Edit: After getting a sincere phone call from the general manager, I decided to continue doing business with Kaizen and let them repair my car. My estimated compete date was for Feb 14 but they were finished almost a week earlier than anticipated. They were upfront and honest with the updates they gave me throughout the repair process. I am happy that my door closes flush, that I have my mirror back, my car is safe to drive again, and it looks great. Thank you to Greg and team at Kaizen.Pre-edit: "Make a good first impression" would be the overall theme of this review. I scheduled an appointment for an estimate about a week and a half out. I scheduled for 1030 am which will come into play in this tale. I hung up, put the appointment in my phone right away and told my wife so she could tell the adjuster. Today, the day of the appointment, I made it to the shop 5 minutes before my appointment time. The receptionist was polite and professional and got things rolling with my estimate. A man came out shortly after that and was told by the previously mentioned receptionist that my appointment time was from 10 - 11, which made him upset. He took her behind a thin door and reprimanded her for accepted my visit after I was "30 minutes late" for my appointment. Then he attacked my character, saying something along the lines of, "now I have to drop everything to help this guy who has no concept of time." Most people don't just show up 30 minutes late to any appointment without warning. I certainly don't. In this case though, I wasn't late. I told the "gentleman" that I heard what he said. I informed him that my appointment was set for 1030 and I don't know where the mix up came from. Honestly, I probably wouldn't be leaving this review if my character wasn't slandered but unfortunately for him and the shop I heard everything he was saying. He did get my estimate done quickly though (probably because I was running late in his mind" and he was professional to my face. Otherwise, this would have been a 1 star review.

I never leave bad reviews, or reviews at all, but I have to warn people about this company since the recent staffing changes.They claim to have lost their best repair man recently, and my wife has had to bring her car in three different times over the course of two months because they caused several additional damages that were completely unrelated to the repair.They:- scratched 2 interior door panels on rear driver s side- damaged the fitting of the rear panel seatbelt unit- lost a wheel nut- lost a hub cap- dented and scratched the rear passenger side panelI m not sure how or why the interior is being damaged during this external repair. They also had the nerve to say that they couldn t offer a rental or support with transportation back and forth (as they fix the damage THEY caused) because they were already paying $1500 to repair the damage that they caused.They don t seem to understand the inconvenience this has caused our family over the last two months.I d strongly recommend staying away from this business, and go somewhere where they can do the job responsibly, and have empathy for their customers.

I picked Kaizen because it was closest to my home. Boy was I lucky! They totally exceeded my expectations for a repair shop, kept me informed, and returned a car that was better looking than I ever expected it to be -- and it was spotless both inside and out! They were great!

Rusty was the best. Great customer service. The work took a month but they had to do two claims and one was an insurance company that they did not work with normally. The work was perfect, you can't tell the accidents happened.

On July 17, 2023 I took my car down to them to get the damage fix from the hail and then they wanted to take the time to get my car into the shop and start working on it. I did not get my car back for a month and seven days and every time I call them they want to give me a call around and when I finally got my car, they messed everything up. My alarm system does not work. They messed up my stereo I had called him and I asked him if I bring it back and see if they can fix it. They do not want to stand behind anything. I would not recommend anybody else to go there. They are not friendly they are not nice they don t know how to treat their customers, right and they told me that my car will be ready on August 18 but I didn t get back until August 25 like I said a month and seven days I would not recommend anybody going over there anymore because you would not get your car back in time and they will give you false information about it and they said they would send text messages never did I will not go back there anymore. They lost a customer. I don t recommend anybody go over there. I am really disappointed. How I got cheated as a customer.Service: Body & Trim

Absolutely avoid this company! Our insurance recommended them, but it has been a nightmare dealing with them. They've had our car for months and it's still not fixed. I've spent a a lot of money on their services, and it's been frustrating. They claimed some parts were broken and needed replacement, causing further delays. Rather than taking responsibility, they shifted the blame to me, insisting the problem was with my car, not their workmanship. I haven't witnessed the quality of their work yet, but if it's anything like how they communicate , I don't expect good results. Stay away from them!

Everyone here was so helpful, communicative, and efficient! Big thanks to Bill too! My car was ready five days before projected. They have a guarantee on their service as long as you are the owner of the vehicle. Highly recommend to anyone who needs body repair.

Had major difficulty getting a live soul on the phone.Once I did, horrible customer service.(Progressive Insurance recommended, I strongly disagree.)If service gets better I will update review.If I never update the review stands.*further edit: The service did not get any better. It got horribly worse.I canceled my appointment because Kaizen moved my appointment back another month. I was informed it was due to them being short staffed. That's not my problem. My problem is I have a vehicle that still needs to be fixed. I will be going with Caliber Collision. Hopefully Caliber will not screw me as bad as Kaizen did.

My Toyota had a collision, and it was totaled. I took it to this place for repairs. Unfortunately, I'm quite disappointed because it took nearly two months to get my car fixed, and now it doesn't even run properly .They initially estimated $5k, but the car is still not finished, and the cost exceeded $11k.They charged me over $11,000 for the repairs, but I believed that they used old parts instead of the new ones they were paid for. They neglected to address the coolant leak issue, and as a result, the car continued to overheat. After repairing at this body shop, my car couldn't even drive, so I had to take it elsewhere to repair. It was a waste of time and money for this body shop I want to warn others about this place as their service is terrible. I wouldn't suggest using them for any kind of car repair or auto body repair.

We reached out to Kaizen one month ago and scheduled a repair for our car. We arranged to pick up a rental car and got all our payments figured out with our insurance. When we called the Auto Shop the day before to confirm and ask when we should arrive, they informed us they had no record of our appointment and started gaslighting us, telling us that we probably called a different place or didn't finalize the appointment - but we confirmed the address in our notes from the original call, and it was the correct location. Clearly, someone at their office failed to process our appointment correctly, and they do not want to acknowledge or take any responsibility for their mistake.Now it will take us 2-3 months to get our vehicle into another shop because of the upcoming holidays.I do NOT recommend making an appointment with them, this has been a massive pain in the neck and is throwing our holiday plans into turmoil.EDIT: Their owner called and offered to make it right and we appreciate that!

I had a great experience with Kaizen Aurora! Very large tree limb fell on my car, they were fantastic with communication, got my car back to me faster than expected and in perfect condition. Would recommend to anyone! 10/10 experience. Thank you so much!

Do not trust any information this shop gives you and look elsewhere to get your repairs.My partner had his car in this shop following an accident that occurred on August 13, 2022. They estimated the repair would take 4 weeks and cost $7k. It is Dec 28, 2022 and he has yet to get the car. The cost was over $15k.We received an update that the car was finally repaired and insurance provided proof of payment. When he tried to schedule a pick up, the shop said the check engine light is on and they are not giving him a timeframe to pick up his vehicle.

The Ladies at the front office are so friendly and helpful. I had been to four other body shops and all others were rude and not helpful at all. Wouldn't even listen to any questions you may have. Not the ladies here! Thank you for being helpful!

Wonderful place with wonderful people. They kept me updated on their progress of fixing my car. They arranged for me to be picked up for my rental car. I was able to drop off the rental car at Precision when I picked up my car. They washed my car inside and out before I picked it up. After the wash and repairs it looks brand new! Thanks for everything and making the process pleasant and easy!!!

Precision Autobody replaced my rear bumper after an accident. They made the process really easy! They were fast and completed the repairs in just one day. Can't say enough nice things about the front desk staff; extremely friendly, courteous, and handled coordinating the handoff of my rental car as well when my car was repaired. Although hopefully not necessary, I wouldn't think twice about going to them again in the future.

Called me to schedule a time to get a quote done and upon arrival was greeted immediately! The quote was fast and staff was exceptionally friendly. Dropped off my car and had no worries of what they were doing. Got my car back a couple days later all fixed and ready to go! They even messaged me and another contact of mine incase I had to work to let us both know when I could pick up my car. Would recommend them to anyone who has to get their car body fixed!

Super quality! I ve had several cars (new and old) repaired by Precision Auto and have never been disappointed! Always as promised, on time and quoted accurately. The work they complete is perfect as a new car.. but they have even blended my beater car after a finder bender to match the patina of the rest of the car. They work seamlessly with all types of insurances. They will be my first stop if (more likely when) I need future work.

I had to take my car in for repairs from a car accident. The experience was positive from the moment I spoke to Janet, their receptionist, she was super friendly and kind. The shop kept constant communication with me with details of dates for pickup. The car looks brand new and they even cleaned the inside for me.
