Moody and the crew did a great job on my valor paint protection, film PPF! They also installed my custom carbon, fiber and rear wing for my C8. I m Very happy with the quality of the install and the high-level of customer service!! I highly recommend KTC and will definitely use them again on my new Cadillac Escalade V to purchase my rims, tires, PPF and window tinting.Thanks,Chris R a KTC customer for life!!

The team at KTC Audio has one objective - customer satisfaction. Been here a few times and they've always hooked me up with the best prices, products - tires and rims, and soon audio system. Joe took his time to show me the best rim options and specs for my 2019 g wagon and gave me a killer package deal, too. Everyone was very efficient, communicative, professional, and humbled. Thanks again for making my g63 look like a beast!

such a great audio/tire shop! my dad recommended me here to get my stereo fixed & they took me the next morning and finished everything within a few hours!! prices arent as crazy as other audio shops ive been to & the staff is super friendly! Nas helped me with everything i needed or brought up and i left very satisfied. definitely recommend if you re needing some new wheels or speakers!!

They recommended and installed my head unit with electric pull out screen and speakers in my 1982 Corvette! They did an excellent job! I highly recommend them! Great customer service!

I ve been to a few places that have blatantly tried to rip me off.. This place was honest out the gate and for a basic, install to original audio deck. I am beyond happy! my sound sounds amazing and they re pretty good eye candy in there too!You want your system done right with no hassles and straight honest work definitely recommend KTC.

I have been a customer and a fan of KTC audio for going on six years now the customer service is always perfect. I ve always received 10 star customer service. After the first time I had some work done here I have never went anywhere else and I will never go anywhere else. I highly recommend them. Whether it s window tinting, beats, wraps, rims wheels, tires all of the above you go get it done at KTC Audio. Great prices and never a complaint. The staff is so laid back you feel comfortable Immediately and the communication is on point. I have tried the rest and KTC is the ABSOLUTE BEST!

Came in a while ago and purchased some new wheels and received amazing customer service. They helped me find the perfect set and get them installed. I am now back for a new sound system. They explained a couple of different systems and helped me pick out the option that best fits my needs. I would definitely recommend this place!! They have a great and honest team here!

KTC was the third place I had gone to in hopes to find a cap for my XM rims. The customer service was top notch. The shop is clean and welcoming. I explained I was looking for one specific cap for my rim and the man assisting me went to the back was able to find it and even put it on for me. Great experience and I ll always recommend them!

Long msg here, nothing but good things to say....iIM VERY HAPPY TO HAVE FOUND THIS PLACE, ITS A REAL GOOD FIND! I'm 100% gonna start to come here for all of my cars' cosmetic needs! They have TIRES, WHEELS, SOUND, ALARMS, LOTS TO CHOOSE FROM, And they seem to have nothing but quality goods, in their store on top it!!But more importantly.... they really take care of their customers, and it's obvious they want to make sure you leave happy and taken care of! Ever one who walked in while I was waiting for my car seem happy and content!I was referred here by someone who was working at the dealership I got my car from. I asked a question and he said gonto KTC they have everything and they are good. He said ask for Summer, she knows everything and she is really cool! So, I drove here right after that, and from the moment I walked in the store, i have felt heard, understood, comfortable to ask questions and more then taken care of!!!I worked with Moody (spelling?)he really helped me get into a great package that I could afford! and Summer, she was the main one I talked with on the phone, she too, was nothing but helpful, and knowledgeable! They have really worked with me and dealt with All my questions! .Every person who works here has smiled and said hello. Hands down , the right way to do things. Doesn't seem to be that way anymore, so, it's a rarity and it's nice to see there are still some good businessises that sincerely, want to take care of their customers!

This is The worst experience I ever had. Mom and pop store if you want wheels and tires you make sure You go to somebody that's reparable thanks have a great day, a word of advice.If you get wheels, they are a whole lot cheaper online. Just know what you want.

This shop is excellent, everyone that works here is friendly. I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone looking for good work with good prices. We make the drive from Brighton and it's never a let down. These people are for the customer and have always gone the extra mile regardless the situation. Thank you KTC family for being the best!

I brought in a subwoofer for installation and it turned out to be broken, the guys at ktc gave me a good deal on a new sub and amp and got it installed fast! Great service would definitely recommend them for your audio needs

Take your money elsewhere! I spent $3,200 on wheels, tires and a lift on my truck. They didn t install the UCAs because they didn t fit , still charged me for it, and they also took the hardware for my UCAs. The alignment is off because they didn t do the alignment correctly and the TPMS sensors were never programmed. Went in to have all this taken care of and they denied taking the hardware for my parts, denied doing an alignment and wanted to charge me for another alignment. On top of that, the lady at the front desk interrupted with a condescending attitude and proceeded to lie and say they didn t take my hardware. What type of professional shop can t install upper control arms and doesn t align a truck after suspension work? After spending $3,200 you would think minor issues like this would be taken care off. Nope, they act like nothing is their responsibility and you have to pay again to correct their own mistakes. What a disappointment.

Put new rims and tires on my 2010 ford fusion, people said 20 inch rims with a thicker tire wasn't possible due to rubbing but Aymen was confident we could and he was extremely helpful. Not a lot of chrome wheels available in the styles I wanted but he went above and beyond to try to locate something that I liked. I eventually decided on a set he has just got in they put them on in a timely manner and I am super happy with how my car looks and rides! I will return to this shop anytime I need something, great crew!
