The people working there were very friendly. I brought in my vehicle for an oil change and to find out where an oil leak was. They handed me the receipt without a word on the leak. When asked about it, they said they didn t find anything despite there being a very visible amount of oil leaking from the underside. They clearly didn t check because it is still leaking very visibly. They marked that the oil was full upon arrival which was false. Two stars because of their great attitudes and clean waiting area. Several items on the checklist were not completed either. Paid $115 after a coupon and air filter replacement. Too much money for them not doing their jobs correctly. Will not be returning to store to get services from them again. Steer clear.

After coming here for a year to get oil changes on both of our vehicles, even as recent as February. We come to learn from two separate car shops that recently looked at our vehicles, that both vehicles have dirty and dark oil with no evidence of being changed recently or maintained at all. In fact our vehicle that was in in February for an oil change, has evidence of low oil and the possibility of sludge in the engine. When I took our other vehicle in for an oil change and inspection at a mechanics, they commented that the oil is dark for not even putting 5000 miles since the last oil change. I can understand if it's one vehicle, but both of our vehicles says they have been taking my $ and not doing oil changes at all or properly. Shame. Go to a reputable place to have your oil changed.

Very professional and incredibly KIND business. Manuel, the GM, helped me out when I was in a pinch with checking out my car's undercarriage due to a crazy dragging sound it made. He and his team saw my car right away and showed me the damage firsthand before fixing it up incredibly quickly! Honest, fast, and accommodating business. Thank you so much!

This was the best experience I ve had. They saved me money with a coupon and offered a cheaper oil that my car would still run perfectly on. I also had an issue with my card being blocked for fraud, and the general manager, Manuel, helped me sort out the issue. I was able to pay with venmo which was so helpful during a stressful situation. They also filled my tires with air and cleaned my car mats while I was figuring out payment. I will be going to this grease monkey every time I need an oil change! Highly recommend.

Best GM I have ever been too in fact it was the BEST car service experience I have ever had! Not only were they kind, respectful, this location was spot clean. They weren't pushy, they were quick and treated every customer there with the same outstanding treatment! Give these guys a raise! I passed up two other GMs due to long wait times and drove an extra 10mins , glad I did. I will only visit this location from here on out. I trust Grease Monkey and in particular the staff at the Hampden and Tower location to take care of my Jeep Wrangler. During my latest visit they changed the differential fluid in both axles and did an oil change in less than 45 minutes.

The general Manager Manuel is not only an amazing mechanic but kind to his customers. Any shop can change your oil but he takes the time to know his customers and help them find the best solution to getting their vehicles into the best shape. He holds his entire team to a higher standard and because of this they are all amazing technicians working at the best location I ve been to. Because if this I will be a repeat customer always. Been coming here for years, but the last couple of times have been extremely quick. Like less than 10 minutes quick. So I've been suspicious that all the services that I'm paying for aren't being done. So a couple of weeks ago I pull up to get an oil change and get new wipers. So after it's done I'm driving back home and flip the wipers on and notice they haven't been changed at all. I spend more than $100 every time I go there and now wonder if I'm even getting an oil change at all. After going back the manager gave me 1/2 off next service, but I think I might try jiffy lube out. There is one not too far away.Service: Oil change

The staff was amazing. They let me know what services I should get without coming off pushy. I did get the additional services they suggested because they weren't pushy. I had my baby with me so they made sure to open doors etc to make my life easier. I think this is only the 2nd time I've ever written a complaint, but I don't like feeling taken advantage of. I Went in for an oil change, the Manager, Manuel Pacheco, asked if I wanted to replace my windshield wipers. I asked how much they cost and he said $16.99 so I said yes. At the end it turns out to be $16.99 each. He didn't say each. He also acted like he forgot to add a coupon I had. I felt he was being shady. There are a few other complaints that I dont have time to go into.I'm not happy with my service and won't be back.Service: Oil change

Went in and was told my car didnt need oil chg and doing so would damage car. There for 8mins. 2days later my car seized up as it had no oil in it. Paid for tow and addtl work to get it going again. Called and they confirmed i was there but would not take responsibility and pay for tow or repair.Dont take a chance here.

Had to bring my vehicle back 3 times after what was supposed to be a simple oil change. The staff are beyond incompetent. Not only is my car screwed up, but my garage and driveway are covered in oil. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

My husband used this location after the location we normally used was closed. Worst mistake ever! We have had to take his vehicle back multiple times due to a huge oil leak that did not exist before our service there. Their "techs" are so incompetent they don't even know how to check the mileage on a vehicle! (Not even joking, the tech had to ask the GM for help getting the mileage!!) DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!Service: Oil change

I have taken my Truck here twice for oil changes and both times I have had oil and grease all over the driver's seat, steering wheel and floor mat, plus greasy fingerprints on the side of the driver's door and the interior roof! The first time I let them know, they apologized, cleaned the stains and gave me a 50% off coupon, so I figured I would use it. This time around, they changed the oil and claimed the air filter was extremely dirty although I had just replaced it not even a month ago. To make matters worse, they did nothing else, didn't even clean the windshield like they advertise and the oil stains were so bad on the leather seat, they transferred to my clothes and my truck smells like cigarette smoke, I don't smoke!I don't think I'll go back to this establishment...

Too expensive!!!! I'll do my own oil change! The associate that came to great me was very nice and helpful. The other associate that was in the garage seemed more knowledgeable, but was kind of rude. He made me feel like I wasn't worth their time since I was asking about prices.

I went to get my oil changed and one of the techs tried to tell me that my battery was dead and that I needed a new one. He also showed me a print out that my battery was dead. Cost would have been $150 he said, just for the battery. Little did he know I already had a new battery put in 2 months prior. I got in the car, started it with no problem and drove off. Shame on you for lying.Service: Oil change

Great experience everytime I get my oil changed! The staff is friendly, professional, and doesn't skip around you trying to get more money. I usually drop my car off and then pick it up after work. They got me in in 20 minutes, we re so polite and helpful and didn t try to sell me unnecessary services. On top of that, they washed my windows and vacuumed my car out!!! This was my 5th stop trying to get an oil change, and the only place not to be snippy and condescending. I only wanted to get a conventional oil change, the guys tried to upgrade to get more service like flushing oil treatment and additives, I refused that service because my car is a newer model and they got kind of mad with me.I had a coupon and they didn't even take it.Never will be back to this location.

I have been going to this particular location for about 2 years now. I've been to a few places for oil changes over the years, who hasn't been? But this location has very friendly, happy and more importantly, knowledgeable, workers. Even at 5:00 p.m., this store is always clean, they still have the coffee going, water and cookies available. I just try to not go when its really cold because the waiting room is right by the door that opens and closes to the outside.

The crew here takes great care of me every time! They re efficient, and they take the time to explain any maintenance recommendations to me. The entire team is friendly and professional.
