My Toyota Yaris was In his shop for 2 months. Knew parts would be late due to shipments, so I expected a delay. But, then come to find out a key was made to my car, and then the brake master cylinder wasn't replaced , charged me $700 basically or more and said he bought a part and showed me a box, and the gun on his son's hip. but then another 2 weeks went by and then car was fixed the day after my friends truck was stolen. Wouldn't recommend it unless you want a part thief or a liar fixing your car.

Drove from Chicago to Denver and our truck malfunctioned. Changed our alternator, battery and recharged the AC all in the same day, within hours. Only reason they didn t get five stars is because they re pricey. The reviews on here just don't express just how bad this shop is. Wish we had looked at the reviews before going there after a recommendation from a friend. Charge $120 to look at the front suspension on a truck and gave us an 1100 quote. Got rude when we questioned that all the work was necessary. Paid the 120 took it to another shop and got it fixed for $350.Hope you don't make the same mistake

Thes guys are great. They fixed up the front axle on my truck even went the extra mile to add a weld to fix a factory defect. Prices were reasonable and they were nice guys

Chapman: I Think you have the wrong shop, since we dont have records of fixing any car for you. since you said that you were going to take a legal action 5 months ago maybe it is the wrong shop since we have never recived nothing.Edith Hernandez; If you are here writing a fake review we would recommend that unless you have brought your car here and have recipts accuse us, otherwise we already contacted the officers whom came and handle the issue we had MARCH 3TH with your friend Berenice Rodriguez.Berenice; YES!!! correct ma'm we said the picking up service was FREE, If we did all the service for you, If the transmission was done by us the picking up fee would of been free. We don't provide any papers when picking the car up, if you wanted a recipt that we pick your car up we would of gladly provide it. Since you called us saying not to do anything to your car we never never got mad, we only ask for the 60$ fee since our services where not needed. Thats when YOU AND YOUR HUSBAND started to get rude and agressive with the owner and then we refusse to give the keys. COPS came and told the owner he had the RIGHT to detain the car in the shop while we appeal for court & could also started charging a 25$ storage fee for everyday your car would of stay here. Since the owner was very nice enough he let you guys go. Not fair you guys are starting to say lies and savotage our shop, we been here for 7 years now and never had a problem. we already contacted the officers involved on the insident because you are bringing other people who have not came here to our shop to write bad reviews .

They took care of the problem and didn't cheat or overcharge me. They even gave me a great quote on some future repairs that I will need. Good business.

I m sorry for myself for taking my ass to this low life mechanic person. March 3, 2018 was the day his daughter recommended me to him, I talked to him about my car getting fixed from the transmission, he went to pick up my car from my home but before that I asked him if he charges for picking up the car and he said NO! 30 mins past & I wasn t to comfortable with anything he said to me because he didn t give me no paper showing that he will fix my car. So then I went to his mechanic place to pick up my car because I didn t want him to fix it no more and that s when everything happen. ( THE COPS WERE INVOLVED ) He got so angry & started screaming at me for not letting him keep my car to get fix! He wouldn t give me my car keys back because he wanted $60 for picking my car up when in the beginning I asked him if I was going to be charge for picking my car up & said NO! He was sooo rude ! & disrespectful ! Never in my life I have experienced something like this ! What s the whole point of having a business if you do not know how to treat your clients ! Never ever in my life I will ever go to this place or recommend him to anyone!!

Excellent costumer service and very responsible he always answers my questions that I may have sends pictures and keeps the old parts from my vehicle and explains to me with detail what was wrong with my car and what needs to be Done. I really recommend to take your vehicle to this shop if you are looking for an honest Mechanic.

Worst customer service. What a pathetic egotistical,selfish obnoxious and disgraceful piece of sh**t. He lacks everything you would want to have in a mechanic shop. Worst yet there is not an actual "mechanic" in this place. Save your money and time.

DO NOT! Take your car here please. I experienced the worst by far of any "mechanics" I've ever had to deal with. This want-to be mechanic shop is horrible. I took my car for a an antifreeze leak and ended up with a car that could not keep up and eventually gave up on me. I have take my car to a real shop and unfortunately my car is no longer working since my engine gave up. Its really sad this person being Hispanic targets Hispanics and scams them. After many failed attempts to get my money back or some refund this "mechanic" never complied nor did it do what he was asked for. I repeat please do not take your business to him!Porfavor no lleves tu carro aqui! Esta persona es el peor" mecanico" con el que eh tenido que lidiar. Solo lleve mi carro por que el antifreeze se salia. Y termine con un carro que se me apagava y no se mantenia prendido. Muchas personas despues me dijeron que el roba partes y pone partes Viejas o usadas. Cuando le pedi que me regresara mi dinero ya no quiso " dijo que no era un mago" entiendo que los carros tiene problemas y obio aveses ya no hay nada por hacer. Pero obio este senor no save que es servicio al cliente. Lo que mas me molesta es que es paisa y se que mucha raza hispana va co el. Si ven este mensaje porfavor no lo lleven ahi. Se que hay muchas personas en mi situacion pero muy pocas se defienden. Busquen bien y lleven su carro a un mecanico verdadero que sepa diagnosticar y no solo use la "computadora" para ver si le "avienta' el codigo asi como este naco me decia.

Este se�or es un ratero. No vallan con el. Se aprovecha de la gente y les roba su dinero. Gente cercana a el que conozco dicen que quita partes de carros y roba partes. Aparte tapa las luces con tape negro en el tablero para que no se vea el check engine o lus.Vallan a un mec�nico verdadero. Y su servicio al cliente es lo peor que puedas experimentar.

Manuel was very attentive in explaining the problem with my vehicle! He gave me the best price and was sending me photos and messages explaining the process he had when fixing my vehicle! I will bring my cars here again! Very good place!Manuel fue muy atento en explicarme el problema sobre mi vehiculo! me dio el mejor precio y me estava mandando fotos y mensajes explicando el prosseso que asia al arreglarme mi vehculo ! volvere a traer mis carros aqui !
