I ended up picking up my bumper after a month. Definitely don t recommend taking any expensive cars there cuz it will be damaged. And they ll hold on to your car parts for a month and won t answer calls.Service: Painting

Highly recommend. Reasonable to lower price. Good communication via email and phone. Completed on time. Guaranteed work.They also do all the repairs for airport rental cars. So they have consistent lineup of work and don t have to overcharge each and every customer that walks in the door.Thank you, Tony & company!

Took 4+ months to get my truck back! The door handle was broken I didn t even argue but they did take insurance money for all that was supposed to be repaired! When i see my truck and look at the estimate and supplements it don t match but what ever! The new paint looks nice but it doesn t match the old paint so it looks weird thats ok! I dealt with the owner son for the most part he was cool, but one day we were discussing something that was supposed to still get fixed he put his dad on the phone and after a few words he was like I m a busy person o don t have time to talk to you, in a very bad manner to which I didn t even call him and if i did why does he run a business! Anyways thats what i get for not going thru a in network shop! The reason for that was of the wait time, that didn t turn out too well!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

If I could give less than one star I would, company has horrible time management, extremely poor communication. I would not recommend this place to anyone. My car was suppose to be fixed they didnt pick up the phone or get what I needed on time. Completely horrible management team. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I went to this shop because someone attempted to get inside my truck and in the process, they broke my lock to my truck. I worked with Tony, and he set me up with a lock smith and ordered the part quickly. When the parts arrived and i got with lock smith, Tony made sure to quickly replace the lock for me. I'm very grateful for their swift and good work. I would recommend.Service: Body & Trim

Absolutely recommend this shop. I had some minor parking lot collision damage to my car and they got me in and fixed it up looking great in under an hour the same day I drove in, and for an extremely reasonable price. Even buffed out a few other ugly spots on my car for free while they were working on it.

I brought in my 2004 Subaru Wrx and that was the biggest mistake. They were supposed to replace a lot of the interior stuff like my center arm rest but instead they screwed back with dry wall screws and didn t bother replacing the broken tab on the center arm rest. They didn t even wire everything correctly and i had my car come back with a CEL. You can see the dents on the pins on the door handle and when i got the car it came back with more damages on the left quarter panel mear the trunk area and didn t bother to report it. This will be the first and last time i ever go to this place as they do a hackjob and I refuse to go back there and have them fix it. Also they kept cranking my car and even try dropping the clutch trying to start the car because they were too lazy to jump start it. Very unprofessional and I wouldn t recommend this shop to anyone. Ill take the bullet on this one for having trust in them but look elsewhere for your body/mechanical needs.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Tony, the owner of Lujan Autobody is amazing. His team has gone above and beyond to help me get back into my car quickly (I have 2 toddlers and our world doesn't function without a car).They do excellent work and are so honest and kind. I'm lucky to have found them and am now referring all my friends to him. Thank you guys for being good people that do good work!

Got way overcharged to have "new" molding installed on driver door. Was definitely old and used now leaks in the rain. Brand new bumper instalation came out a bit sloppy with a small crack by a headlight as well as bottom lip improperly installed. They did some last minute ghetto spray painting and left a fingerprint. Called me in saying the car was ready to pickup so I left work to go get it and they were still working on it. I even spoke Spanish for Tony since it's his primary language and he still didn't come up with the proper estimate for the job I was looking to get. Wanted the whole cars exterior restored and he kept saying "the car looks good" as if he didn't want to work on my whole car or assuming I couldn't afford his service who knows. Will be bringing my business elsewhere and do not recommend Lujan personally got played here. Services: Painting, Body & Trim
