My experience with Classic Collision was amazing!!! I can t complain. The customer service I received from Erica (sorry if I misspelled the name) was great. She kept in contact with me every step of the way about what was happening with my car. My car was complete by the finished date the provided. My car looks great. So far nothing has fallen off. Thanks

Massive thank you to the team here at Classic Collision (formerly Colorado Auto Body). The insurance claim for my vehicle repair was processed smoothly and quickly. My car was in the shop a few days after my accident and I had it back within about a week and a half. Big shoutout to Erica, who answered all of my questions with diligence and made sure all of the moving parts to the repair were done in a timely fashion.

Absolutely fell in love with this shop. They were very kind, responsive, and fast. They made sure my car got fixed and looks 100%. Erica listened to me and made me feel secure about the service of my car. This is now my go to shop for all my car fix needs.

Updated review: We discovered an issue with a detached door handle a few weeks after the repair and Tom was more than happy to address the issue and repair it at no cost to us. Exceptional quality and completed weeks before original quote. You can definitely trust this company with your collision repair.

This is my second repair at Colorado Auto Body and they continue to do a great job. It takes a while to get in for service because they are that busy, but once you get an appointment set things go very smoothly and they'll take care of everything with the insurance company.On this repair, someone backed into my brand new car (just 4 months) and busted up the grill and put a dent in my hood. I had an estimate done and it was to take 4 days. Once they got the car apart, they discovered additional extensive damage to the bumper and associated parts. Rather than take the cheap way out and just replace what could be seen, they took the extra time to repair and replace ALL the damage so the car really was restored to full and safe operation. A lot of shops would have done just the cosmetic part and left me with an unsafe car. Not Colorado Auto Body.It did take an extra week, but the car came back just as good as new and it looked fantastic. You would not have been able to tell there was ever any damage if you didn't know beforehand. The paint job was perfectly matched and the bodywork was perfect. The shop kept in constant contact and kept me informed as the repair progressed.You can find cheaper and faster shops, but you won't find a higher quality one. Trust in Colorado Auto Body to do the job right! I hope never to need their services ever again, but if I do I will be back.

They only accept insurance now. They refused to honor their estimate done by them stating that they only take insurance and no out of pocket. They were in a rush to push me out the door although I stated that it is insurance claim related.

Best body shop I ve ever worked with. Communication was top notch, easy to reach, and my car looks fantastic. Also got the work done extremely quick under the circumstances, 2 months less than what they had originally told me - no complaints at all! Highly recommend!

I am so happy with the service I received at Colorado Auto Body today. I went in for an estimate after a hard day. Erica was so helpful! They not only were quick to get an estimate, but they made sure it was safe for me to drive home and over the weekend. I have not received this level of customer care in the car industry for a long time.

Beware. They do a shotty job and are dishonest. I had to take my car back in after they repaired body damage to front. They ripped off the trim peices then attempted to put them back on. The pieces were dangling on because they had broken them when they ripped it off. Then attempted to tell me that the grill was damaged prior to my accident so they didn't fix it... it's crooked now.They charged me full price for an additional part and upon inspection it was broken in half and then put back together with glue that didn't stick. Now I'm stuck with a broken part that I paid for full price for as "brand new".

Wow. 10/10. My truck has never looked so good. I will never go to another body shop if I have the choice. They got the work done a week early and you can tell they have too notch mechanics/painters. I want to give Erica a shout out for being helpful the entire process. Highly recommend.

This is my go-to body shop for my Audi. The communication and drop-off/pickup are super easy and my car is well taken care of. Highly recommend. Worked with my insurance too. Erica and team were always keeping me in the loop. Car looks fantastic! Take your car here, you won't be disappointed.

Honestly, I m really impressed. Went through insurance & not only did they do a thorough job with repairs, but they kept in constant contact updating me the entire way & just overall had all my paperwork together. Very thankful they made this process easy, thanks Erica & the young front desk girl!

Stopped by this morning after noticing a small paint scuff/superficial scratch on my new truck. Looking for a repaint estimate. Ken took a quick look and was able to clean off the paint (scratch now hardly noticeable) in about 5 minutes. Friendly gentleman, easy fix, going to be a great day. I am beyond thrilled at how well CO Auto Body took care of me and my MINI this winter! They managed an extended repair of my car after a fender bender I had in November. Kudos to Erik and his team for being thorough and doing the repairs right - no shortcuts at this shop. My 11-year old MINI looks almost brand new! So happy.

I went to this shop for an insurance claim and was impressed with the work. I was given updates right away, all the paperwork was simple, the finished car looks great and they washed and detailed my car as well. I ll start off by saying the staff at Colorado Autobody are amazing. I had an unfortunate encounter with a deer with my Audi towards the end of July. I am newer to Colorado and haven t had to use a body shop in a long time. I was recommended to Colorado Autobody by a friend. I am very particular and quite honestly very picky about my vehicles. I did my research and everything I could find led me to believe that the quality of repair and care would be exactly what I was looking for. I ll say that they went above my expectations and were wonderful to deal with the entire process. We all know the shortage of parts and supply chain issues and regardless of that they over delivered on everything. They kept me informed and answered all my annoying questions of ETA etc etc. I took delivery of my Audi on 10/7. I noticed a few issues and I called the shop to discuss the resolution of issues. They again were very accommodating and got me scheduled in quickly to take a look. They addressed my A/C issue and ordered my 2 pieces. Overall despite the amount of damage that the deer had caused Colorado Autobody made it near perfect again. I appreciate everything they did. Will 100% be using them in the future if ever needed. I also 100% recommend them not only for the craftsmanship but also the pure customer service they provide. Hats off to you Colorado Autobody.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Beyond happy with the service and communication given by this shop and Erica. I always got frequent updates on the status of the repair. Car repairs can always be stressful but the customer service and emotional intelligence was above and beyond. I had a front bumper collision. My whole experience with Colorado Auto Body has been fantastic. Not only were they quick, they did a fantastic job. The replacement front bumper look great and the work was quicker than I had expected. The car was clean both inside and out. They worked with my insurance company and helped me a rental car at a discount price. It's great to do business with a company that takes such great pride in their workmanship and service.

Everyone here was so helpful and accommodating. They finished working on my car before the estimated time because I needed it earlier than expected. They were very professional and they kept me up to date on the repairs. They also washed, vacuumed, and detailed my car before pick up. My car was hit by a Uhaul truck and required body work. Colorado Auto Body was recommended to me by my trusted mechanic shop. The folks at Colorado Auto Body - Aurora did a great job on my Toyota Camry, collision damage. They were also helpful with insurance and DMV issues that I had. They even cleaned and detailed my car. Colorado Auto Body is amazing! I had right front panel damage that also tore off my mirror. They were quick getting me an estimate, that I had to send to the company responsible for the damage. Eric and Lynn were extremely helpful thru the entire process, making it super easy, including the rental car. Great to work with. They did an amazing job making my car look new again. They even finished it earlier than what was quoted. To top it all off, they cleaned my car inside and out. This was not part of the quote. This goes to show the quality of service they provide. Can't say enough good things about Colorado Auto Body. We are on a cross country road trip and needed a fender repair. Called them and they saw us within an hour for an estimate and scheduled our repair for the next day. They had it done earlier than expected and it was perfect. The amazing staff at Colorado Auto Body were excellent and extremely thorough and professional with fixing my car. They communicated with me constantly on updates and worked extremely well with my insurance company. It went very smoothly. Christine the manager was on top of all the details and went above and beyond to get my car back to me as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend Colorado Auto Body.

I had a really good experience with this body shop, after several mediocre experiences with others in the area. Tom and the team took good care of my car, and were very willing to fix a few lingering things. I will go back to them first in the future over anybody else.
