Took my jeep here amd had to get a full transmission replacement and new.clutch. Marco was extremely friendly and very I formative about needs of my vehicle. Very happy with his service and the quality of work. Everything is working great now and would highly recommend this place to anyone in need.of transmission work

Talking to the owner I felt he really cared that I did not have a car he called me back pretty quickly to tell me what the price would be and how fast they'd have it done. There were no middle calls that would surprise me about it costing any more. I really like this guy I highly highly recommend him.

I was recommended to Gooch s Transmission by a family friend/mechanic. They got me in/out in a timely manner. Looked over my vehicle, and told me everything looked good. Fair, honest pricing. Ran by a level headed guy named Marco that will make you feel heard and not hustled. $85 for a diagnosis, but since he didn't find a problem, he just gave me my keys for free. Marco has great customer service skills, maintains eye contact and didn't rush me out the door. I did not end up needing any transmission work, but this is the place I would recommend for anyone going through those vehicle issues. He will answer your questions and displayed great patience with me.

I found this place on google when my clutch was slipping. Called the shop and the manager Marco answered and had great customer service! He was upfront about everything and actually knows what he is talking about! Gave me a quote up front cheaper than anywhere else I could find and they finished the job in 3 days. My transmission had a small leak after I got it back and Marco had no hesitation to help fix it. He fixed the leak for free as well even though I kept offering to pay! 100% recommend this shop to anyone with transmission issues. 5 stars and Marco needs more credit because he s a great guy!Service: Transmission

Our clutch was done and works great! The car needed a part from Japan that we had to order and it took longer than we wanted it too but that was due to the part. It was not cheap, but it seems to be working great so far.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

Our transmission went out which was a gigantic bummer, we limped it into Ace Auto repair who referred us to Gooch s. The service was professional, reasonably priced and speedy! Had my transmission rebuilt on my 1997 GMC Sierra by these guys about 5 years ago and I m still going strong. To include being fully loaded to the gill and driven all the way to Tayler park, Granby and Steamboat and back from the Denver area.They also gave me a great price in comparison to other shops I got quotes from. And to top it off they are a really down to earth friendly guys. 5 Stars (X10) Will always use the guys if ever needed. For sure!

Amazing Experience! Very professional & Marcos & staff are very helpful.Took my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee w/ check engine light, transmission was malfunctioning & they got right on it - finished in a day. Rides like a champ now. Marcos gave me excellent advice & price was fair & affordable. He was even able to give me a ride home. I highly recommend Gooch's Transmission!

I recently took my car to Gooch's and received exceptional customer service and most important HONESTY!! I was on my way to work and all of a sudden I just couldn't shift gears easily and just felt like the engine was racing. I was so disappointed. The next day I took it to well known transmission specialists and I was quoted a substantial price that I knew right now I couldn't afford. I started thinking what my options could be, like should I be considering a new vehicle. I decided to get a second opinion before I went to go borrow money from my parents. My boss mentioned to contact a guy named Marco at Gooch's Transmission, and that they offer free road tests. I gave them a call, set up a time and left my car that day. I received what felt like the best phone call ever the following afternoon. Marco informed me that my electrical connection came off and the job was going to cost me $85.00. Gooch's transmission has a customer for life. I will always speak highly of them to anyone that needs transmission repair. Being a woman without any knowledge about cars, it felt great to take my car to someone that did not take advantage of me. Thank you Marco! I am very appreciative.

Iwas referred by my trusted mechanics at Autoworks.Marco was awesome to work with!! My 08' Jeep Liberty needed a overhaul. Marco worked with me to file a warranty claim with my insurance for the repair costs. He was very helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend Gooch's if you're in need of repair.

Was recommend for a transmission rebuild and I was presently surprised by the customer service and care of my car while serviced. A little hesitant of mechanics trying to pull a fast-one on women but the manager Marco walked me through the process and took the time to really help me understand the process and discovered other concerns that needed addressing such as tires and brakes! Marco was awesome to work with. I had some issues with my variable transmission while towing a trailer marco is able To Diagnose the problem and take care of it for a very reasonable price. Hes clearly an honest guy who is looking out for my best interest That's a huge deal at a repair shop. Really appreciate your help marco

My 2007 Suzuki had a check engine light that mechanics at Big O Tires thought might have been caused by transmission problems, and the manager there recommended that I take my car to Gooch's. Marco Gooch was very professional, courteous, and helpful. After he examined the car, he said that there was no transmission problem, that it was a glitch with the check engine light. I asked if I could pay him for the time that he spent trying to figure out whether my car had transmission problems, but he declined saying that it was a simple task for him. If/when I have transmission problems in the future I'll definitely go back to him because I could trust him to be honest. He also seemed very competent and knowledgeable.

This is a really great place to get a transmission done. They are really nice, they had my trucks transmission complete in a couple of days. I had a great experience with this company. I was told by a quick lube shop that my transmission was leaking. Had my transmission checked and was told the problem was a leaky valve cover. Was not charged. Good honest service.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

I'm not paid to do this at all. Ima just say this Marco worked with me when no one else would. He took my car in and let me work my magic while he worked his. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a transmission overhaul he qouted me one price and stuck to it may i remind y'all i own a cadillac and his 2100 beat everyone elses price on my rebuild thank you Marco and your grandpa for all the help y'all have provided and i will try to bring you business as long as im alive. You have my service if i get any other cars with a bad transmission or clutch i will be bringing my vehicles back. I didnt get any rude services I felt right at home.Ill scream from the roof tops go to gooch's transmission if you wanna feel like family. Or get honest help

Needed to keep my old Honda running and got a new clutch installed at a very fair price. Marco was excellent in making sure it was done right and I was happy.
