I brought my truck in for power issues yesterday. He said it was just low on coolant on mu secondary system. Charged me $68 for gallons of coolant. 1 hour up the road i had to stop and buy another 2 gallons to make to Salt Lake City. First He told me he pressure checked my system and there was no leaks. I was able to make it to my destination and the 2 gallons I put in is still in the tank. As far as I'm concerned they scammed me. I would not recommend this shop to anybody unless you want to get ripped off.

Jonathan was very patient and understanding. He helped out alot and explained everything and also tried everything to help resolve problem. He went out of his way and stayed 1 hr after closing to make sure we were able to complete our delivery. I would recommend J J recommend to anyone who has domestic diseal trucks.

Dad broke down in his F250 with his camper while traveling through Denver after leaving Summit Ford in Silverthorne (don't recommend them) with a new turbo. Jonathan at Diesel Dog was prompt, responsive, stayed late, and, most importantly: competent! I am so thankful the crew here was able to do significant engine work and get dad back on the road in under 24 hours. We are beyond impressed. I only wish we had Diesel Dogs in Georgia.

Place is a complete joke , $260 for basic oil change on f450 , guy says they charge $195 to just change the oil smh then pay for filter and oil on top of that , guy didn t pull it in the shop he rolled under the truck in the parking lot. This company is a rip off and wouldn t recommend going there.

Had issues with Betty my truck as I was driving across country with my 5th wheel in tow. Had 3 other Dodge dealers tell me nothing was wrong until I finally decided to go somewhere else. These guys were great and quick knowing I was only here for 2 days. Betty is running better than ever now!

This place is a rip off. I came in a couple weeks ago and tried to get a diagnostic. They wanted to charge me 1500.00 for the work I took it to another shop and it was only 500.00. Manager was rude as well. I would bypass this place at all costs.

Jarmar was awesome! Helped me with diagnosing the truck and gave me recommendations on who to contact to get everything calibrated.

Call j&j Diesel dogs this morning to go over the issue I'm having with my Ford truck within 2 hours. They had a tow truck. Pick it up 4 hours later. They had diagnosed and repaired the lower fuel pump. Great customer service, they kept me updated all day regarding the repair. And I picked it up tonight. Runs great! Thanks guys!

I needed brakes on my car. I had checked with 2 other places and could not get service for at least a week. They were able to do the repairs that day. The next day my wiper on the passenger side would not move. Again, they fit me in and did the repairs that day. Their customer service is the BEST! Not only do you get a smile and a wonderful attitude, but you get a job well done!! I highly recommend them!

I recently bought a diesel F-250. It was a little hard to find someone to work on it. I was either told the diesel mechanics worked on heavy duty trucks or seemed very disorganized. Then I called JJ Diesel Dogs. They are great. The one thing that really stuck out to me is how good they were at communicating. They kept in touch with me constantly through the process to keep me updated and explain the necessary work. It is probably the best communication I have ever had with a mechanic.I need some work on my brakes that they recommended and I will be going back to JJ for that work without hesitation.

Had a truck here for the first time for a rear end brake job. My truck needed rear rotors, pads, and a caliper. A month down the road my new caliper gives out, tears down my rotor. I took it back to them, they replaced caliper and rotor but up sold me on wheel bearings saying they were bad. Less than 1 month after putting in my new wheel bearings the bearing went out and caught fire. Took it back to them, they kept my truck for longer then expected and when asked what was going on I never got a straight forward answer. They told me that the spindle nut threads were a little worn from the heat and they were waiting on a new replacement nut. Today my truck is being taken apart to replace park break shoes and this is what we find. Completely destroyed nut that was supposedly replaced, stripped threads on the spindle which we hope we can find a tap and die set big enough to repair the threads otherwise it'll be a $5000 dollar rear end replacement. Long story short a simple brake Job led to my truck catching fire and costing thousands of dollars.

I stopped at the shop around 4pm to have an emissions test and vin verification done. The front desk mechanic told me he thought the emissions mechanic was leaving for the day, but would go check. Only a few places offer 4 wheel diesel emissions testing and I drove a while to get there, so I thought I made the trip for nothing and was going to have to come back another day.Another gentleman stepped in, I believe he was the owner, and said he d have his emissions mechanic stay and do overtime to perform the test today. I was super grateful. They had me in and out in 45 minutes and were very kind and professional. Great experience!

I've been bringing my truck to JJ diesel dogs for my truck maintenance and repairs. I feel that they are honest and qualified machanics I'll bring my truck to them before going back to Ford dealer. Always up front and do repairs in a professional and timely manner. And would referral family and friends to use them. After my service noticed a humming sound from fuel pump. They got me in rite away and fixed the issue. It was a faulty filter. Thank you very much

I've been taking me and my parents cars to JJ Auto for a few years now. It is not the cheapest, but one thing is guaranteed, I never have to take my car back for the same problem twice. Their service quality is outstanding and they always do everything they can to help me out. The peace of mind I have after they work on my car is worth every single penny. Jamar and his mechanics offer the best car repair experiences. What I love most about them is their efficiency and how quick they fix my car for me. I have other mechanics I can take my car to but I would have to wait days sometimes weeks just to get it back. I rely heavily on my car so I will always take to Jamar because I can trust in his work.

Best experiences I've had with any shop. They go the extra mile to get your truck back to work. Straight with the work that needs to be done, the price of it and it's done right the first time. If I can't do a repair on my own, they are the only diesel shop I'm comfortable with. Can't recommend enough!

Jarmar and his team are amazing. These guys know their stuff. I am on a cross country trip with my F-350 (6.0 Powerstroke) in January in the Rockies. My glow plug system is malfunctioning and I can barely start the truck some mornings. I call late on a Tuesday and Jarmar immediately begins troubleshooting over the phone. He works me into the next day's schedule and I was back on the road Wednesday after lunch. If I lived in the area, I would bring all my vehicles to JJ Diesel Dogs.

This place is amazing!!! The staff was amazing and helpful and extremely knowledgeable about my 7.3 diesel. Devan was very helpful and very smart about what was wrong with my Ford pickup. They even did the emissions on it after the repair. Love this shop!!! High recommend!

These guys were great, after trying to get emissions on my AWD Diesel Jeep for 5 hours stumbled across this place. I got here right at close unfortunately but the owner was more then willing to go above and beyond for me. If I could give 6 stars I would!

Just punched a 2002 F350 asked for them to go over truck and i like to bring the maintenance up on it. i approved new breaks, rotors, and suspension, oil change, Turn signal control and Emissions test. When asked what brand of shocks they were going to use i was told Noom? Never herd of them? Breaks work great. Turn signals worked for a week then stoped. Suspension is so stif my back hurts after a 20 min ride and my wife and kids had me turn around they were so uncomfortable. The truck sways on the high way. I would take my truck back to them but why would you if this is the type of work that do. I believe they are only good for general maintained! But weight took my truck in to a friend whom works for the city. He said the oil was low, pins on the turn signal switch were bent, shocks have auto zone sticker on them. Suspension was not adjusted correctly. Looked like a beginner had done the work. Then he asked me if i did it my self.I feel like i was just taken advantage of.

These guys are great and very friendly. I called in the morning for air suspension, and by the evening they were done. The mechanics were detailed about the process, and showing me the work at the end. The prices were very fair also. You should definitely go to these guys for your trucks, and they probably do cars too.

These guys did a great job on my F250. They got my dpf system put back on and got me emissions compliant. Did some maintenance and installed a 20 single row light bar in my grille. Turned out great. The guys inside were all great and I will definitely be returning for my next maintenance. Thanks again guys.

Lack of attention to detail, slow turnaround, badgering for payment, and missing parts after repair.I decided to bring my LB7 Duramax here for a diagnostic and injector job after seeing all the wonderful reviews of this place. While they did the work I asked them to, I was left sorely disappointed from them. I dropped off my truck with them mid-November, and didn't receive it back for over a month. I would consistently ask them for further information about when it would be ready, and the answer was always "next week". They would call me about their findings and request authorization for additional repairs, but wouldn't have quotes available for how much those additional repairs would cost, requiring a second call back, usually with a different person answering who doesn't know what the first one had said.On one of the times I stopped by in person to see why my truck was taking so long, I decided to take a look at the undercarriage while the fuel tank was already dropped. I was absolutely shocked to learn I had severe frame rusting on a structural cross member, clear as day and right in plain view, yet the shop neglected to consider notifying me about this problem, requiring me to "babysit" the work and demand they bring in a welder to fix this. The problem isn't the damage on the truck, the problem is the lack of attention to detail and not communicating with me about possible complications and things requiring repair. I'm already spending thousands of dollars to fix this truck, I want the job done right and with complete oversight of all potential future issues.Eventually the day came that I'm told my truck was ready for pickup, and the office gives me a call demanding immediate pre-payment before arrival. For context, JJ requires all invoices to be paid in 50% at least before work starts, and then the remaining 50% upon pickup. The initial diagnostic work and quote for the injectors was on one repair order, while the additional items to fix were on another order. The receptionist at the desk gave me a hard time because apparently the second work order was not pre-paid. I had originally decided to pre-pay the entirety of the first work order for a total of $5,500. The second work order would bring the entire bill up to about $10,000. I had already pre-paid half of all work quoted, as agreed to, yet, the receptionist called me demanding immediate payment. I told her I could not pay over the phone, as I don't have my spouse's credit card with the high limit on it to cover this, but I can stop by tomorrow and pay the entire balance off and pick up the truck. I was told this was unacceptable, which raised huge red flags for me. The receptionist called me back again, demanding immediate payment over the phone one more time. I repeated my previous answer. Thirdly, a manager calls me asking for payment, and I repeat the same answer again. What kind of business badgers its customers for payment over the phone like this? Are they losing money and unable to pay their bills behind the scenes? This makes me lose trust in the company.Inevitably, I show up the next day, pay off the entire balance, and drive the truck home. It works great, and they appear to have fixed exactly what they were asked to fix. Nothing more. We later discovered they didn't replace the fuel filter housing which had a priming leak in it or the cracking soft fuel lines to/from the CP3 pump and fuel filter housing. They also lost hardware to secure the top of the engine accessory mounting brackets, one bracket is loose on a stud with no nut on it at all, and the jumpstart point is no longer attached to any metal backing for some reason. I decided to fix the fuel pump housing myself, and pray that the aging hoses wouldn't crack further. Why wouldn't you fix all potential problems while you have the engine taken apart? Lack of attention to detail...I likely won't return back here. I like my mechanics to take a more proactive approach in ensuring my vehicle is in top shape, and I don't appreciate being badgered for money like a telemarketer.

Never disappointed! JJ Diesel Dogs has done a few in depth repairs on my diesel and I couldn't be happier. They stand behind their work and make sure their customers are fully taken care of. Everyone there is very nice. JJ's has a family vibe which is hard to find anymore. They go above and beyond for their customers! We are officially life time customers. Highly recommend!!!!!

Shop is always badgering for payment. Does not pay attention to detail. Along with not fixing their own blunders. Also is not honest on what has been done to the vehicle. I can see one time on something but twice. I wish I would have never taken my truck to this shop I felt like they were more after my money then fixing the vehicle.Anyways I am now looking to see about doing most of my on repairs. First time I took the vehicle to the shop they forgot the AC recharge. When I mentioned it to them. They were to busy to get it handled. Then when I did take it back to them and mentioned it they charged me almost $420.00. After saying to me they would take care of it. I am now having to go to another shop because the same problem I took it in for is happening again. If you want an over prices lie about what is being done to your vehicle then take it to this shop.

Great and quick service!I was dreading taking my truck in. The diesel world is expensive and finding a good tech is important when out of warranty. They had my truck back on the road a day sooner than promised and kept me informed through the whole process.
