Complete garbage. 36k miles warranty. Mine just blew at 50k. ZERO COMPRESSION. Disgusted. ALL warranty and servicing guidelines followed PERFECTLY!DO NOT BUY JASPER!!!!

Jasper is honestly the worst company you can go with. There "quality" is absolutely garbage, I'm a fairly new auto technician but every single jasper product that has come through our shop has major problems, and the sheer amount of things we have to fix on our dine and the customers is astounding. They do not own up to there mistakes... the people who work for them obviously do not care.. and as a auto technician its embarrassing the level of quality they put out...I can not stress enough there "quality" is horrible... there is a reason they are the cheapest....

We own an auto repair facility. We ordered 2 turbochargers from Jasper of which both failed immediately after installation.They only paid labor warranty for 1 and it was a hassle. We switched to Certified Transmissions as a transmission supplier because of problems with Jasper units. I do not recommend them for any parts as they are unreliable and customer service is bad.

January of 2019 - January of 2022...I have had 3 transmissions installed, 2 under warranty...all within 18,000 miles total driven. 2 of them in less than 1,000 miles!!!Unit #1 made it shy of 15 months and less than 14,000 miles?!? Jasper sent out various parts for my mechanic to try and solve issue...no good...replaced under warranty.Unit #2 lasted shy of 5 months and less than 1,000 miles?!? Always back to my mechanic to solve leaks, problematic running, etc...replaced under warranty.Unit #3 lasted shy of 4 months and less than 2,000 miles?!? Same thing, back to my mechanic to solve problems too many times.Now the warranty has ended.My vehicle with the unit #3rd transmission now just sits in my driveway, until I can save another $3000-$4000 to install a Real Transmission from somewhere else that's reputable.Very, very poor product...3 year/100,000 mile warranty?!?!?Your 3 separate units can't make it past initial time period!!!I will never recommend or purchase anything with the name Jasper attached to it.Service: Transmission

Been through 3 6.7 diesel in less than 7 months, yes their warrantied, but let sBuild a better product so my truck isn t down.

This is the first time I have ever left a review but felt compelled to do so after my experience. I purchased a Jasper engine in October of 2017. After hearing about the quality of their product and the fact that they remanufacture with higher quality parts. I was pretty quick to say yes. Since then I have driving just over 59,000 miles and its been almost 4 years to the day. Started up my truck last week and low and behold - the same noise from the engine that prompted me to replace the previous engine. My fear was confirmed after taking to the mechanic - the timing chain that caused the replacement of the previous engine reared its ugly head again. I called Jasper to see if there was anything that could be done on their behalf to help cover the cost of repair. "No"- I was told. Jasper was not even willing to consider anything because its been 4 years not 3 years stating it is just too far past the mark. I understand warranties have to have an expiration - I just don't understand the time frame vs the mileage...I could drive 30K miles a year and if it broke down within 2 years sure thats coverable but since I only drove 12k per year and drove the same 60K miles just spread out longer - its not coverable. Very frustrating and disappointing. I guess the quality is not what they say it is. Buyer beware - 5,000 dollars only got me 4 years of an engine.Service: Engine repair

Ordered transfer case was told it would be delivered by the weekend so I pulled truck apart Friday to be ready to install. Transfer case still hadn t arrived by Monday after calling they said it wouldn t show till Wednesday-Thursday. Thursday came still no transfer case and now they are saying it won t be here till next Friday almost two weeks after the original delivery date they gave after ordering from them. If you can t get a product shipped and delivered on time give don t promise it will be there, or if something comes up an update would be great prior to day when we call asking where it is.

If I could give negative Stars I would. How do you pay $8,400 for an engine and service work, and the brand new remanufactured engine fails in 15,000 miles?!I got an oil change every 3000 Miles and did everything I was supposed to to take care of this engine and it failed in 15,000 miles!!!!!How is this company still in business?!It's time for a class action lawsuitService: Engine repair

They are very helpful. I didn't buy the engine yet, was just shopping. When the time is right they will be the supplier.

Have a 2002 Dodge Cummins with a rebuilt jasper transmission. Failed in 18k miles. Look else where if you need a transmission

Had my Dodge 1500 transmission replaced this year. It's the strongest Transmission I have ever experienced in a 1500 truck
