They were absolutely wonderful, they were pleasant to talk to and very quick with the diagnosis. They also made sure I had a Lyft home which was super considerate. If you re worried about a mechanic ripping you off or lying to you, go here, they were 100% truthful and reliable. Overall they were phenomenal and I highly recommend!

I got some 200k service work done on my Tacoma here and got an offroad bumper with a new winch and lights. The hourly rate was a little high, but you get what you pay for, and it was absolutely worth it. My wife had a few things done on her 4runner as well, and we will be returning in the future. Cruz and the team are honest and do great work, which is a hard combination to find in this industry.

I had an excellent experience. They were upfront about the pricing and the work that was needed. The pricing was fair and the work was good and very timely. I was especially impressed with the level of communication. At no point was I left wondering. 5/5 I would certainly recommend their services.

Great staff, always help out as much as possible considering best pricing and future performance of the car, very considerate of time and schedule. Mechanics are very knowledgeable about the cars and explain every issue with your car.

Brought my truck here with some specific concerns, as well as some more vague "feelings" that I wanted inspected. Sure enough, Cruz and the gang over at Fine Tuned Auto not only found the problems that I had been suspecting, but also the cause of the weird steering feel. Dropped it off with them on a Wednesday, picked it back up on a Monday, and it's like having an all new truck. Pricing was very reasonable for the service provided, they were incredibly responsive to any concerns I had, and Hannah at the counter was on top of her game.Thanks guys!

Wanted to give Cruz and the crew a shout out. I was able to get in the same day and get my car drivable. Would def recommend this shop as they fully inspected everything. Overall a Great experience and awesome communication on time frame/cost.

Once again my wife and I recently had our vehicles serviced at Fine Tuned Auto. We have used other service centers in the past and felt like we were treated like another faceless person passing through their doors. All of that changed when we were fortunate enough to try Fine Tuned Auto. Cruz and Hanna go out of their way to make you feel appreciated and respected. The work is done in a timely and professional manner and Cruz is great about pointing out any upcoming services and issues without pressuring you to comply immediately. All in all it is a pleasure dealing with this service center. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

Cruz and Hannah are super friendly and honest. They were about to fix my issues quickly and we're honest what was going on with my car. Plus they have financial options to help with cost if needed. I will be back for sure.

My truck having problems replacing auto battery every 3 months, so I took my truck to get it diagnostic and have the radio to be unpluged as it draws current and drained my battery as the radio is not functioning. I will get another radio sometime. But the problem is solved. Thanks to Fine Tune pins point the issues.

I bought a used Jeep that was leaking coolant. Cruz and his team did a full engine inspection and did a pressure test for the radiator, including a full write-up and pictures. They got me in and out in no time, and did the inspection free of charge. I will take my Jeep to them for all work going forward. They re friendly, professional and know their stuff. Highly recommend these guys to anyone!

My experience was not good at all. The heavy set dude at computer was very rude and disrespectful to me. He is very racist as he helped and talked to other race much differently. He charged me for services that I didn t ask for and did not solve anything. I reported to BBB and Carmax. Never again!

The manager Cruz is very friendly and helpful. Every time I ve went to get an issue on my car looked at or fixed I ve always received great customer service and my vehicle back in a timely manner..would highly recommend

Literally every light on my dashboard was on in my car I didn t know what was going on with it because it seemed to be driving ok. Fine Tune Auto had amazing customer service both on the phone and in person. They were able to get me in the same day, and fix my car the same day! These guys really go above and beyond! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing car maintenance or regular upkeep!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Please don t waste your time or your money with this place. I paid over $4000 for car service and my car still was not fixed or running. They had my car for over a month and still could not give me a clear diagnostic and lead me to believe it was one thing when it was not. My experience with Cruz, the front desk person, was extremely unprofessional. when I asked questions, he became easily frustrated, he was impatient with my questioning related to the vehicle and was extremely condescending. I asked him for clarification on what certain mechanicals issues were and instead of educating me, he was dismissive and patronizing. I paid for something that was not even an issue. This place is a money pit.

This place is AWESOME! FREE INSPECTION! YOU CAN'T BEAT THAT!! Letting me know all the work needed on my FORD and pricing it out and working with me to get it done. Went in for an oil change, with an appointment, standing at the counter while Hannah was on the phone with another customer. Cruz? Was also there and he was not talking to anyone but just looking at the computer and says "She'll get you checked in soon" C'Mon man. She's clearly busy, and you're right there! Help out a little bit. Vehicle didn't go back until almost 20 mins after the scheduled appt.Only had one recommendation for other services after oil change, but I had to ask if there was anything else my vehicle may need which there were a few things they said my vehicle needed including rear brakes and rotors which the rotors are brand new. Doesn't seem like a great way to do business. Also did not fill up washer fluid, which I directly asked Cruz if they did. Which he responded yes. Also didn't reset the oil change light, which I had to do...Not a great customer service experience especially when Cruz goes back into the shop and goofs off with the techs and will poke his head into the lobby to ask Hannah to call XYZ vendor to get a status of a part or something. Be the manager and help her out. Small shop. Probably would only trust with oil changes and tire pressure checks.

I was having some engine trouble and my regular shop had recently closed down. After shopping around a little this shop was able to get me in immediately to look at everything. Since I was a drop in late in the afternoon, I wasn't expecting to be helped immediately. I left my vehicle there over night and by 11 am they had everything ready and working for exactly what they quoted. Cruz in the office was amazing throughout the entire process, keeping me updated and helping give me a peace of mind that isn't common when my car isn't running properly. This will be my regular shop from now on.

I ve had a good experience here, expect my last one. Needed a sound from my engine to get checked out, as well as my cold air intake doesn t have a hydro shield for the filter. I asked if they could slide that hydro shield onto my cold air intake filter for me, told them the hydro shield is in the passenger side seat. Get a call for 220$ and I m super confused because it s a 30 dollar hydro shield that just needs to be slid onto the cold air intake. Cruz Is a great guy and super friendly, but I guess today wasn t the day & he told me they won t charge me for it and he seemed pretty upset and I m still super confused on why it costs 220 dollars to put on the hydro shield. A simple thing that slides into my filter to protect the engine from water getting sucked into the intake and into the engine. Was told it ll probably be the last time they ll see my car so I think I was basically told they won t service me anymore & at this point I m super lost. I start driving my car and don t hear the fluttering and I pull over and the stock factory intake that was in my trunk was installed back on. Just miscommunication that could of been handled with a simple call and asking me, what was it you wanted installed, this filter protector hydro shield in your passenger seat or the whole stock intake in your trunk. Just pretty bummed out, really did enjoy bringing my car to this shop & trusted them with my vehicle. I did not ask for that intake in my trunk to be installed nor did I ever mention my trunk or an intake in there. So that makes sense why I was about to get charged 220. Nothing bad or wrong about the shop, very kind customer service & they re quick .This was just a bad experience for me.
