Rude shop that cuts corners, does a half job on paint, empty promises and pushes you to pay the remaining balance without fixing their mistakes. Run away, as fast as you can.

I have used Anie for a long time now and have always been satisfied with her work I ve taken her some pretty bad cars and she does them right. I see a couple of bad comments witch blows my mind she has always been upfront and honest about what needs to be done and had fair pricing and gets stuff done close to when she says it will be done.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Where do I even begin with my nightmare of an experience at Divine Customs? I would rate this place a negative 10 stars. I should of paid more attention to the negstive reviews and what I found out during the process after I made a deposit was the review's that were positive were her friends and family. She reported the negative reviews were her bad customers who were rude, so she said she had to get her friends and family to post. Should of been the first red flag to cancel but I was hopeful my experience would be better. My recent visit to this place left me absolutely furious and disappointed with their appalling "paint job", unprofessional service, rude owner, hidden fees, corner-cutting practices, and an absurd parking fee that is beyond comprehension.First and foremost, the paint job on my car was a complete disaster. I brought in my vehicle to fix a few minor dents and scratches, and I ended up with a paint job that looks like it was done by a toddler with a spray can. The color didn't match the original at all, and the finish was full of splotches, drips, and visible brush strokes. I was promised a professional result, but what I received was an amateurish mess that made my car look even worse than before.The service at this shop was equally as abysmal as their paint job. The owner Anie was dismissive and unhelpful when I wasn't happy. She showed no interest in answering my questions or addressing my concerns about the paint job. To make matters worse, the owner was downright rude and condescending when I expressed my dissatisfaction. It was evident that she cared more about getting my money than providing quality service.Next, let's talk about the hidden fees and cutting corners. When I received the final bill, I was shocked to find numerous hidden charges that were never disclosed to me during the initial estimate. It felt like they were intentionally trying to deceive me to extract more money from my wallet. Additionally, it was evident that they cut corners during the repair process to save time and money. Instead of fixing all the dents and scratches properly, they seemed to slap on a cheap coat of paint and called it a day.What left me even more infuriated was the audacity to hold my car hostage until I paid these undisclosed extra fees. They kept my vehicle for days, refusing to release it until I paid up, even though I never agreed to these additional charges in the first place. It felt like a complete scam, and I was left with no choice but to comply to get my car back.To add insult to injury, they had the nerve to charge me a parking fee while my car was parked in an open public parking space! Other auto shops parked their customer cars there without demanding an extra cent, but apparently, Divine Customs felt entitled to exploit their customers even further.In conclusion, my experience at Divine Customs was utterly disastrous. Their terrible paint job, unprofessional service, rude owner, hidden fees, corner-cutting practices, and unjustifiable parking fee make this place one to avoid at all costs. I highly recommend finding a reputable and honest auto body and paint shop to ensure that you don't end up with the same nightmarish ordeal I had to endure.

I have used her services for years I have never been dissatisfied and have recommended lots of people there here are the before and after pictures I have entered and car shows and won first place several times on both vehicles

I hired Divine Customs to repair and repaint my GMC Arcadia and promised the car would look brand new. Anie was eager to take my money. After I paid all promises went out of the window and it was lie after lie. After 4 months of having my car and going to the shop and seeing nothing was done, I got local law enforcement involved to pick up my vehicle. Dont trust the positive reviews, if you do enough research you will see a lot of those positives are her close friends and relatives. Do your due diligence, something I wish I would have done.

I ve used divine customs twice now and if I need anything else done I will use them again. They did a 2008 Nissan Titan that had bad factory paint and now it looks like new even though rumors go around that it will never be the same it s going on 2 years sitting out and it still looks great. Then a year later I had them match motorcycle parts to factory paint and they did a great job. Great value and pro work thanksServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Onie has painted my escalade and has fixed some damage I had on Volvo when someone backed into me. She did an awesome job and price was lower than my other estimates. Hard to get a better value anywhere this is the place for me.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

No doubt she is really good at what she does, most time when I tell people a girl did that paint job they are amazed. I ve used her on numerous jobs for about 8 years now and I m yet to be disappointed, really good price for quality of the work. I ve refer friends and family and she didn t disappoint them either.
