Very satisfied with my service work performed. My service advisor, Ashley, was AMAZING! She was extremely friendly, kept me updated and answered all of my questions. I was worried about where to bring my truck for 3 recalls due to bad experiences with other service advisors at other service centers in the past, but I truly believe my experience was even better because of Ashley. The mechanic also found a broken rear axle shaft which was not something I was aware of, but I am happy they pay close attention to stuff like that and they got it replaced asap! Would definitely recommend, especially for any recall work!

Truly can't and won't complain about the service here. They communicated with us throughout the whole process and gave us a better deal than a competitor without even knowing it. Arrived at 8 left at 3 due to them needing to find parts. The overall cost was $1500 for breaks and rotors on my 2021 Ford Transit 250.

Horrible experience here. Took my wife's car in for a warranty oil leak. Received the car back after a week and almost zero updates. However, the biggest problem was that her entire car was still COVERED in oil from the leak. It's absolutely everywhere. Then, to top it all off, both of her quarter panels now need painted because of giant gouges in the paint. Our service writer, Alec, has been incredibly unprofessional throughout. I've left him 4 messages to call about my issues, and still no call back after 4 days. That's terrible service. Hopefully, the boss reads this and actually will handle our problems. But after several calls i doubt it.

I made an appointment for service 90 days ago through the call center Schomp Ford contracts with to schedule service. When I got to the dealership there I was told I had not been scheduled. I even received a text confirming my appointment. This is the second time I have scheduled service through the contracted call center and I have left the dealership in my vehicle without service. It is a frustrating experience trying to have a vehicle I bought from Schomp serviced at Schomp. The dentist is less stressful.

I had/ corrections. I have a recall that was repaired by the service department. However, the recall before being repaired cause over $400 in cosmetic damage (which I repaired out of my own pocket) the first time. The second time, I got a quote for the same damage and once again 400+ to repair it. The service rep documented the damage and stated that she would submit it to Ford. That was Dec 2022, and other than a response to my inquiry 100+ days ago. The rep still has not let me know the status

Do not go to this service center.The only leniency I will overlook is the fact that I do drive a low-quality, manual 2014 Ford Focus... But that does not excuse the atrocious customer service.-After 3 separate visits over January, the initial reason for my visit, a check engine light, was never fixed; in fact, the advice I was given was to purchase "better quality gas."-No follow-ups from my attendant (unless I went out of my way to contact them).-No sense of urgency or transparency regarding whatever work was done to my vehicle...I understand mechanics must make daily quotas but to have to wait 3 to 5 days just for them to start diagnosing (regardless of the 2nd or 3rd attempt of turning the vehicle in) seemed ridiculous. Telling me "I'm a priority" and proceeding to not do anything is an absolute joke.I cannot stress this enough, do not waste your money at this establishment.

They were incredibly efficient! Jake helped me, and he was professional, friendly, and expedient. This was my first time having my car serviced at Schomp Honda, and they completed my 60,000 mile service. Their inspection report was incredibly detailed, and they quickly identified an inexpensive fix to an ongoing problem that I had delayed fixing, because a different company wanted to replace my entire airbag system, when it turned out all I needed was a new cable. I will definitely be getting my future service at Schomp Honda.Services: Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Brakes, Auto maintenance, Oil change

I brought a vehicle in today that had a number of issues. Autumn works in the Service Department and was beyond amazing. She went above and beyond to try to fix the issues for me as a first time customer. It s really a rare thing to find these days in the service industry. Should you have a need to service your vehicle- seek out Autumn and she ll do her best to help you.

Made appointment for an oil change and brake master cylinder recall. When I got there, the service person said it will be at least a couple of days. Why make an appt? To further salt in wound, he said to go grab some coffee in the waiting room. Great, but the coffee machine was out of order. Schomp not off to a great start here.After a call they completed my car by Friday afternoon. Sat in the lot for Thursday, so reservations should be much improved.Miguel the service person was awesome and did his best.Service: Oil change

I attempted to get a rotation and a Factory recall for an emission issue validated and wait while it was being done. I was informed that it would take in excess of 8 hours to rotate my tires and validate the PCM code and that while this being my only mode of transportation, I would have to leave it for unknown amount of days. They have a high level of apathy for their customers and a lack of leadership/time management/coordination issues. If you depend on your vehicle like I do, either repair it yourself or find another place to have the service done that can do it in a timely manner. Avoid this place, it is not Mike Naughton ford anymore.

Warning rant ahead:DO NOT EVER EXPECT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM SCHOMP FORD IN AURORA COLORADO.Full story: took my truck there last Tuesday for a scheduled oil change and evaluation of some steering issues. I booked the appointment a month in advance. When I arrived I was told they were backed up and may not get to it that day. OK, I am flexible and can leave it as it isn t my primary vehicle, but I am leaving for the weekend. Late Thursday I get an estimate for over $4k to repair steering. I tell them to hold off and just do the oil change. Get another call saying it needs an air filter. Sure I say. Get told on Saturday that is ready for pickup. Let them know I want be able to pickup until Monday. I am told they are closed on Monday. Go to pickup on Tuesday and the charge is $330 for oil change, filter, and evaluation. Of course, I understand the diagnostic cost and pay. Start it up and it sounds horrible. My suspicion is confirmed when I look under the truck and realize my catalytic converter has been sawed off. I let them know immediately that it has been stolen while on their property. Company response: TOUGH LUCK! Not our responsibility. Call your insurance. Hard lesson learned. I will never use this stealership ever and will let the world know that they don t care about their customers. Also starting to suspect this may have been an inside job based on their unwillingness to discuss. A police report has been filed.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

When I first dropped my car off, they said it'd take half a day to fix. Didn't hear from them for the rest of the day and they didn't contact me to tell me they were keeping it overnight. The next morning they called said it should be ready in the early afternoon that day but later texted me and said it wouldn't be ready until the next day. They kept my car for three weeks with very little communication with me. Finally called me to come pick it up and claimed they were giving me a huge discount because of how long it took them. Shortly after driving away, I noticed that my phone mount was missing so I called and they said they'd look around for it. Upon further inspection, I noticed that my stuff had been thrown around my car. There were some smaller things missing. Then, to top it off, my "liftgate ajar" notification popped up even though it was closed and the trunk wouldn't open at all which is why I took it in in the first place. Tried calling him again and got sent to voicemail so I drove back to the dealership. When I told them that what they claimed had been fixed was still broken, he told me that he wanted to involve the manager. He told me that the manager was in a meeting and they might have to order a piece so I should just take my car home and they'd give me a call. I called and asked for the manager myself and left him a voicemail. He called back about half an hour later and after I explained what happened, he asked me if I could bring my vehicle back. They estimated another week but didn't tell me it was ready until a week and a half later. Although they were polite, there was a huge lack of communication and they wanted to charge me almost $2k when they didn't even fix anything the first time.

Got in and out quick and easy. Computer system was down but the service person explained it was down and handled it the old school way. I will definitely bring my truck back for future service. Makayla was nice and very informative. She let me know step by step what was happening and what to expect. Thank you for the smooth no hiccup service!

Would no recommend they charge you an arm and a leg just to tell yo something I could of told my self and I went here 12/30/23 and they tried to scam me and charge me $105 to change a rear window wiper blade when I went to Walmart got it for $11 and replaced my self save your money and go somewhere else

I need from light bulb replaced on one of my headlights. I tried to do it myself but couldn t finish the job. I went to my Ford dealership. The service lane manager Peter Adamis greeted and proceeded to swap out the bulb. When I asked him how much I owe him he said nothing. That was so very kind of him. It s service like this why I will always continue to by FORD. Thank you so much Mr. Adamis. Your service was and is greatly appreciated.Sincerely,Kathryn Bailey

Havana Location: Miguel was a pleasure to work with, he made sure that I had still had transportation after the extended warranty company covered the car rental for one week. My car required a new engine. The ladies at counter are Truly Amazing 5 Jamie W. & Dani M. both made everything so easy and always had a smile to greet you with. Thank you

Very very unsatisfied with the service. Made an appointment 2 weeks out to have a warranty recall taking care of. never notified it would be a 2 day deal till after the 2nd day.. still wasn't completed after 2 days. Very very poor service.. no notification. stood on top of them to get any information out of them.

I order vent blades 2 month ago said I'd get em in a week maybe two. Tried to call and they either don't answer or say they will get back to me. Which they never have .
