I will only buy from Len Lyall from now on. My dealer, Jorge, was very easy to talk with and made buying a vehicle a breeze! They were very efficient and very nice. No headaches with buying this car! No hidden fees like most dealers, they didn't secretly add on fees at the end. I had looked at another vehicle with exactly every option at another dealership and it was $6000 more! I have told many friends that if they want a new or used vehicle, to go there.

I bought a 2023 Chevy Trailblazer RS AWD for my son a few weeks ago. I did so while out of state, and almost completely over text and email. At the beginning of my search for this specific vehicle, I contacted several dealerships in all of Colorado. I had no idea how in demand that particular vehicle was and was desperately trying to find one in time for my arrival in Colorado, from Florida. Several people from different dealerships tried to help, but no one actually came through or even believed me to be a serious buyer until I ran across Eric Chavez at LenLyall Chevrolet in Aurora, CO. He took me seriously, found the car I was needing, and within a few days it was all a done deal. I flew in and all I had to do was sign paperwork and leave. It was awesome. He was extremely helpful, quick to respond, and kind. Even after the purchase I have had some questions and all I have had to do is text him and he always gets back to me right away with an answer and always with a good attitude. If I ever need to buy another car in Colorado, I will be contacting Eric.

Cannot say enough good things about this dealership... And it's not just 1 person.The whole team is amazing. From the service department who were willing to try and fit us in because we were stranded thousands of miles from home.. To the tech who tried to do what he could to fix it.. To the Finance Department who were honest and straight up and did not belittle us for being upside down in a truck that was less than two years old with three warranty issues...to the sales guy who not only got us into a new truck and back on the road..but went above and beyond to help us get everything moved from the work truck to the new truck on a Saturday morning. These guys are AMAZING!!!

Dropped off my truck at their maintenance shop to fix my truck and execute my extended warranty. They had it for three days. Got it back yesterday. Check engine light came back on today. Incompetent would be an understatement. They should have test driven it for 20-40 miles before giving it back. At this point I wouldn t trust them to fix my lawn mower. I wouldn t be returning if I wasn t covered under warranty. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!

We were very impressed with how the shop was efficient. They took care of a brake job and communicated with us as they got our service efficiently and in timely manner.The loss of two stars is due to an unexpected 2% fee to pay using a credit card.An otherwise 5 star experience made them a 3 star analysis.

The sales people were great. However, the finance guy is not a professional. In my opinion, he is the definition of a shady car finance guy. I could never get ahold of him post sale. I have called over a 6 month period and was never able to get a call back. I don't live in Colorado anymore so I can't drive down there.

Enoch did a great job keeping me up to date on the progress of building my Chevy Colorado. The UAW strike played havoc with deadlines, but the truck eventually arrived. The dealership was fair in pricing, both in my trade in and the purchase price. They are also taking care of any warranty items and are accommodating my schedule. Overall a great experience and I am pleased with my new vehicle!

When I had a used Ford and then a used GM I would take it to Jiffy Lube for oil changes. I never made an appointment, ever. I also never ever ever waited more than 20-30 minutes, not even once in all my years.At Len Lyall, with a GM vehicle that was purchased new, I wait over an hour every time. WITH AN APPOINTMENT. What "appointment" means at Len Lyall Chevrolet is "everyone that was here before you gets to go first whether they had an appointment or not". When I scheduled my appointment I was explicitly asked if I would be dropping off the car or waiting, and I did inform them I would wait, so it's not like they didn't know that the entire purpose of the appointment was that it was my turn at the specified time, not 45 minutes or an hour after that time. I was even 10 minutes early. This happens every time I need my oil changed, so I dread bringing my vehicle in, where I used to think "I'll just randomly stop on my way home and get my oil changed" and that was just a minor inconvenience. Now it's time consuming, infuriating, and absolutely unacceptable.Furthermore, I got at least 5 text messages reminding me about this appointment. They were determined that *I* did not forget about this appointment. Well, I don't think I'm the one that should be receiving the text messages, maybe if those text messages went to the service manager the appointment would be adhered to. I 100% hold the service manager responsible for this poor service, it is their job to ensure their team is on point. It is way beyond time to replace this person. If there were a closer GM service center I absolutely would never come to Len Lyall ever again. This person is damaging the service center's reputation by not holding their team to the standards that a dealership service center should be held to.

Lucas and Rob are great.It would be great if you guys proactively did things like software updates as a part of the scheduled maintenance service milestones.I know my DIC is black but it never is written on the inspection report so that's interesting. You'd think it'd be noted. Hey I couldn't read the miles because the DIC was black.

This was my second purchase of a new car at Len Lyall Chevrolet. I absolutely loved my first purchase, a 2019 Trax. Yesterday I traded it in for a new Equinox. It has features that will make my driving experience even better than before. It was a pleasure to work with Dan Johnson, Nolan Harris, and Adam Lyall. What an amazing team! I ve been dealing with some special circumstances right now, and they went further than the extra mile to get me a great trade in for the Trax and a better deal than expected on the Equinox. This family business looks at the client s situation and works hard to meet their needs rapidly and efficiently. I would not even consider using another dealership!

I got in an accident and brought my car in to the collision center over two weeks ago and they hadn't even started it yet as of today. I had to tow it to a new mechanic and I'm very upset. No one called to let me know, I had to call and check in. This has cost me so much extra money that I do not have. Everyone was very kind, but no one took initiation on the situation and I will have ended up paying an extra $300+ for it.If you need the collision center, go elsewhere for now. All of their techs are on vacation.I'm sure any other time this is a fantastic place as everyone has been wonderful to talk to.
