0 sympathy, I arrived with a trailer, which the wait was within 30 minutes to an hour.I asked if i can leave trailer and come back within a hour or 2 NO thats all i heard Drove around the block to J & R tiresWere kindly the start the job as soon i got there, drop trailer and came back within 45 min. And left

I was visiting from Houston and caught a nail in my rear tire I went to discount tire and wanted me to wait 1.5 hours! Thankfully I found these guys around the corner had me in and out in under 10 min, drove back 1000 miles no issues!!!!

Was in need of two tires pretty badly. Came in and they took care of me with a super reasonable price! Will be coming back when my other car needs tires.

While other places tell you to come back, since you don t have an appointment. This place is first come first serve. And will always take you as a customer. Their prices are reasonable and ever offer financing. These guys know what they re doing and back their work with warranty.

horrible service i went there by 4 pm and my guess is they were in a hurry because they had too many cars waiting and they close at 6 pm that when they fixed my flat and mounted the tire back they put the tire inside out and the guy that fixed it charged me 30 dollars when the desk girl told me 20 . never go back again

I needed to fix my tire and they were very kind and fast, hours are from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday. Thanks for the help.Excellent all.

During a tire change, they lost three of the four valve caps and all of the wheel center cups. For long minutes, I watched them looking for at the ground. Of course, only after my notification that the wheels should be handed over to me as they were complete before. When I paid, I dictated my phone number to the young female cashier. She wrote it down wrong. I noticed her about it. She said that I dictated it to her like that. No, young lady, I know my phone number quite well, having used it for many years. No, you dictated it to me like that. In other words, I'm a moron and she's an airplane. It is better to avoid this tire service.PS: They wrote an answer - they are fine and I'm probably lying. It corresponds exactly to what I wrote about them.

They were very fast and got me took care of without the long wait, and was the only tire shop in the area with my specific size. And the beautiful lady at the counter gave me a great deal on it.10/10 recommendedThank you guys again

I had purchased tires and needed them installed. Found Llantera Rosales on a quick internet search, and I am glad I did. Had me in and out in about 45 minutes. Quick and friendly staff. Definitely will be going back for my tire needs!

They came through for me today. I have rare low profiles so they went to get one for me, took less than 20 minutes, they installed it quick and efficiently. Overall it took less than an hour. I was a walk in customer so I thought it was going to take awhile but they were quick! I m back on the road again. Thanks!

the owner of the business was not reasonable, I wanted to give her a safety tip and she kicked me out of her business... this is what happened: the person had already finished installing my wheel, but I told him can you please torque my wheel to 150 ft -lb . and he said:- WE DON'T HAVE ANY TORQUE WRENCH , so how do you guys make sure that the wheel is well tightened .. ??? the owner said: -with the electric gun... -but that doesn't assure you that the wheel nuts are properly installed. You don't know exactly if it too tight or if it lose .people's lives are at stake just because they don't torque the wheels... they have been working on this place for so many years and they don't have the necessary tools to do their job well... i feel sorry for her. She doesn't know anything about her business, the only thing she knows is to charge.the owner told me: - you don t want to pay...- I'm going to pay you and that's why I come here to help me with my wheel. I'm not asking you for a gift... that's why I pay for you to do things right.well.... in a few words "I don't recommend this place..."

I will never go back to a big dealership or tire place for tires or patch service. It is mostly Spanish speaking but they help you they're fast they're kind and there's always someone there that can speak English so don't be discouraged stop on in and they will definitely take care of you.

The service was smooth and very friendly. They have a great selection of tires and rims for trucks & SUVs. They also were able to patch up a nail in a tire I had after Christmas right away!! I definitely recommend this place. :)

Very disappointed in their inability to help a customer in a desperate situation- Simply because they all decided it was more important to call it a day 25 minutes prior to when they are supposed to close (was turned away at 5:35pm with a posted 6pm close!) I have come here several times and this was my Go-To spot for tires, but they lost my business and my respect. I even tried to explain to multiple people that I simply needed ONE tire changed as it was shredded and told them how desperate I was for a replacement as I had also gotten a screw in my spare earlier in the day and was driving with a plug in my spare...But was met with a "Not my problem" attitude and response. They even confirmed that they were supposed to be open until 6pm but obviously were focused on themselves since all they had to respond with was "we're done for the day, cant help ya". Seriously let down and was shown where NOT to bring my business and I would advise others to do the same since you wont even get served if they feel like they have better things to do.

Very friendly, helpful and fast! And I dare you to find a better price anywhere in town! Had two really bad tires and they made sure that my family and I would be safe driving. Will be coming back when I need tires again.

Not happy at all with the service. They didn t balance my tires rite. I could of really did serious damage 2 my car. Still not the same. Will never go there again!! I ll pass the word also

I want to give a Big shout put to This Place I ve taken my car twice now Nd couldn t be any happier with there service I took my 15 Chevy Suburban for a FuLL tire rotation that was much needed they handled it with ease made me feel safe after that . I took my car in today to mount 4 new tires nd Balance them Jan 4th 2022 Nd once again I would give them 5 Stars on such a awesome experience Nd exceptional work they even noticed that my valves needed to be replaced Nd quickly pointed it out to me just made me FeeL Like they were really paying attention to detail . There my NEW Tire shop for Sure Not only because there the closest to me but because they have proven they can handle any job given to them .
