I much prefer this location to many others, I received great and outstanding service nine times out of 10. There is one guy who is always a little angry, but that s OK. They gave me great information to know that getting an alignment package would be cheaper for me in the long run, I also upgraded my tire package to cover rotate balance And flat repair. I have since added on brake repair and a new battery. This location is no longer as convenient to me as it once was yet I continue to choose to do business with them.Very much recommend. They stay busy but the wait time for an appointment is reasonable.

I received excellent and efficient service here! The staff members were friendly and professional. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. Most of all, they did a wonderful job with my new tires. This is a great business that treats customers (and their cars) with care.

I came in with a slow leak and rather than patch it I was told it couldn't be patched and to buy two new tires.I get it. Selling stuff is how we make a living. But Discount Tire patched the tire FOR FREE that I was told couldn't be patched in addition to trying to sell me two new tires because mine are borderline. When that time comes Discount not Goodyear will be getting my business.You guys can do better.

I keep coming back because Rolando and his team go above and beyond when it comes to my car needs! Their shop is clean and offers free coffee and has a sitting area where you can get some work done if needed. I brought my car in for an oil change and mentioned that my trunk door wasn t working anymore and even though they don t specialize in doors they still took the time to take a look at it and even showed me how to get it to open in between now and when I take it to get fixed.

I have an old car and needed a new fuel pump. Harry and the team at this Goodyear were great! They ran across a few problems and with their knowledge and professionalism they did an amazing job replacing the fuel pump and I could not be happier and more grateful for their work.

The staff was very helpful when I came in distraught after getting a nail in my tire shortly after buying a new set of tires. Everyone was so nice and willing to work with me to get everything fixed.

I really appreciate their fast service and honest diagnosis! I took it to my kia dealer they said over $3000 was an issue but good year saw a tire balance, bolt repair and alianment issues. Got me in the same day I called and also repaired my nail in my tire! They were really friendly!

Very misleading mechanic, quoted me $300 for My battery and then when I came to pick up it suddenly jumped to nearly $450. After tinkering around with the computer the mechanics were like oh, it's trying to charge you a core replacement fee, and finally were able to knock off $24, but extremely misleading and watch where you spend your money here

Another successful repair at the Goodyear center on Havana Street in Aurora. They were able to repair a coolant leak on my 1985 Volkswagen van when many other shops wouldn t even attempt a fix on a vehicle that old.

Amazing service, lackluster investment.I can say without a doubt that some of the nicest and most respectable techs and writers have a place at this location! Unparred service!The debacle:I bought tires here about a year ago and very while very keen to sell me on insurance, they neglected to mention it was still almost $100 per tire to replace my tires under the insurance plan.Did I mention the tires barely cleared $100 to begin with, when I purchased them?Why even sell the insurance?

Don't come here techs are not trained. They just thrown the techs to work with whatever comes in.

Go somewhere else. I ended up taking my car to Signature Auto (way better). Would give 0 stars if I could.Goodyear was 3X more expensive than the alternative, bad service, up-charged, and lied about work that needed to be done. I know this because I took my car to another mechanic and they did not mention any other issues.I emailed with Goodyear after about the service to give them a chance to reconcile but they stopped responding.Very disappointed, will never be back and will recommend that everyone look elsewhere. Bad company and even worse location.

When I got my new car I took it here to get the oil change and they gave me a list of things that needed to be fixed. I sent my car to have a second opinion elsewhere and they said my car was in good condition and there were no issues. I haven t brought my car back here since. It s sad because I was a customer with Goodyear for year. I used to bring my older car to the one in Florida all the time and felt like I could trust them. This one on Havana tried to rip me off. Be cautious.

I ve been coming here for the last two years for a reason! The manager there Xiomara is just the best, she takes great care of me every time that I ask for her personally. I actually don t even have to ask, because she is always at the front, ready to help! It can be hard to find good services with good customer service sometimes. Completely different atmosphere here. I go in and leave with confidence every time because I know I m in good hands. Even though the office is bumbling with people, they have such a smooth operation that they attend everyone in a fair manner. You ll see people checking in, and then in minutes, they re calling someone up to check them out. It s very efficient. I never have to wait more than a half hour for my tire repairs, and they always repair them. I feel safe and a stressful tire situation is taken care of thanks to them. They re good at what they do and they re my go-to tire shop.

They are always courteous and not too far from home. When I was told I should replace my tires soon I told them I was waiting for a sale. They went on sale that week. Good deal for all four tires.

Ok so I ve been going to my good year on Havana in Aurora for many yrs. This crew is amazing they have always done right by me and my daughters cars. They are always happy to teach me more about why work is needed and show me how to better our cars. They always have been nice when I needed to reschedule my appointments at the last minute. The managerAt this location is is amazing . She always remembers the littlest things that we have talked about.I could go on and on about how great this location and the manager ( she) is.I m a hard customer to deal with but they always are patient .Thank you thank you for everything.Rosemary Moe

This shop just tells you to replace everything. Very friendly people, but I've taken my car there several times. They cannot figure out what's wrong. Mostly because they won't even take it for a test drive or listen to the symptoms. There is ALWAYS a communication issue if you call ahead. Today I took it in for 3 hours and got it back and they didn't know if it had even been aligned or not, but lead me to believe it had until I asked. Last time I'll go there. Don't waste your time. Very unprofessional. Take it to a real mechanic

I had all 4 tires replaced today, which was not a small bill at all. After I got home I realized that my coupon was not applied and I called to ask if it was too late. They refunded me the full amount of the promotion after I provided proof of the coupon. I was very pleased with how fast the work was done on my car and I am very pleased with their customer service! Also it was very clean inside the customer waiting area.

They were so helpful here! Eduardo helped get me in so fast to get my tire patched when I had a screw in it. It was the morning we were heading to St. Louis for a 12 hour drive and everyone else was totally booked and couldn t get us in for hours but they got us in and out in 25 minutes.

Went in for an oil change. After putting in my vehicle info into the Goodyear website it suggested that I could get the $30 option or upgrade to the $50. When I got there, I got the typical bait and switch because we only have your oil available in the $70 package. Of course. All in, what I was expecting to cost $30-50 ended up being $90 and it took 2 hours instead of their website advertised 1 hour. Not going back here anytime soon.

We had a problem no one else would take a look at. We called and they said they could fit us in to look at the problem. They gave us a straight cost for the different things that they might have to do. After they looked at our truck they said it was a starter and would order one but since it was middle afternoon they might not finish by close of day. It wS repaired by closing time and got us back on the road. They were professional and complete. I recommend this place to everyone. Thank you for your help.

I went to their shop on havana to do a basic oil change for my Mazda. They had it up on the lift for about 3 hours when they finally told me that the drain was stripped so they couldn't get the bolt out and showed me. They said it must have been the last place I got my oil changed. I took it to the last place I got my oil changed and they said that they have the proper tools to get it out, so it must have been Goodyear, and Goodyear and smash around the oil drain with a hammer on top of everything..Goodyear lied to me and I had to pay $127 for a basic oil change. Never going back

This is one if the best garages I've been to. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Their hours are great and allow plenty of time to either pick up or drop off my car before and after work. They are open 7 days a week, which is rare and convenient. And the most important of all, they are fair. Unfortunately, as a woman, I have had several garages try to take advantage of me, this is one of the only garages that is honest with me and doesn't try to sell me things I don't need. I've used this shop twice and will definitely be back if I need more service.

Johnnie is great! I have been there 2 times for oil changes and they were quick and friendly both times. The first time I showed up after work and they got me in before close. The next time I did schedule in advance and I was in and out within 45 minutes. They let me know what else my car needed but they didn't pressure me to buy anything and explained everything they were talking about without being condescending like some shops. I will definitely go back.

I love it here; I have always gotten good service at decent rates with the most important quality, HONESTY! I was never attempted to be swindled into getting something my car didn't need. This is a BIG positive note in my book because being a woman it seems like a lot of places try to trick you into getting something just because they think you are ignorant about cars.I only give this Goodyear four stars because yes, sometimes they can be a little slow but the quality of service and the way the treated me was wonderful! After moving a deeply miss this location!
