I had a great experience getting my oil changed here. They were all super nice and respectful and communicative throughout the whole process. Also, faster than expected. In and out within about 15 minutes. I've always gone to valvoline to get my oil changed, but I will definitely be coming back here. Thanks guys!!

Great experience at Jiffy Lube. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and fast! Plus Jiffy Lube offered Military Veterans free oil change.

Everyone was extremely kind and helpful, and my oil was changed quicker than I expected, I had brought my laptop with me thinking I would have time to get some work done. However, they stated that they refilled my washer fluid but didn't and I had to stop this morning to get some. No big deal, really, and I'm sure it was an honest mistake. My tire pressure light is still on as well but I feel like that may just be because of how cold it is. Again though, everyone was super nice and the person who checked me in and out was kind enough to tell me other locations I could go to get some of the other issues my car had fixed.

Went to have my oil changed at this jiffy lube a few weeks ago. Was told they could not change my oil due to stripped drain plug. Mind you, this Jiffy lube is the only place I have taken my car to for the past year. I was told their staff has high turn over and he cannot account for why my drain plug was stripped. No ownership or responsibility taken for the mistake. I tried to contact their customer service line with no reply. Had to take it to the dealership. Jiffy lube s screw up cost me $650 in repairs and that is with a discount that the dealership was not obligated to give me.

They had a problem with the scanner machine, but they still finished my car(quick too). They were amazing! Very knowledgeable, and great conversation and music. Thank you guys!

Refused to provide service. They walked up to my window and asked if I wanted an oil change. I said "yes, and a tire rotation." They said they couldn't do a tire rotation because their lift was broke. I made a minor comment about how the lift has been broken for a year then, and he responded "I don't have your oil filter. I was trying to tell you that as you walked away." He did not try to get my attention as I made my way to the waiting room. Nor had he even entered the shop to look and see if he had the filter.They clearly are not interested in providing customer service at any level at this location. And will make snide comments behind your back as you leave.What happened to Jiffy Lube? I used to go to them exclusively. Now I get snide comments and rude technicians or a car covered in oil.

Used to be a solid company but has steadily declined since griffin fast lube took over. On top of that, Prices for an oil change have increased by $80 for full synthetic. Highway robbery. I ll be taking my truck elsewhere from now on.

I went to the location in Aurora that is on iliff and Jiffy Lube is between the Taco Bell and Family Dollar directly across from Old Chicago and the King Sooper parking Lot. Well, I went there for my normal Oil Change . I normally do business with this one location for I live off of Buckley near the Base. Well yesterday I went there thet had me oil ,oil filter , the air filter and all the fluids checked all was topped off and my tire pressure was as well check to reassure all is checked and properly leveled to recommended level or PSI's of tire pressure. Well I actually also had a $25 coupon for the oil change but the gentleman who has been very helpful in the past like always nut he gives me a $35 coupon that he as well had for me to use. But I was impressed not jusr by their friendly service , very helpful but always out to save me some money too and to me Neighbors and friends not only rare cause normally they be more prone to collect and be given the higher cost rather saving a client some cash. Cause eotger way it goes I have to get my truck regularly serviced so no matter I can save money which I always do for myself but for a regular guy who works behind a service desk and writes up hundreds of service work orders a day usually gives not one care on what we will at the end of their service pay them for the service cause really he will get his normal hours but as a service writer normally get a Incentivebonuses and some companies gives a commission as well that encourages their employees to sale and make the service be not only satisfying for the customer sake so they can continue their business on bringing their automotive maintenance to that location rather then going else . The gentleman was very guys and I personally recommend anyone of you to do business with these guys, and I promise you will be pleased and a future returned customer as I am .I look forward to seeing Y'all there.Alot of y"all know me as "Bama', the only one in Aurora who represents "The University of Alabama " , I'm a Native of The state of Alabama from Phenix City Alabama. But I have the thickest southern Drawl you ever heard here in Aurora but now for 16 years this have been home to me and u Thank each and everyone you here in this metropolitan area that we have in Aurora/ Denver and the surrounding towns as well. You guys over killed by welcoming me here as if I belong here and not once have you treated me as a outsider, more like if I was one of you Colorado Natives. Cabin filter was removed, I'm assuming it was put back but they did not put the lid/cover back on. It is currently hanging. I was planning on taking it back for additional work my vehicle needs done but i think ill go elsewhere.

I had a Groupon and after giving it to the person, he charged me an additional $17 for fees and for discharging the oil. That didn't make sense to me and he was rude saying that the groupon doesn't cover everything. That should have been made clear to me in the beginning. I will never come back nor will I ever encourage others to go.

Went to have UBER check off done. Guy said I failed as my tire tread on my 2022 vehicle with 29K miles were below passing. One of the tires was less than a month old. Went back to where I bought tire (2 blocks away) they assured me and SHOWED me that my tires in fact DID meet standards including the tire that was a month old. They even Printed invoice and showed me nubs that are present on the (brand nee) tire. I took pics Went back to Jiffy and shared this. Guy accused me of changing out my tire (in 20 minutes!lol) this isn t the same tire One of three things going on here. 1. They are inept and need retraining 2. Have an inaccurate measuring tool or 3. Ripping me off so I have to come back and pay for another evaluation. Guys said $40 is nothing to them . Let him know it was something to me. They reluctantly refunded me but the accusations that I left and replaced just ONE tire in 20 minutes was laughable. As with all car repair places, pay attention.

This oil change was supposedly free to veterans. I understood I would pay for extra oil needed and fees and taxes. Extra oil $5 for each quart. I neede two = $10. taxes and fees apporoximately $5. total should have been around $15.00. My charge was $32. Manager could not explain the difference. Would not provide me with printed receipt. He stated he would email the receipt, which I never received.

These guys are fast and do a quality job. They are very low pressure from a sales perspective, but the let you know the honest issues with your car. Which makes you feel happier when purchasing the up-sale. Salvatore was very thorough and helped me understand how to use a promotion I found online. The customer service at this Jiffy Lube is deplorable to say the least. I went there a couple months ago to get my oil change, this was probably my 2nd time at this location and it had been some years since the first time I came to this location. I had a Groupon for a synthetic oil blend and the manager on duty told me my car required the full blend. This was the 1st time I ever heard this from anyone to included other Jiffy Lubes and private mechanics. Back story I have a 2014 Honda Accord one of the most low maintenance cars. I stayed cool and told them to put the full blend in. So be then tells me my brake fluid is bad, the same brake fluid that a private mechanic put on about a year ago and the brake fluid is suppose to last a minimum of 3 years. I never had a problem with the private mechanic regarding services and I have been going to them for a decade. I told him that's not possible and he took out this tool to show me it was bad and I ask for it in writing, but he stated he couldn't provide that. To that, I told him good day. A couple of days later I go to use my windshield wipes fluid and it's no fluid. So, they lied on paperwork stating they filled it up when they didn't. Life got busy and I finally went back to get it filled today, only to be told it's been down for the past week and I asked are you sure because you all didn't fill it when I got an oil change a couple months ago. I definitely believed they were lying. I will just get me some windshield wiper fluid on my own and go to a private mechanic for my oil changes from now on.

Went to this location two days in the row, yesterday for oil change, coolant flush, break fluid. They did very good. Went again today for more maintenance, I realized I can trust them with transmission maintenance more then I can trust Nissan Dealership. Got there at 08:00, 08:30 out the foor with perfect service. I honestly think these mechanics actually do like their jobs. Thank you.

Took my Crosstrek in for a tire rotation and oil change.They cross threaded 2 lugs and broke a bolt. This was a costly repair at another shop. My mistake for going to Jiffy Lube...

Speedy service, knowledgeable yet no harassing upsale and absolutely respectful to every customer they engaged. To be honest, I first stopped at my typical Grease Monkey and the wait was 2hrs, I am so happy that I drove 2mins up the road. This was the BEST maintenance experience I have ever had. A 3 hour oil change,and while I wated 4 couples came in stating their service had not been completed as paid for ,with evidence from another company. I man on the counter did not care and asked them to take it up with corporate, not him. If my truck was available to reject service I would have left. On top of all that I was aske to pay over 300$ for an oil change n lube. When I ask why I was told that it was a premium service offered. I would not recommend this jiffy lube at Buckley n illiff. And will not use them again. I would rather pay a dealer to do it.Service: Oil change

While the staff and service were friendly and fast enough, the pricing is high for oil change work. Also don't try to use Groupon here. They charge you extra to make up for the discount of the Groupon.

Signature service took nearly 2 hours. Receipt was marked that the exterior windows were cleaned, and clearly they were not. Technician told me a brake light was out. Upon my own inspection, it was functioning properly. Usually great service at this location, but they really missed the mark this visit.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

There is one male that has been there for a long time that does great with customer service. Although management changes constantly there I have been lucky I am taken care of and not taken advantage of at this store.

I would definitely go back. My oil change was done quickly and thoroughly. They left the hood open and showed me the fluids were topped off, oil cap was tight, the oil on the dipstick was clean and full, which I appreciated. No hassles and treated me politely.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
