Yesterday was my first time going to Grease Monkey. I was beyond impressed with the service I received from the manager Victor and his team. They went above and beyond great customer service and the flower on the dash was a beautiful touch of how excellent they are when it comes to showing appreciation for there customers. I will be going here now for my car service needs because this place is ran with integrity and compassion for the customers. the world needs this in every business. You guys are awesome and thank you again!

Incredible experience! The best oil change I have ever had.. Felt welcomed. Added touch of free coffee or soda.. very very clean! Kept me informed the entire process .. And very fast service! Countdown timer in lobby so you know how long service should take! This will be the only place I now take my car and will have the rest of my family do the same! Very Happy!

This place exceeded my expectations. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes. Free refreshments, amazing customer service ,friendly staff. They made sure to show us the work that they did, vacuumed our car and cleaned our windows. To top it off, all of the ladies in the lobby got a flower to take home. 10/10 they found a couple new customers for life!

From beginning to end my experience was speedy, extremely customer oriented, professional and over the top polite. From greeting to walking me out to the car and opening the hood to show all caps had been tightened and the oil was topped off. Honored a coupon with no issues. Even left a flower on the dash for ladies day on Wednesday. I would highly recommend this location 1790 S Buckley in Aurora!

Fast and efficient! On a side note, a young lady came in after I was seated in the lobby. She took a seat by the door, one of their techs came in and asked her why she wanted an oil change. She said her oil light was turning on and off. The tech told her, after checking out her vehicle, that she did not need an oil change, as she still has 1,000 miles before her next required change. They suggested getting her censors tested at a mechanic that offered those services. I was impressed that they did not just take the oil change money and then let her know there might be a censor issue. Hones business does it for me every time. Thankful to Victor and his team.

Friendly staff, clean facility, clean restroom. Staff kept me informed. I appreciated all of the great customer service. My brother-in-law told me how nice they were to him, so I gave it a try. I will definitely will come back again and again. Thank You all.

I am pleased with the service I received here. They were very fast, friendly and efficient. The only blemish on the experience was the miss entry of the milage of my car as 239,000 miles instead of 39,000 miles. Otherwise, I will certainly return for my next oil change. Keep up the good work!

What a great experience! When we first arrived we were greeted with pretty flowers, fresh coffee and super friendly staff! They were super efficient and knowledgeable about my car and I will definitely be back!! Thanks so much guys! 10/10

Got an oil change, oil filter and tire rotation. Multi-point inspection done and results reported. Was shown my dirty cabin filter before it was replaced. Was not pressured into any additional services. Courteous, prompt and correct service.

Amazing shop with an amazing crew! Victor, Owen, Teyon, and Josh were great. Got me in and out in no time! I loved how I was brought out and shown the oil level along with everything performed. Highly appreciated and can't get any better! Thank you so much!

Highly recommend!You feel like you are being taken care of in a very white glove manner, Angel is an actual angel, and they give ladies a carnation. Made my day and I've never felt safer in my vehicle.I bring my car hear when I'm getting conflicting info from other mechanics, and they have never steered me wrong.

These guys were phenomenal! I needed some extra hands with a stripped oil plug, they jumped on the job and replaced the plug and didn t charge me. Even opened escorted me to my car after and opened the door! Can t get better service than that!

I stopped using grease monkey 18 months ago due to poor customer service by more than one employee. I was in a hurry yesterday and decided to see if anything had changed. I was extremely satisfied with the service I received, not only from the actual labor involved, but from the beginning check in to the final check out. New employees treating the customer with respect and honesty. Well done! I will continue to return.

Had oil for my wife s MINI Cooper Countryman done in early Jan 2024. How did the price eclipse $100?! The filter alone was $45. And this was after a $15 coupon, otherwise total would be $115-120.Methinks they ve lost me as a customer. There has to be cheaper options out there.1/8/2024 Update: The manager (?) called me yesterday and we had a good discussion on my 3-star review. I appreciate his concern for a dissatisfied customer; that was admirable to call. I'm also a finance guy by profession, so here's my unsolicited advice = = >> It seems like they didn't have my MINI's oil filter on hand and seemingly had to go buy it at market from a parts store. I then had to pay a marked-up price for that part. Therein lies the mistake - - >> Was that extra 10-15 bucks profit WORTH the lost customer and the 3-star review? I'd been coming to that location for 1-2 years. Shortsighted business management, in my opinion. Eat the added expense and keep me happy. But I'm just a finance guy and not a quick-change oil shop operator.

I got an oil change, tire rotation, and brake check here on 12/16/23. The staff here were fantastic. They were friendly, respectful, clearly explained everything before it was done, and provided regular updates throughout the process. Pleased with the quality of service all around. Will be back for future service.

I always feel extremely welcome when I visit this location for an oil change! The store manager victor is so helpful and friendly, and everyone answers any questions I have. I definitely recommend this location!

I m not one to write reviews but if I could give this place 0 stars I would.Back In October I had gone to get my oil changed over the weekend since I don t have time throughout the week. I should ve known upon arrival to go somewhere else. I was greeted by I shorter guy telling me they were closed, initially I thought he was joking but it was clear he didn t want to help. He played it off as if it were a joke then when his coworker came to gather my mileage and information the shorter guy proceeded to tell him hurry up so we can get this over with . I should ve known by then my experience wasn t going to be pleasant. They pulled my car in and were extremely quick changing my oil, I m talking less then 10 minutes quick. When they came to get me they pulled out the oil stick to show me they changed it. The oil stick was filthy as if nothing was done. When I got in my car to pull away my car was not moving, I thought maybe it was just taking a moment for the gears to catch as I started pulling out of the parking lot I was getting no acceleration and my muffler started spewing grey smoke! I tried pulling back in as fast as my car would allow and none of the associates took concern until I jumped out of my car asking why it was doing that? They all of a sudden took interest to help with one saying my car shouldn t be doing that *clearly*.They got my car back in the garage saying they were going to figure it out. After 20 minutes of waiting they came back trying to tell me how Subarus (my cars model) were built strange and that they put oil in my transmission tank. I m not a car expert but I have changed oil and I can tell you it is clear which tank is the oil tank and which is the transmission. They tried making it seem like they were doing me a favor by telling me how much a transmission flush cost and offering me a free transmission flush, even though they were the ones that put the oil in my transmission tank to begin with! They showed zero care or concern with their mistake and told me I could drive it around the parking lot to make sure it s okay. Since then my car has not run the same. Fast forward to months later I decided to go back to changing my own oil and when trying to drain my oil they did not wash the oil from the tank or surrounding area with my filter and not only that but they completely stripped the oil plug from the inside. So now I have to take my car back into the shop just to figure out how yo get the plug unstuck.There s a reason so many grease monkey shops have shut down. They are very lucky I am an easy going person and not one to take legal action. I will never bring or recommend folks to take their business here.

My first time at this Grease Monkey location. Such a professional facility! Organized, clean, quick! And super friendly!!!! I will never go anywhere else! And I got a flower on my dashboard! So sweet!

These guys/lady are the freaking best. They all went out of their way. They didn't try to up sale me. They are the BEST!!!!!! I'LL ALWAYS COME BACK TO THIS SHOP

Place has great customer service but during the weekend it can take up to 2h to get an oil change. I would come back during the week to avoid the long line.

I stopped in to see if they could help identify where I might be leaking radiator fluid. Without hesitation they assisted me...the whole team was kind, couterous and very helpful. Any future oil change I most definitely will be coming here. Thank you so much guys for a wonderful experience!

Great service all around! They didn't take long with doing maintenance to my vehicle they didn't try to upsell me anything told them what I needed done they banged it out no questions asked. I forgot the gentleman's name that helped me but he was cool as hell. Ill be back for any maintenance on my car. Ty guys

We recently were traveling and stopped by for an oil change. The manager was super nice, informative and very easy to talk too. He made suggestions in regards to what was going on with our jeep. Would give another star if possible! The manager, Victor, and his team took great care of my car and are professional from beginning to end! They are also able to work on Volvos, which I discovered need special tools to even change the oil and get to the transmission fluid. Would not go anywhere else!

Best oil change experience I've had! They really go above and beyond to take care of their clients, especially Michelle B. They even washed all my windows and vacuumed my car. And the flower really brightened my day too! :)

Every time I come here, I always feel I m being professionally served, all the staff are always so friendly! Tonight I came in for an oil change, they saw I needed brakes and went above and beyond to get it done right then and there so I could get on the road safely! Very grateful for this shop and it s trustworthy service, especially as a woman.

I had an appointment scheduled with a major dealership to have a transmission flush and a radiator flush done as per maintenance on my scheduled time and day I went to drop my vehicle off and was told by service manager that they would not work on my car because I have a salvage title. So my question was why would it matter what kind of title I have to get my scheduled maintenance done? Because of the fact I have a Cadillac I m unable to have certain basic maintenance needs done at any location and in this particular instance, it is only because there is a certain tool to take the transmission cover off. So when I contacted grease monkey and asked if they would just drain, refill and replace transmission screen because I was aware of the lock, they didn t have the 204 they immediately agreed didn t hesitate and brought my vehicle in instantly. I explained my situation to the manager of the grease monkey on Mexico and Buckley and asked if they had heard of the dealership refusing to work in a car due to salvage title. And with the upmost respect and professionalism they showed she silently said no I have not heard of that before . So I have no qualms about letting people know that Len Lyle Chevrolet is the dealership I m speaking of and grease monkey did everything that was required to have done for probably half of the money. And it was done within an hour and not an all day event as it would ve taken at the dealership kudos grease monkey you have my business for life
