This was a complete waste of time. I made an appointment to have my car looked at a few days in advance. While making the appointment, the form asked what issues there were and if I would be dropping the car or waiting with it--I said I'd be waiting with it.Upon arrival, I was immediately told I'd have to leave the car for 2-3 days because there's waiting line to run diagnostics. When I asked if I could reschedule for a time to run diagnostics in a few days, I was told it's not possible. What's the point of requesting details or giving the option to wait with the vehicle if the car if you're going to immediately require I leave the car for several days before it can even be looked at? If when scheduling the appointment I was told I'd need to drop the car for X days, it'd be frustrating but I could have at least planned ahead. Instead I was expected to leave my vehicle right away. It certainly didn't help that the person attending to me was smug & condescending when I tried to ask questions.Overall it was a very poor experience.

I dont even know where to begin. Every single time i go in i have to go back because they missed something. After a list of issues, My breaking point was realizing they forgot to put TWO lug nuts back on my tires. This is a liability and the risk of the safety of my kids, myself and others on the road. I will never return.Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

Communication could be better, was told a number of times I would be called back for updates on service timing but got no call. Initial checkin was great and when the car was finally serviced, the lady I dealt with was fantastic. My car after diagnosis took 3 days for an oil change, little frustrating. I knew the diagnosis would take 4 days, that was well communicated. No one told me how long the repairs would take. So overall I was without a car for a week which made life very difficult and rang a few times for an update with no returned call.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Went again today, stood there while all service people talked to each other. Never a customer acknowledgement. A hello, how are you, nothing. Just very disrespectful. Could care less about you spending hard earned money and time there. Service appointments are very confusing. They want to keep your car 4 days!!! and they dont care. I bought a service plan, i have to go there. I just never feel good going there.

The Service Dept NEVER pick up their phone nor call back if a message is left. It s been like this for the last 2-3 years. VERY disappointing when they were super enthusiastic when selling me my car!

It took over 4 hours to get my oil change today. I wasn t told that the oil filter was not in stock until I had been there for 2 1/2 hours. I had made my appoint a week earlier, so there is no excuse of not knowing. I had watch over a doze people get their service completed before mine when they checked in after me. The worst part is that none of the staff respected me enough to be honest enough to tell me that there was going to be an extended wait on my service. By the way, I have a 2021 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited with a Diesel engine. At the next appointment I will know the right questions to ask to make sure there is a clear understand of the time needed to complete the service.Service: Oil change

The absolute worse experience I've ever had at any Jeep dealership in the country, since I've owned my 200k mile Jeep. After booking the appointment 2 weeks out, dropping it off at 7am, calling the dealership at 1:45pm; at 5pm when I called back they informed me they hadn't even looked at my jeep yet. Also they informed me that they wouldn't touch my Jeep for another 2 days, because of the "300 cars" that are in front of my Jeep. When I questioned them concerning me having work the following day and would need my Jeep, they informed me that it was my responsibility to have made plans for my work schedule. Though they did not inform me of the 3 day wait, as if it was my fault for not knowing, when I dropped off my Jeep. Though they had 3 times (booking, dropping off, and mid day phone call) to inform me of the delay. The particular customer service agent I spoke with not only hung up the phone on me, but also blatantly LIED to me multiple times. He told me my I couldn't pick up my jeep today because it was "broken", though I personally drove my Jeep to the dealership (not delivered on a flatbed truck) and that I brought it in for warranty maintenance. Before hanging up on me, the agent informed me that IF I wanted to pick up my Jeep today, I would need to be there by 5:30pm when the Service Department closes. Though on their website and the front entrance door to the department it clearly states they close at 6pm, not 5:30pm.After arriving to pick up my Jeep at 5:25pm, asking who I spoke with on the phone, the agent spoke up and I called him out on his 5:30/6pm lie. He not only tried to defend his lie, but he also did it with his manager in the room.I've tried working with this service department multiple times over the last few years and I have only been lied to, misinformed, denied warranty service (though my warranty covered the repair) and been treated with the utmost disrespect; I will honestly and truthfully NEVER go back to this dealership at all for any reason. After this summer I'm looking at buying a Pre-Owned Grand Cherokee (2017-2019) to replace my aging Grand ('07); because of my horrible experience with Larry H. Miller's Service Department, their Sales Department will not be getting my business either.

This was the second time we came in for the same issue, an engine light. The first time we were without our car for four days before they said the guy to diagnose the problems was out sick so we picked it up. Second time we dropped it off on Tues., Wed afternoon they said it would be $600 and the part wouldn t be in for 2 plus weeks. I said we would come pick it up again. This service dept. can t seem to fix problems, they quoted me double what I was quoted by the place I will be taking it to and they have NO loaner cars. How do you run a dealership with no loaner cars available for repairs that take more than a day? Lastly they tried to charge me 50% of the cost of the part that I never told them to order plus the diagnostic fee. Just terrible customer service, no apologies, no car wash, nothing. Never going back,

Made an appointment at 11am, was told one hour or one in a half max! ( should be 12:30) Two hours in a half later(1:30) I was told their behind couldn t tell me a time and I being inpatient as I should! He got frustrated was very unprofessional he s tone he s facial expressions he was rude! Where is the lack of communication, the transparency?!!! Why as a business cant they speak to their customers and be upfront?! I left that place after 2:15 imagine over 3 hours for an oil change with appointment!!!!!!!! No apology, no acknowledgement, nothing. Mind you this is not the first time I ve seen this actual business be this terrible! I went their 4 months ago for the same reason and back then I did not make a big deal thinking it was just one of those days. But after Monday s experience I can tell this is normal !Service: Oil change

I was told my oil change could take up to 2 hours. However I was there for 3.5 hours without anyone apologizing or updating me on my repair. I saw my vehicle pulled up by the tech and still no one came to grab me. After 10 minutes I walked up to the desk myself to have the person behind the counter say your vehicle is ready . There was no consideration for my time or apology at all. I advised I would pay for the service but would not purchase the plan for 3 oil changes and was told he was not sure he could remove the plan from my account. I advised I would not pay for a plan at a place that makes me wait 3.5 hours for an oil change. He went to speak to a manager and when he came back he advised I was good and didn t need to pay. This was the only positive to my experience. It s just unfortunate that this was not offered before I had to explain my frustration of waiting almost 4 hours for an oil change.Service: Oil change

The check in process was superb. Service needed was done well. The check out process was terrible. My Jeep was parked outside the window for about 45 minutes while I waited to be called in the waiting area. Finally I approached the service desk and asked about my Jeep. They had no clue it was ready despite a stack of completed work orders right beside them. This was true for several customers. Had I not said anything we might still be sitting there today. Slight exaggeration for sure but these guys had zero clue what was going on. Three hours for tire rotation and oil change is excessive.Services: Tires, Oil change

I put my 2012 Jeep Liberty in for a multipoint inspection. This has been a great vehicle and I want it to run well for a lot more years. The technician found a few things that needed to be addressed. They fixed them and I'm back on the road. Here's a shout out to Rob Pain, my contact in the service department. He kept me informed as to the progress at each step of the process - even notified me of a delay which he took care of as quickly as possible.I am very pleases with the service provided.RichService: Auto maintenance

I had such a great experience at this dealership today, everyone I spoke with was very friendly. I was updated on the status of my vehicle even with a clearly busy day. I was quoted a fair price and my issue was quickly resolved. It was a breath of fresh air working with people who actually care about their customersService: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

They always do a good job servicing my Jeep and friendly customer service. 3 stars instead of 5 because their online appointment booking allows and confirms weekend appointments- I was notified upon showing up for my appointment that there are in fact, no weekend appointments. Service took over 2 hours which was disappointing since I received confirmation that my appointment had been confirmed by the dealership just 24 hours prior.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

Had a great experience, went in for standard maintenance and recall work. They noticed a piece of trim pulling away from the truck and completed the warranty repair without me even bringing it up to them. Friendly and courteous service advisors, prompt service, easy communication with them via text. I was disappointed after setting up an appointment, being very detailed about what the problem was, was told it would take 1-2 hours and once I got there I was immediately told they would need to keep my Jeep for a few days (site unseen). Had they told me that when o made the appointment, I would ve been better prepared. So I was careless from Thursday until Tuesday. I had to call to get a status update and find out it was ready. To find out they could not recreate the problem and therefore nothing was done to address the real issue it was in for. In addition to 2 other small issues as it relates to a few items I ordered (or am trying to from parts) the outcome is DISAPPOINTED!Service: Electrical repair

In approximately a month I had multiple maintenance issues and failed parts replaced. For a total of approx. $4500. I have found the work done to not be correct and had to take the car back. This locations customer service and communication is poor at best and no empathy or ownership of not doing the alignment or steering adjustment correctly. They set expectations and do not follow through on them. I do not recommend this as a good shop.Services: Electrical repair, Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Auto A/C recharge, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment, Brakes, A/C installation & repair, Auto maintenance, Oil change

I did call before go to make sure about what I need to do, what service they offer and how much it will be.I was told that oil change with tire rotation and basic fluids check was $79 that s awesome, but when arrive it turned up that it was $110 if I wanted with the tire rotation and without tire rotation it was the price they told me by phone.I did my service anyways but they should talk always with the truthService: Oil change

I would give no stars but I can t. The worst service I have ever experienced. I dropped my car off yesterday at 9am and it was never looked at. What is the point of an appointment if your not going to look at my car when you tell me to bring it in. I ve been waiting to get this recall done for over a year and they never even fixed it. They stated the recall would take up to an hr and nothing was done. I was hung up on 3 times when trying to get information on my car. They couldn t tell me when it would be looked at and on top of that they don t even give rentals for people with jobs and kids that can t just leave their car for days to get it looked at it when it s convenient for you when the customer has a scheduled appointment.Service: Auto maintenance

Absolutely terrible experience. I've had my vehicle in to have the radio fixed 5-6 times going back ~8 months and it still isn't fixed. The past 2 times I've been told "all fixed" but I check it before driving off and it isn't working. I've been told numerous times that they will order the parts and call me to reschedule once they come in and nobody ever calls to tell me the parts are in. I've had to call and ask and then be told 'oh yeah, the parts are here'. One time after waiting weeks on parts I called and was told that the parts order was cancelled because there was a software upgrade that would suposedly fix it (it didn't). Recently they actually managed to make the situation worse - it used to be that the screen would just go black but after working on it a couple of months back I picked it up and the USB and Bluetooth wouldn't work anymore. I'm not sure how service could be any worse than this.Service: Auto maintenance

I made an appointment over a month in advance. I took the day off (Thursday)to get the repair done. When i dropped off the Jeep they needed to keep it and stated that they would contact me with an estimate. I never heard from them and called them several times with no response. They close at 6:00pm and i finally heard from them at 5:30 and was told that they needed to keep my jeep for a few more days possibly through the weekend. Communication is very important and they need to let their customers know if repairs can not be made that day earlier so that their customer can make the necessary plans for orher transportation.Service: A/C installation & repair

My jeep is still new and in great shape so I prefer to take it to the dealer for standard maintenance (because I care about it) but arriving at 12:45p for a 1p oil change APPOINTMENT and not being able to leave until 3:45 (once payment was said and done) is insane. It s not like this is even new for them. An oil change and tire rotation should take an hour. But here it s nearly 3 hours, every time. And they didn t give me a new reminder sticker and didn t reset the oil change alert in the dash. Simple little misses, and a laughable wait time. Not great.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

We brought our Jeep for service due to the key fobs working intermittently. The service guy told us it would take about 2 hours to see if reprograming would work but if it was more serious they would need longer. We stayed at the dealership for 3 hours and when we inquired about the work on our car were told it was not complete and that we had been told it would take 3-4 hours. We drove 2 1/2 hours to get this done but had to leave. We will need to make another appointment but will be clear when we do so how long we can leave the car. Another 5 hour round trip that we are not looking forward to!

Very unhappy, paperwork they gave me did not match work performed. Was told when I called in for apt they could look at engine light problem. After 4 hours of waiting was told I would need to drop it off for 3 days to have diagnosed properly. Asked why 3 days, was told it will be in line and they get to it when they get to it. But was told I need a major part replaced (without proper diagnosis?) but was told could not do for a month. Paperwork I was given said I declined repairs? Nothing seemed right about this visit. I would not visit this Jeep place with my Jeep again. Who does business like this?? And to think we have thought about looking at this location to buy a new Jeep? Guess that answers that - not a chance!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

I had a great experience with the dealership. I got my Wrangler at a non-Jeep dealership so I was only given one key. They got one ordered for me and had a visor part on hand that I could purchase to replace the broken one I have. I dropped it off in the morning and they were done and ready for me to pick up within a few hours.Service: Auto maintenanceService: Auto maintenance

I got an airbag recall completed and the work seems to be done properly. Two things caused me to rate lower than 5 stars: (1) it took 30 minutes to bring my Jeep around once I was told it was ready (had to go back in and ask a 2nd time since they forgot, then still had to wait longer). But the worst was that (2) someone left their trash in my Jeep glovebox including a comb, a hairbrush, a toothbrush, and an empty package of "Cannabinoids" THC products! Not sure if someone was sleeping in my Jeep!? (I left it at the dealer for about 4 days while they ordered parts.)Service: Auto maintenance

I understand that everyone is understaffed at the moment and we are all just trying to get through these tough times, but if it wasn t for me having paid already for the oil change package, I would not go back. The wait for the oil change was over 3 hours and they suggested I needed new tires and so I did go ahead and purchased the tires and ask if they could put the old tires in my car. I thought that it was common sense to put the tires in a bag or at least put plastic or paper down before mounting the tires inside my car. Well no, that was not the case. If my car was an old beat up car that was dirty, maybe I would have understood, but my car is like brand new and I work hard to keep it clean and in good condition. Had to spend hours cleaning of the dirt and oil stains left inside my car. The one good thing I could say was that the young lady in the front was very nice.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Oil change

I came to this dealership for my standard oil filter change and then worked with sales to sell my jeep. Not long after, I had to deal with schomp mini and their terrible service which has made me reflect on Jeep even more.I bought my car at this dealership and at no point as a woman did I feel looked down upon. It was a great sales experience (about an hourish). I scheduled an early morning appt and dropped off my car for its oil filter change and it was completed by noon. When I went to sell the car, the salesman worked with me quickly to get it done and even when a mistake was made, called me immediately so it could be rectified and I could receive my check. In all honesty, I highly recommend this dealership. If jeep ever gets into the electric car game, I will definitely be back.Service: Oil change

Took two weeks to get a service appointment. At the end of checking in, I m finally told they need to keep my car for 2 days just for a diagnosis (timelines should have been communicated on day 1). No loaner program. Who can go without a car for two days just for a diagnosis? Jeeps are known for electrical issues and with only having 60k miles on my leased vehicle, this was a subpar experience.

Patrick was great getting everything take care of in a timely manner and communicated what needed to be done very clearly. The biggest problem I had was when I picked up my car it was filthy on the inside. My tan leather was covered in grease, dirt, and grime. Could have at least washed the exterior as well. Pretty weak experience overall.Service: Auto maintenance
