This was such a great experience. They were quick with my oil change and the price was on par with other places I'd been before. I like the smaller, more personal feel of this shop. I'll be back.

Went here when my window was not rolling up, the man here said that my motor and regulator were not functioning and we need to replace it he quoted me 562$ , took it to another mechanic and he checked motor and regulator were in perfect condition but the button was faulty he said which was 30$ to replace , this place is a SCAM they did not check the car properly but wanted 562$! Will not recommend if you want to save money!!

I've been taking my truck here for over 5 years and my wife's old vehicle before we upgraded Toyotas then moved away...You can't go wrong here. Gene has always been great. They always answer the phone. We have some of the quickest turnaround I've dealt with, and they've been through a lot out there in Aurora and still stayed in business.I called everybody I could when my truck broke down Thursday and everybody was booked out for six to eight weeks and I called Jean and I said dude I've been with you for a few years can you help me out and he got me in there and I have my truck back by Monday to get back to servicing my customers.He's honest, fair, and friendly. It's very difficult to find an honest mechanic that is trustworthy but I can promise you that you will be pleased with Gene. He will not lie to you and he will take care of your vehicle as quickly as they can

Ran over something sharp and my tire was leaking fast. Fortunately able to get to this auto shop safely. After not initially seeing the leak the techs found it and fixed it quickly. Excellent service and quickly done. Will be recommending to all my neighbors as this shop is not far from my neighborhood

Gene and Gene took the time to listen to me explain what I thought was going on with my car and was able to get it in the same day, I was thinking it was going to be a large repair and turns out it was a simple fix. They didn't try to pressure me into any other services or trick me into thinking something else was wrong like I've had the experience at other auto shops especially being a woman who doesn't know about cars. I'm very pleased with their ethics and customer service and will always make sure to take my car here and tell everyone this is the place to go.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I appreciated them being up front about how my service may not be needed and that they may have to do one similar. I did call, and I wish they had told me over the phone they didn t offer that service anymore. The guy I talked to was solution oriented but I felt dismissed- I got no estimate of when they would have time to get to my car. Luckily it s my day off, so I can kind of wait

They re really nice here, but I m not convinced of their mechanic skills.Went in because my engine was overheating unless I had the heat blasting. I told them that, but they said it wasn t overheating and to come get my car. When I get there, I see the heat is still on, explaining why it wasn t overheating when they drove it. So I brought it back and asked them to check the thermostat. They said I needed to change my timing belt and to bring it to the dealership? For an overheating engine? So I said, ok, just do the oil change.Brought it to another mechanic who quickly fixed the thermostat and the problem was resolved.Just went in for another oil change at a different mechanic only to discover that when Front changed my oil a couple months ago, they inserted a new plug in my oil pan that didn t fit, stripping the internal threading. Just had to get all that replaced due to their shoddy workmanship.So, nice, yes. Competent? No.Services: Engine repair, Oil change

Gene and Don are great guys! They do good, quality work for a fair price. They will ensure the job is done right and not try to upsell. Tom Jean and Chuck are amazing. They do amazing work and they won't sell you anything you don't need... If it's a tough problem they'll work through it with you. They don't do transmission but they do everything else and they will refer you to a really good transmission shop not too far away. I recommended them to my partner who has a mind of her own and she came to the determination all by herself to give a referral to somebody she works with after she saw the results of these guys' hard work. Vehicle died in front of their shop at 430pm...by noon the next day is was fixed and ready for pickup. Can't say enough nice things about Gene and Don... Felt comfortable right and just knew I was in good hands. Will definitely be using them in the future. Great experience and they didn't charge me an arm and a leg... Even told me item by item what my cost would be.. So no surprises. Yay!!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil change

Gene and Don are great. They are honest and the customer service is on point! Even if they are not sure what is wrong at first they are usually able to take a look and get it fixed. The only things they don't do are transmission and electric issues.

The serpentine belt snapped on my truck and I literally was stuck, luckily the shop is close to my house, I called, had my truck towed to them by 9am and by 1pm it was done and back on the road! Quick service, very nice, didn't try to screw me over as a women going to have work done. Price was what I had expected after talking to others who know about vehicle repairs, I'd definitely use them again.

Their work and communication was excellent - I gave 4 stars only because we're still pretty new customers. My granddaughter's vehicle had been neglected and needed work, and I wanted to pay for it over the phone as a gift for her -- they called me and explained everything very carefully, explaining all costs and exactly what was going on. Their prices are reasonable; they explained what was needed, and why, to my granddaughter as well. She is happy and much, much more safe because they were there for her. This is the second time they've done work for us, and the second time we are quite happy with their work. Thank you Front Range Tire & Auto!

I was in from out of town and my car started leaking coolant. I started calling around to see if anyone could fit me in ASAP, as I was driving home the next day. Front Range Tire & Auto fit me in immediately the next morning and diagnosed my car. They were super helpful and the experience was fantastic. As I was there waiting for my car, I saw them professionally help other customers as well. I would rate their service as caring, professional, and time efficient!

Great service, honest fair prices. Came in to get a rough idle fixed. The rate they charged for parts ans labor was almost exactly what I had calculated online. Got me in and out in about 4 hours.

This place is just ok, the owner knows how to talk to people but the rest of the staff needs A LOT OF coaching skills on how to be professional, we did not have a great experience here , had to call back to get their coupon honored, if you come here you are taking a chance, last time we come here and just go back to the dealership, you'd think a small shop would provide better service but not the case here. Customers beware of bait and switch.

Prompt service, fair prices, will give honest feedback on your vehicle without trying to push an upsell. For service that's not dealership specific, has been my go to for years with 3 vehicles now and counting.

I'm a long time customer since 2004 , very very nice management, never had a problem so far in any works they did for my 1992 Camry, 1991 tercel, 2006 Camry or my 2014 Camry hybrid as well

Most honest auto shop ever. Don let s you know what exactly is wrong with your car and gives you the least expensive solution to fix it. I don t know anything about cars and trust to call front range whenever something is wrong with my car
