This location has wonderful employees; they were all so kind and helpful. I was even able to get in the same day and the alignment made a world of difference! I just got new tires and wanted to make sure they wouldn t wear out prematurely.

Have had them not do the alignment on two of my vehicles because the grease left behind after greasing all new ball joints.

We took my suv in to get the rotors looked at. The steering wheel and brake pedal were shimming when braking from higher speeds. Xavier advised the inspection was free and recommended new rotors and gave quotes for tires. I noticed later that I was still experiencing the same problem and called to let them know. I spoke with Marcos who advised to bring it back in the morning and he would have a tech look at it again.I dropped it off the next morning at 9am with Marcos and said he'd call when it was done. He called around 11:45 and said to come on down.I got there and William helped me. He explained obviously the front rotors were brand new so that wasn't the problem. He advised my left rear rotor was getting warped so he resurfaced it and balanced my tires. He also explained the future need of replacing the struts/shocks that come with lifetime warranty with them for around $1350.I cannot explain how nice these guys were and go to the extra mile and complete this without an extra cost. I really appreciate the forwardness and no bull or runaround!We will definitely be back!

I've been doing business with Les Schwab for year now. They are amazing, professional, thorough, great people. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my wheel, tire, brake needs

Les Schwab as a whole, is the best auto mechanic outfit in all the land. Especially this location at 15787 E. Arapahoe Rd. The staff are truly personable, polite, and very very accommodating. They ve done a ton of top-notch work to my 2002 Chrysler and I couldn t be happier. They ve really gone above and beyond, and they back their work. They are fast, always friendly, and experts at a dying craft. Stop shopping around for a sub-par mechanic and just find you a Les Schwab. They are the best of the best. Full of experience, expertise and provide better customer service than anywhere else.

This place and its crew are absolutely amazing. Called last minute, Marcos got me in line over the phone. Showed up and did some work in my laptop and was out before I knew it. Xavier taught me a few things about my vehicle that I didn t know, and I m relatively savvy. As always, can t beat their tire warranty. I personally bring all of my vehicles here, and there are closer locations to me.

Les Schwab on 15787 E Arapahoe Road are the best. They are always ready to help you in person or over the phone. They have worked on my vehicles for over fours years and the customer service and service keeps on getting better and better. I have never received a service at this store that wasn t satisfactory never. They are always on point and ready to help from management, front office and service personnels. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great tire shop to trust his or her vehicles with. Les Schwab, I appreciate you guys for taking care of my tires and other service provided all these years.

I have been coming here for years and I always work with Dillon and he is the best human being ever. I trust his suggestions and advice and even when he cannot help me he always guides me in the best direction which is a huge blessing to me. They always always always take care of me I cannot speak more highly of them! Dillon is an asset and I will always come here just because of how amazing he is!

Love this place and the people that work here! I have done all my assignments here. They did a great job with our Tesla Model 3 alignment and they even were able to align my FFR 818!

Great place! Allen our mechanic knows his job! He is very good at explaining what he needs to do and even showed us the part that was missing! They went to O'Reillys and got the part. Great place for not only tires but oil changes!

I had nail in my tire, and Big O and Discount Tire on Arapahoe both insisted that I need to purchase a new tire. Les Schwab patched it without the B.S. that their competitors tried to sale.I have bought tires from this place for years and will continue until I move or die. They're honest and have reasonable prices. Thank you Les Schwab for your excellent service.

I seriously absolutely love this Les Schwab. They go above and beyond. They have my loyalty because of the little things. I brought my snowblower in because the tires were flat. I had spent about twelve hours trying to get air in them on my own. They blasted them for free, loaded my snowblower back into the car and then checked & filled my car tires.

Literally love les schwab however this one in particular is my favorite Dillon and nick always take care of me and for sure deserve promotions they are great with customer service do things when they say they will they are fast and professional and haven t let me down yet they have put new all season tires on my car I ve gotten new wheels from them and they lowered my car every time they went above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect would recommend schwab to anyone and everyone but I always specifically recommend this one in particular I would give them more stars if I could

I used to go to the Les Schwab on Smoky Hill and they were always fantastic. I moved closer to this location and got the same service I m pretty sure his name was Xavier super friendly and helpful oil light was coming on after an oil change we couldn t figure out why, fire stone couldn t either because they were the first place I went to but didn t know what they were doing, but he figured it out and took the extra time to help me.

I called them last minute when I obviously drove over something causing one of my tires to deflate at an alarming rate. They told me to come in as soon as I could, and they fixed it quickly with excellent results. And bonus, they fix holes like mine free of charge! The guy to assisted me was super nice and I appreciated his honesty and help. Honest, friendly service will definitely keep me coming back in the future.

Sorry will be going to other Les Schwab's after this, came back after 2500 miles because my tire sensors in the tire were not reset after new tires were put on. Reading low pressure and not the correct tire.After 5k miles I was told that they will reset eventually.That said Les Schwab seems to be the best out there. I will be back just not this location. Other then that the staff was friendly.

Tire blew on the free way late in the day. They had my tire in stock, and it was under warranty. They fit me in near the end of their day, and did an excellent job swapping out my spare.Thank you.

Love this place. I've been going to Les Schwab for years, but this specific location blows all the other ones out of the water. Always efficient, always on top of everything going on. Always helpful and kind service. I never have any issues with my car afterwards, which used to be a problem for me.

Les Schwab was really great to work with and the service was spectacular. I would specifically like to give kudos to Matt who was great to work with. I have an SUV that I am considering buying and wanted the brakes, suspension, and underside looked at along with an alignment check prior to purchase. Les Schwab checked things out in short order and helped me make my purchase decision. They didn't even charge me. What a great service to the community.When I am in the market for tires, I am definitely going to check out the Les Schwab on Arapahoe & Parker Road. Great customer service!!!

Great experience at Les Schwab! Came in today to get my tire patched after a nail got stuck in my tire, and they fixed it free of charge, and within 10 minutes! I ll definitely be back, especially when I need new tires. Friendly staff and clean shop.

I never leave reviews unless I had an amazing experience or a terrible one... this was an amazing experience. The service that they offered was exceptional, honest, and timely. Their prices are also comparable. The level of service that I experienced will have me choosing this Les Schwab location over the competitors every time. Please keep up this quality of business in the future!

This place has been consistently tremendous. They are always friendly, helpful and don't try and sell me things I don't need. Today they took my car right in without an appointment, diagnosed the problem (something they couldn't fix there) and didn't charge me anything. Their excellent customer service keeps me coming back.

The best service I have ever had. Saved me money by checking the brake system and giving a honest evaluation of the condition. Pads and rotors were good, just needed a flush and good as new! If you want fast, honest, and reliable service just come to Les Schwab! You will thank yourself later.

These guys are great. I went in with a busted up tire and not only did they fix my problem, they explained everything that needed to be done and WHY. Nothing extravagant, they didn't try to upsell, nothing shady. Patient with my questions and didn't do things to my vehicle without my permission. They worked as quickly as possible and even offered to take me and my two babies anywhere I wanted to go while I waited. My job was a bigger and more expensive one, but I noticed during my wait that any customer who came in was treated kindly, big sale or small. The shop itself (on Arapahoe) is clean, friendly, and even had snacks and water. I mostly talked with Dillon (who is awesome) but the other guys were friendly and helpful as well. They were cool with me changing the TV channel to Disney for my toddler to watch. I'd recommend this place for sure! Thanks, boys!

Xavier, Doug and Ryan are the best. They took charge in fixing my flat in less than 30 mins. Mind you, I limped in there after hooking up my factory/tire mobility kit. Service was provided as a courtesy! These guys and their location will have all of our business moving forward. Top shelf!

I was looking for a place close to my home that was reasonable for me to purchase tires for our Jaguar. I searched the internet, only to find so so reviews for all the businesses around us. I came across Les Schwab and was happy to see they were right up the street from my house. The technicians were so courteous, knowledgeable, and fair. I appreciate how quickly they worked to get my tires installed and to take the time to talk to me and explain different options to me. They did quality work and I highly recommend them for anyone in need good tire service and or an alignment.
