After having had a new engine put in my vehicle by another shop I began having problems a month later. Deciding that it was in my car's best interest to go back I found Ken's. He tested and recommended repairs by the results. The work was done timely and with great respect to me and my vehicle not to mention my pocket book. Great work from all. Oh,they also helped me get to and fro since I couldn't get a ride. That was so helpful. Thank you to all involved.

I recently visited Ken's Auto Service, motivated by the numerous positive reviews I found on Google. These reviews were indeed accurate. The moment I handed over my Honda Fit, the team pleasantly surprised me by offering a complimentary ride home. They didn't stop there they also extended the courtesy of picking me up once my car was repaired. The repair on my vehicle was well-done. Ken's Auto Service met my expectations with their outstanding customer care and automotive expertise.

Ken s always does a great job and provides me with detailed feedback, including photos, during the repair process. They were able to diagnose my vehicle s issue as well as fix it when 2-3 other shops/professionals were unable to find the root of the issue.Andrew, in particular, was extremely communicative throughout the process and answered any questions I had when they arose.I highly recommend Ken s to anyone who is looking for an honest mechanic - I travel well over 15 miles each way to continue servicing my vehicle with them. COMPLETE SCAM!! Shameful business!!!After getting my 2008 Mazda 6 inspected I was quoted $740 to change my front brake pads and rotors and another $427 to change my two headlight bulbs. They lied and said they had to take off the whole bumper just to change the lights. After calling my boyfriend to get his opinion he told me that taking off the bumper wasn t necessary and he was able to change the bulbs within 10 minutes. Please beware of this business!! They will take advantage of you. I am also reporting them to BBB!!

Give a 5 rating! When I called Billie, he worked my car right in I had a couple of issues and they explained the answer in clear, professional, friendly manner. If you call and have to book a week or so out worth the wait to have them work on your car. Will definitely return with our cars!

I absolutely love Ken s Auto. Me and my friend were having the same issue, different problem with our trucks and Ken s got us both back on the road with our trucks feeling brand new. Ken's Auto Service went above and beyond to help repair my rusted oil pan and squeaky breaks!! Andrew even took me out to show me the issues with my car on the lift in the shop. I've never had a mechanic do that before, I was thoroughly impressed! They even have a complimentary shuttle to pick you up and take you home so you don't have to pay extra for an Uber/Lift. They were kind, had excellent communication and charged HALF of what I was quoted by another shop nearby. The waiting room and lobby are very clean and fully stocked with complimentary drinks and coffee for their customers as well. I'm beyond thankful for Ken's and highly recommend them!

Ken's Auto service was Impeccable. They kept in consistent contact with me by way of txt. Provided picture of what need repairs. This was above and beyond. I am not use to a repair shop being so transparent but Ken's Auto is very transparent. Ken's Auto also provided a breakdown of Repairs that were Urgent vs. Repairs that could wait a little longer. This helped me with deciding. Again the transparency was phenomenal. I have found a reliable through mechanic service and I will continue to go to Ken's Auto shop. I am very very pleased with the service. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed at all. Thank you team Ken's Auto. I'll be back.

Definitely Great Auto Service. The whole staff is educated and know what they are doing. Special shout out to Ryan and Andrew! First class service fellas and I appreciate it. Oil pressure switch and Air induction has my 15 year old car running like brand new. I didn't have the tools to reach the parts but they came though with perfection. They even saved me money without compromising fixing what I needed. I appreciate it! If you're looking for honesty I suggest you try Ken's Auto!

Honest, great service. My car was ready in a decent amount of time. I didn't have to leave it there forever for them to diagnose and repair. I was sent pictures of the issues and Ryan kept in touch with me throughout the whole process. No one likes to have car trouble, but having a team who understands that makes all the difference. I would definitely recommend for anyone who is having car trouble.

Excellent service and care!Even though it wasn't the news I was hoping for my longtime vehicle, Ken's Auto provided a very thorough inspection with actual pictures and explanation of everything.They were upfront and didn't sugar coat anything. They were kind enough to give me advice when it was needed and also gave me a ride to and from their shop, which really helped in my situation.

I had a GREAT experience at Ken s when I took my Nissan Rogue in to get an oil change and ready to be sold. They gave me advice about what services to have done and were super friendly. I also felt that the services were a good value and that I wasn t overcharged. I highly recommend these guys!

They are so helpful, and kind, and quick! They offer courtesy rides back to the shop for free to help you pick up your car after it's been worked on. They are also very good about telling you what is wrong with your car in a way I can understand. My favorite thing they do is they send you an inspection report that has pictures of your car, what's good or bad, and the recommended next steps. Love this auto shop!

I took my car in 2022 and had a great experience, so when my car needed repairs for a bad coolant leak last week i didn t think twice about taking it to Ken s right away. Unfortunately, it was a different experience for me. After i picked up my car it only took a few days for the exact same problem to come back. I was told i have to pay (more this time) to have it fixed again. I just feel taken advantage of. The associate that helped me was very friendly. I don t think it s right to charge me to fix something that should have been fixed the first time so i will need to go to another place once i can get the funds to do so. I am hoping no one else has a similar experience.

Everyone was really nice and a pleasant environment to walk into. What I loved about this visit, they quoted me a price and I paid that price. No hidden costs. This was a nice departure from another experience I recently had. Billy took great care in explaining to me what the service would involve. Shucks, they even offered me a ride back home, but I had already made arrangements. I highly, highly recommend them as someone you can trust to service your vehicle. .

As a veteran, I ve travelled a lot, and in most places, I ve needed car maintenance and/or repairs. Finding a trustworthy shop is difficult. That said, Ken s Auto Service is one of those places. If asked to check fluids, brakes, or whatever for necessary adjustments, I can completely trust that adjustments are necessary. Their work is outstanding, and I m confident that things are done correctly, expeditiously and without unnecessary extras. Check them out and see for yourself. For most passenger vehicles they do good work, but you'll pay dealership prices for it. My van's cyl 2 misfire was misdiagnosed, and after throwing $1,200 at it, was not resolved so I picked it up. I never heard any compression values, or if it was bad valves, bad rings, or an issue with the head gasket. I will say, great customer service, and I like that someone will call each day they work on your car, but I didn't receive a call for almost a week when they had my vehicle for 2 weeks total. Hourly labor rate $164.95, with 3-4x upcharge on parts.

If you're looking around the neighborhood for a quality auto shop, look no further. I'd highly recommend Ken's Auto Service. They've done some minor work on my car before, but yesterday they went above and beyond. My car unexpectedly died yesterday morning (during one of the busiest week's of my year) and I needed a jump start, which had me feeling anxious about the day ahead but Ken's turned the situation around completely. They were not only able to fit me into their busy schedule but also ensured my car was fixed and ready to go by the end of the day.What stood out to me, in particular, was their customer service. The staff at Ken's were the epitome of kind and professional. They communicated clearly about what needed to be done, and there were no surprises when it came to the bill - the price was very reasonable. I'd also like to shout out the shuttle driver who was on time, had a clean car, and just seemed like an all around great guy. In short, if you're looking for reliable and efficient auto service with a team that goes above and beyond, Ken's Auto Shop is the place to go. I'll definitely be back!

I have been using Ken's auto service literally since my first car and my mom has used them before I could even drive. They are always diligent, professional and honest. They have made me feel comfortable going to get my car fixed and not feeling like I will be scammed into getting unnecessary things fixed. After explaining several times that my tail lights were broken, not my reverse or brake lights. They still replaced my reverse lights that were not broken and charged me $170. I also requested a vehicle inspection to make sure my car was safe and that was not done even after asking multiple times.

While I haven t actually had any work done on my vehicle here, their customer service was excellent. On the first day of a new job, my almost 20 year old car was acting very strangely. Ken s automotive was the first mechanic that could fit me in and had high ratings in an area I was unfamiliar with. While the outcome was pretty much worst case scenario for an old rusty suv, the technicians were diligent and honest about potential costs and complications. I didn t feel pressured or talked down to during the whole process. I enjoyed the text updates and links- certainly helps when you don t have to wait for a phone call, as well as the diagnostic pictures and explanations. Thank you!

I took my car here since my check engine came on. They called me quickly that I m happy for but they gave me a total of over $1000 for an alternator replacement. I took my car somewhere else and got fixed for $400. They overcharge you like a mf.

Super friendly! Love that they have a ride share for someone to take you home when you drop off your car AND pick you up when your car is finished. They did so much needed work to my car and now I feel so much better driving it.

The fellas here at Kens are phenomenal. I had been hunting an electronic issue in my car at a multitude of other shops. The fellas here were the first ones to actually take all the symptoms I discribed down and listened to my woes. Then they had it nailed down and fixed in record time! Highly recommend their services. My only auto shop from now on!

I took my car in to a different auto shop off 225 and Alameda for my check engine light, trac light, and blinking cruise control. They said they found nothing major and cleared the codes. On the way home my car broke down and would not turn back on. Glad my husband was behind me to help push it out of the street. Thankfully it was right by Ken s so I was able to avoid a tow. They inspected the entire car for me at a reasonable price and explained everything in detail of what was going on. Being a female, it s hard to find a place that doesn t make you feel stupid for some of the questions you ask. Billy made me feel comfortable. Thank you!

Wanted to force repairs or services on me all I wanted was a transmission/oil change but they seem to be more interested in emptying my bank account and not caring what I wanted done. If I only have the money for basic services I should be allowed to get those taken care of. I don't like the greedy vibes I got from them
