This was my first visit to a less Schwab store. I most impressed in my 55 years of life I ve never been in a more clean store that was professionally ran by people that were friendly and helpful. my appointment was for 8 o clock for a alignment. I made it online with ease and I left before 9 AM. They explained what was wrong with my car but they did correct it and what I need to do in the future to take care of my car. Very very impressed. Good job.

Can't really say good or bad. I needed a break chamber on my semi, they were close by, I called them and they don't do that type of repair. However, they have all the equipment and it's a super easy fix. They should consider this type of repair. Thanks

I just needed air in my tires. They were quick and it cost me nothing and they even refilled my washer fluid. They only issue I had, was that I had informed the young man who had inflated my tires, that my vehicle is equipped with a system that "honks" when its complete. I drove away with different pressure in each tire. The atmosphere and customer service is top notch

After a three and a half months battle with the Les Schwab "top of the line tires" never working well on my Dodge Grand Caravan......After going to a minimum of 8 other Les Schwab locationsin at least 3 different states .....AND at least 5 visits to "Discount Tire" stores in at least 2-3 different states.....FINALLY!!!!!Someone listens and believes and actually does the right thing!!!Fiona is my most favorite person that I have ever talked with about my situation.She was patient and attentive as I explained my situation.She was understanding and genuinely concerned.So...I drove almost 3 hours(even into a snow storm)to get to THIS Les Schwab.Fiona had talked with Jaron about my situation. When I got to the store, they were all expecting me and ready to get me in the que. All the paperwork and the other front desk person was aware I would be coming in.(Because of the snow storm, they were super busy and I had to wait....yes, I had to wait my turn andthey got to me as quickly as they could without an appointment)Beyond grateful Besides that......The place is clean.Popcorn is good. They had a water bowl for my pup. If I lived anywhere near here, this would be my go to place.More to come.Yes,I will recommend this Les Schwab

This is a picture of the screw that after 2 hours, Les Schwab said was not there. REALLY??? The only thing nice I can say is, they did not charge us anything.Went to Big O, guess what???? They found the screw before they even took the car in the back or took the tire off. Will NEVER go to Les Schwab again and recommend never trusting them with your tires.

***DO NOT TAKE MEDIUM DUTIES OR HEAVY DUTIES TRUCK***I have had really bad experience with Heavy Duty and Medium Duty Trucks. Two years ago, I did use them to do an alignment on a Semi including new tires. Three months down the road, the tires they sold me wore out unevenly, and blamed the driver for going over the speed limit, not knowing my Semi was restricted to 65 Mphr.Today, I took an Isuzu NPR to do an alignment, and they tried but failed to tell me they couldn't do it, and made me think it was done. Took the truck for a spin, called them and told them the truck was still pulling to the right.Took the truck back again, they said it was a tire issue, and ended up swapping the tires from driver to passenger to no avail. Took the truck for a spin a second time, and my tire blew out within less than 1 mile of testing. Called them and they blamed the angle of the tire for blowing up, I replied saying I have have been doing trucking longer than they have.Lessons learned: Please "DO NOT USE THEM FOR TRUCK ALIGNMENT," they just don't have the proper equipment, or the professional knowledge to get your truck right.Final result: Every time I have used them for a Truck Alignment, they have cost me a new tire or set of tires. In addition, this time it cost a wheel stud, they messed it up.Final: Received my reimbursement for the alignment. Too the truck to A&E Tire Centers and they did the job right.

Outstanding place! Great people, great service! I needed a flat repaired and these guys went above and beyond! The guy who repaired it really knew his stuff. I had several questions related regarding this particular tire and he inspired a great deal of confidence in his knowledge and ability. The waiting area is topp notch and they even have a popcorn machine! Two thumbs up!

So clean, so professional, so easy! I had the best experience here getting my flat fixed. Fast, clean, professional. The woman at the front desk with the short hair was soooo nice. I will literally never go anywhere else for tires from now on.

Amazing service and they don't make you feel like they're doing you a favor. Put my spare back and reinstalled my subwoofer without even asking. Not any more expensive then the next guy. Free coffee! I will always come here. Thank you!

My experience would have been better there if the lady who works at this place treats everyone with kindness. Also, when she is on the phone with other customers, she does not sound professional at all. When the call go direct to the voicemail, she d leave a message saying this is -. Call me ASAP to every call she makes.

The Saturday after Thanksgiving Krystian saved our day! We drove from Arizona to visit family, and I was driving with my kids and dog up to the foothills from eastern CO. I ran out of windshield wiper fluid (so I thought) while driving west on I-70. I called my husband, who was working, to see what he thought, and he mentioned there was a Les Schwab on Tower Rd. I told them I had stopped at the gas station next door for fluid but that it looked frozen in the jug and asked if they could help. Krystian said he'd top off our wiper fluid for me. However, he came out and looked under the hood to find our wiper fluid (not rated for winter weather since we drove from AZ) was completely frozen in the reservoir! He mentioned they had a spot in their shop and could try and thaw it for us. They took our Tahoe into the shop and used heat guns to thaw the fluid in the reservoir and added winter rated fluid. He saved our day and I was able to drive safely up to Evergreen after about an hour in their shop! I am beyond grateful for his helping us at no cost around the holidays! We are so grateful to the people at this Les Schwab location.

Les Schwab is always available to solve your tire needs and more. Sam especially went above and beyond when it usually takes one hour to handle a screw in my tire. Sam did it in 20 minutes because he ran. Yes, Sam ran when the routine is to walk. Amazing tire service

They were so kind to me and professional. I watched them go above and beyond with customer service not just for me but everyone that walked in the door while I was in. They removed a screw in a tire for me while I waited.

In my job, I do a lot of training related to what "good customer service" is supposed to look like. So i am always curious and observant to see what customer service is like in other industries and businesses. I was super impressed with the customer service at this Les Schwab location. I lost my wheel lock key. The team was able to remove the wheel locks, rotate my tires in less than 30 mins. Jaron was super friendly and informative. Thank you!As I waited for my car, I was impressed with the 7 to 8 interaction between multiple employees and multiple customers. There is a good culture of customer service here!!

One of the best customer service experiences I have had! Fiona, Lance, and Christian at the Tower Road location in Aurora were all very helpful. We had a flat on our personal car and were actually able to get a full set of tires put on quickly, plus they were able to get my company car in right afterwards and get those tires replaced. They were very professional and friendly. Thank you guys for all of your help today! We will definitely be back and highly recommend!

Great tire shop, clean and quick. We were passing through Denver and picked up a screw in a tire. They fixed it in about a hour and didn't even charge us for it!

The lady who answered the phone was so extremely nice that I decided to come here to get my new tire instead of somewhere else. When I got here, the lady was at the counter, her name is Fiona and she was even nicer in person. What an outstanding customer service experience!

We purchased tires for the RV from Les Schwab and they have been great. We went back for a balance check and alignment on the RV. The guys were fabulous, balanced the tires wonderfully after a shop in Alabama messed them up. Gave great advice on alignment and we couldn t be more pleased. We initially got quotes from other tire shops but these guys at Les Schwab have earned our unquestioned loyalty. Thanks Les Schwab!!

I was in town, I travel for work and drive 200 + miles a day. I get my fair shares of flats and seen my fair shares of tire shops. This one is by far the friendliest and fastest service. Miguel in the front was super friendly and helpful. When time is money I trust this ll location of LS

I called to schedule an appointment for an alignment. I provided them with the year, make and model of my vehicle and after checking with a supervisor they confirmed they could perform the alignment as they had done so on others like it. I then drove nearly an hour through heavy traffic to get there for my scheduled appointment only to have them tell me they were "sorry" but they would not be able to do the alignment. Definitely will never go back there for any future service!

I come to store today in last minutes I am worry they will fix my tire next day because they are almost close but they are very professional, quick service, and good price, the guy replace my tire very quick and professional, another guy help me to chose the tire is super friendly and patient to explain everything for me, I come at 5:30 and my tire done in 6:00, I am so happy, this place is the perfect place for your tire. Thank you guys

Tyler at Les Schwab helped our family immensely. We had just flew to CO from PHL and found out that our rental car had a tire issue. Tyler was able to quickly and thoroughly diagnose the problem and present a solution. We were able to get back to our vacation in a few short hours thanks to Tyler and his team! Thank you Tyler!

Brought a commercial vehicle here. They were extremely helpful and accomadating. I have brought my personal vehicles to other Les Schwab centers for the free flat repair and they have always been good. This location is specifically set up for larger commercial vehicles (semi's) etc. I will definitely be a returning customer.

I absolutely love this store and drive out of my way to get my services done here, the entire team is fantastic. I ve specifically been helped out by Andree multiple times, he is always in the best mood along with being very efficient. This location is the best les Schwab by far.

Brandy, Christian, Miguel and the entire staff at this location is absolutely amazing. As a small business owner, it is important to find a shop that won't nickel and dime me and I am so grateful. Had 4 tires replaced on Tuesday. They got me in quickly and were very nice. It was busy, and they still took the time to make sure I was happy. Definitely will be back

Top notch. We were on our way back home to South Carolina and needed to get our tire pressure checked. The employee was very quick and professional about checking on us while still in our vehicle. He then said he d be happy to check all our tires and helped me line the truck up for that. He noticed they were low, so he checked and filled all the tires up to get us where we needed to be for the long drive home. Very professional and I would recommend this place to anyone in the area. It was very quick!

This is the second time I went to this location with a tire issue. I needed a tire looked at and needed to price tires anyway. The ones I selected were more than I was hoping to spend but it was a good quality tire and I was told it would be an hour to an hour and a half wait.At an hour an 15 minutes, my car hadn t been taken in yet so I went to the front and asked for an update. I was told there was a back up because all of the scheduled appointments did show up there were another 6 people in front of me. I was told it would be an additional 30-45 minutes. It took almost another hour.This is exactly what happened to me on my first visit and I was hoping for better. In both instances, nobody came and told me there were delays and if I hadn t said anything, it probably would have been a longer wait. The people I spoke to were nice but gauging time and communicating with customers is not great.

2 reasons I go here:1) They take pride in customer service.2) They understand how to build trucks. This isn t just a tire shop that does alignments- though I do go to them for both.Shout out to Alexander
