We obtained a full service visit this past week. We did not have an appointment, but called and were told we may have to wait. Our car was taken in quickly. Had tires rotated, fluids changed, and an oil change done. The technician was thorough and efficient. We are completely pleased with this location. They have such outstanding service!

Couldn't ask for a better experience, the whole team was super knowledgeable and happy to help in every way. Brayden B is hands down the MAN everyone strives to have working on there vehicles and he goes above all expectations that made me confident in where I take my business. I can't express enough that the shop on Smokey Hill and 470 is the place to be if you want to be treated right, cared for and shown professionalism! Way to go Brayden, Joe and the whole team

Had a flat the day before a freeze over and was treated very good... In fact the best treatment from a staff from the front desk to the repair bay. Appreciate these guys and am definitely coming back to purchase my next set after I go back to work from 7 months of chemo and surgery.

Hands-down the best customer service I have ever received at a tire service center! They are true gentlemen. Everyone was polite and respectful. I had my flat tire repaired in under 30mins and was told exactly what was wrong with it and how they fixed it at no cost! Thank you gentlemen, I will definitely be buying my next set of tires from ya'll! Keep up the great work!

I faced a very unusual and idiotic situation in this store a few days ago. I had an accident a few weeks ago so I was in the process of replacing the front bumper. At the same time I had to do the Uber car inspection, so I went to this store. They saw that my front bumper is missing and didn't mention anything. They kinda did the inspection, charged me $35 and failed it. They said everything else is good except for the missing bumper.I told them that this is not fair because you already saw that the bumper is missing and didn't have to bring me in and steal $35 from me?!!!I would say this is a pure swag.

Went in for an oil change, and needed new tires - great service and quick turn-around. 2 days later, my wife's vehicle had a very low tire. The tech found a screw in the tire, so they repaired it free of charge. Best customer service and car shop in the area!

Was just turned away from a competitor because they were too busy to help with my flat tire in the midst of traveling. I pulled into Les Schwab and they opened the door for me and pulled the truck in within seconds. I can t say thank you enough for the experience I ve had here during a moment of need.

Stopped in for an alignment on the front of my lifted pickup and discovered they do full synthetic oil changes. Asked them to add that as well. They called me to let me know alignment was good and nothing needed, do they removed that charge. Everyone was super friendly and efficient. They've earned my business!

What a great experience! I came in on my spare tire, sure I needed a new tire. The technician first said, let's see if he can fix it. He sure did! If earning my trust is their business, they have mine! I appreciate them saving/patching the tire! Not only did it save me money, but it's good for the environment. I won't go anywhere else. Clean, friendly, trustworthy!

They repaired a small tire puncture hole that Discount didn't want to fix, citing it had a temporary plug on it the roadside assistance guy put on so I can drive home. They even balanced my wheel and all free of charge. With this great service experience, I will definitely consider them when I need new tires.

I dropped off my vehicle at 9am they said they would have my tires rotated and balanced in 4 hrs. I called at 4:30 pm as I hadn t received a call yet. They said your vehicle is next and will b ready soon. I headed over there and my vehicle was parked outside so I assumed they finished. When I went inside they said all done and charged my card. As I was about to leave the manager comes in and says wait we didn t do anything to to your vehicle give him a refund. I asked why and he said the tread was to low to rotate tires. I then asked why he didn t let me know when I dropped it off or call me sooner rather than keeping my vehicle all day and then charged me? He just put his s head down and started to work on other paper work. Horrible customer service! I will not ever go back to this location bad business practice.

Best tire store in the area, and I've used all of them over the past 15 years. Darrin and the staff are fantastic: friendly, timely, communicate well, and fair on price. Only place we intend to get serviced.

Went to Firestone, up the street, was a dedicated customer. had a screw in my F250's new tires recently purchase . Its leaking. Firestone told me to leave my truck and they might get to it today. Dave Hoffman and crew at Les Schwab got me in immediately, 15 minutes laters done. Great customer service. They have my business for all my vehicles moving forward. Thanks Dave!

The fella that patched my hole in my tire is definitely a car guy and knew what he was doing. You always hear horror stories about wheels getting messed up at tire places...I'll come back and ask for Jesse (sp?) by name next time I need something done! They also had a Maserati in the bay with much more expensive wheels before I got there, so that was a relief and gave me some confidence before even getting in the door. Thank you for fixing me up!

Best tire shop experience, always fair pricing on new tires. Also, they do free flat repair which has saved me more than once. All the employees are super professional and polite. Darren is always going out of his way to make the experience pleasant.

I love this place. I called and spoke to Joe early this afternoon to get a battery replaced in my Jeep. I was in and out within 40 minutes! It was a Friday, but they still took care of me. They really do run out to your car to help you. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

Went in for an alignment and to doubl3 check some work done on the truck was done right. Dustin helped me, and did the alignment. He went above and beyond making sure everything was how it was supposed to be, I have a truck that in notorious for steering issues, he faster than I couldn't figure out what to do, had the entire truck aligned and straitened the steering wheel.He walked me through what he was doing, what to look for in the future for specific issues that are common, and was a very happy individual which I will say at a mechanic shop, isn't something common. He has a smile on his face the entire time and seemed really happy with the work he does, he's a great guy and a great asset to les swuab. The shop manager was very helpful aswell though I didn't get his name. 100% will be a return customer because of how I was taken care of and treated. My truck isn't the nicest or nicest looking. That didn't affect how I was treated at all, and normally it does at other shops. Very satisfied with the service recieved.

3 months in gearbox they put in broke and caused a bad wreck. Shop tried to skate liability saying it's not on them when multiple other shops have said it is the cause of the wreck and is on them. Will be having my attorney pursue legal action. Would stay away from this shop for anything but tires.

Don t bring your car here. Place is very frustrating to deal with when they cause issues. Their call center will force you to deal with the manager who already told you it wasn t there fault. Crazy. Cause everything was fine until I came to you. Stay away. Shady store managers who don t stand behind their work.

Amazing service. A great place to do business. Very community minded, do not try to upsell you and are very concerned about your vehicle.I will always get my tires from them. Just recently brought my son's car in for 4 new tires. Cheaper tires were not available (supply chain) and all they had was a more expensive tire. They looked at the tread and suggested we only replace two of them (front wheel drive car) as the other two would not need to be replaced for a long time.They always great you with a pleasant attitude and are willing to help.

Pulled into Les Schwab at 23990 East Smoky Hill Road a few minutes before they opened this morning, needing a flat repaired. I was immediately met at my car and within minutes my car was in one of their bays. World class service and attention to detail. I was impressed and the most amazing part, No Charge for flat repairs! A sure fired way to build customer loyalty. Made my day.

Edit : After I had posted a negative review, corporate reached out right away and put me in touch with Dave the manager here. Dave was not in the office while my issues had occurred, so he was not aware until I posted my previous review. Dave made me feel welcome, apologized and made the situation right. I can see why he is in charge, he has great leadership qualities and does right by his customers. If you go here, ask to deal with Dave directly as I am confident he will take care of you .

I've bought tires and tire sensors from them before (great experience) but it's probably been about 6-7 years, and the other day I went in with a slow-leak (most likely a nail from nearby construction). I was fully prepared to pay for the repair but they did it for free. Friendly, professional, and their waiting area is always so nice and clean. Highly recommend.
