Initially I brought my vehicle in for suspension work. I have a full coverage warranty and Christian Auto works with my warranty company. Upon inspection they found an oil leak that literally 24hrs earlier Big O did not find and they had just done an oil change. Both my suspension and oil leak were covered under my warranty but the company was fighting paying Christian Auto Brothers the entire amount due. It was looking like I would have to pay $300 out of pocket. I really needed my car back so the manager John let me take my car and said he would keep fighting with the warranty company for me. I was so appreciative and didn t want him to feel like I would skip out of paying so gave him my credit card info to charge the balance if the warranty company didn t budge. About a week after I picked my car up I got a voicemail today letting me know that the warranty company finally paid and I don t owe anything. The whole staff is amazing! I never felt pressured to get any work done. They were quick and efficient and Understanding. Big shout out to John, Wes and Victor. Thank you seriously from the bottom of my heart. I ll definitely return here in the future!

I didn't have a great experience for my first time with Christian Brothers but I'm happy to report that they did reach out to me and were very apologetic about how it went. They wanted to make it right and offered to reimburse me for fees I paid to another shop for diagnoses. I will give them another chance if the opportunity arises.

I brought my 2004 Toyota Highlander in for a noise coming from the rear end. They found the problem and fixed it at a very reasonable cost. What was unprecedented is they didn't present me with any additional services that the car needed fixed. They found some other issues through the diagnostics. But said to keep an eye on these rather than pressuring me to get them fixed at their shop. Other shops had flagged other issues and recommended I get them fixed right then. Their waiting area was like walking into a high-end living room. From the free drinks in the lobby, to the free shuttle pick up, my experience with this shop was extraordinary.

First we were greeted by Wes. What a sweetheart of a guy. He was kind and informative. Then we met John. He was so damn nice to us. I swear if you stand around that man too long you ll get a cavity and then the final touch was Sawyer he was so soft spoken and polite. I highly recommend them. Weeent in for an oil leak, and let s be honest, they could have taken us to the cleaners. But instead, they were honest and the repair didn t cost us anything because we had gotten an oil change from them in October.This kind of honesty doesn t happen anymore, companies are always about the money. This is the best customer service we have ever experienced.

I have been going here for years, but am not going to return.Previously, I have enjoyed coming here because of the text updates, and general nice nature of the staff. I also like that you get real time pictures on your inspection report.However, the last experience I had showed me that my business is not valued here.The first issue I have is with the whole parking your car elsewhere. This was not disclosed to me when I dropped off my car, only afterwards, when I started receiving the text updates. Then, I called ahead to let them know I was on the way to pick up my car, I get there and my car is blocked in with a car that doesn t start. So I had to wait for them to fix that situation. The last issue that made me sure I would not return here was an issue with how they charged my Car Care credit card. I noticed the charge was submitted incorrectly and called the store to get the issue rectified. An employee stated they would call me back shortly. Here we are over a week later with no call back. I will find another place to take my car.

Did exactly what they said they were going to do for the quoted price. Only negative was my car sat for one full day without any communication. It's was supposed to be done on day one but for some reason that did not happen and they did not communicate that it was going to take two days. However, the work was great they confirmed the problem fixed the issue correctly. That's enough for 5 stars in my book. Thank you.

I went to Christian Brothers off of Arapahoe first for a brake job. They were ok at first. Everything was definitely inflated for no reason.I had to return to them a couple weeks later because my parking brake failed. They repaired that for no cost as it was a fault of their own.I recently went to Big Brand Tire and Service to have my parking brake re-done because it has failed again. Big Brand has been fantastic with every need that I have had. The mechanic told me that the cylinder with-in the parking brake was over tightened and worn out due to what the previous mechanic had done.I will never return to Christian Brothers.

The struggles we go through in the world is not easy, but I thank God for the people He send to help us along the way. I am a single parent with 6 children, a newborn grandchild and 2 dogs and we don't have much but do our best to take care of one another and the things we have. Christian Brothers blessed and offered to help (single parents) with a courtesy oil change this past weekend, and fixed my front brakes that needed repaired they also fed us and provided some helpful maintenance tips, service information and community resources. Thank you for your contributions and helping my family get vehicle maintenance it needed and providing such inviting and amazing customer support and services.

I have been taking my vehicles to CBA for years. Recetly i've been working out of town and I only have 1 day to get services done before leaving again. They have been very helpful in getting these services done on time and vehicle ready before I need to pick it up.

Pleasant and friendly environment! Very professional and knowledgeable staff. They provide great service at a very reasonable price! Truth to be told this is one of the cleanest and well maintained auto repair shops I've ever visited. Great experience overall!

It doesn't surprise me that this individual doesn't recognize me from their customer database. The disorganization of this place is obvious from the moment you arrive. It turns out, I left because I didn't trust you with my vehicle. I could tell this was a giant mess from entering the parking lot. No chance i am letting you touch my car. Clean up your house. It's a mess.

Even though I just had repairs on my vehicle needed Alternator / Drive Belt/ & New Battery I ended up paying $1200.00. But not upset at all , I knew with inflation it was goin to be extremely pricey .. BUT .. I have to say all the crew was professional, and a GREAT GREAT GREAT Bunch of guys and very professional and had a good sense of humor ..I would definitely come back again . Services: Electrical repair, Electrical, Auto battery maintenance

The staff is nice and friendly. I've taken in my car 3 times since the beginning of June. Every visit my check engine light would turn on a week or two after. Even now with the last fix my check engine is on again. I've paid near $6,000 and my car is still not fixed. In trusting this organization I feel taken advantage of and now I still have to find a way to get my car fixed.

Part of what happened was my fault for not telling them exactly what was wrong. I'm giving them three stars because they made the situation right.I was experiencing shaking when I pushed on the brakes, especially at high speeds. I brought my car in and said that I wanted the brakes replaced and a brake fluid flush. The guy at the desk said that when they replace brake pads, they also replaced the rotors. They said they would do an inspection and let me know what exactly needs done. Their inspection said that the brakes were fine but that I needed to replace the entire drive shaft. $800 and THREE DAYS LATER I picked up my car and it was still shaking. I waited a few days, but ended up taking it back in. This time my husband came with me and he fully explained what was going on. This time they realized that the rotors were warped, they quoted another $1,200 to replace all brakes and rotors. If they had just done what I requested in the first place, I wouldn't have gone through this headache (but that's where I accept fault for not being more specific). They made the situation right by covering half. ANOTHER 3 days later it was finally fixed, but not on time when they said it would be.I normally go to the Castle Rock location near my work, they always get work done for me the day of the appointment, not 2-3 days later.

I had the most irritating experience here the other day, truly would give no stars if possible. Literally I almost never write reviews! I brought in my car after the window rolled down and would not roll back up. It was expected to need a replacement for the driver's side window regulator and motor. With the upcoming rain, I took off the door plastic so I get inside pull the window back up/tape it closed. I was thinking this is a simple fix (especially with the door already being off), that should in no way be too expensive. But I was quoted over $800!?Here are my biggest issues with my service:-They took my car to another location WITHOUT telling me to be serviced. I understand it is a small lot, but they should tell you that your car will be moved to another location. When I came to pick up my car since I did not go through with the repair, it was not there despite me calling 20 minutes prior saying I was coming to pick up my car. I had to wait for an additional 20 minutes for them to bring it back to me.-I felt like they took advantage of me for being a female. The service would have gone much differently if any male brought in my car. I had written in 3 seperate places what the issue was. No one listened. Instead they tried to charge me $150 to assess what was clearly seen and told to be wrong.-I had to call for updates. They would have not contacted me if I did not follow up with them. This made me question if they were being honest with me. Since my automated text messages did not match what I was being told.-Lastly the upcharge is ridiculous. For small repair they wanted over $400 for the "part required to fix the issue". But I found the same part for $150. Again this is just for the part not labor. It is nothing fancy just a window regulator.I will never be returning after my service. I was recommended to go to this shop because they are "honest". This seems to no longer be the case. I would stay clear if possible.

**Final Update**Finally got around to taking the power steering pump out and sure enough that was the issue to nobodies surprise. The shaft had sheared from the pulley, when we attempted to wiggle the pulley the shaft slid right out (Broken in half). We also found a single loose bolt that bolted the pump to the bracket/housing)We inspected the gear box and found no issues, additionally there was no "catastrophic damage" to the engine as the technician had stated. The ticking sound was the sound of the sheard power steering shaft making contact with its other broken side as it rotated around. (As soon as a new pump was installed the ticking stopped, big surprise.)New power steering pump has been installed and a leak test done, there are no leaks and power steering/brake assist has been restored and the vehicle is running fine again.So I replaced a broken part that was warrantied by Christian Brothers and did the labor that was supposed to be covered under the warranty promised by Christian Brothers. I will not be coming back to this location and I would ask that you consider a different location when choosing a car mechanic.**Update**A year later the power steering pump that they installed went out, I had the vehicle towed to their yard. I got a call about two days later once inspected that the issue wasn't related to the power steering pump but the steering gearbox and that I had no power steering fluid in my car.I know for a fact with documentation that my vehicle before the tow had power steering fluid because when I lost power steering that was the first thing I checked, in addition to leaks which there was none.It's a widely recognized fact within the automotive industry that 99-07 GM Vehicles equipped with hydro-boost systems generally experience power steering and powered brake assist loss due to power steering pump failures a component crucial for system pressure. This reliability concern is especially true for aftermarket pumps.Despite this, the shop provided me with a 3-year/36,000-mile warranty for the parts they installed, a commitment they failed to uphold. Perplexingly, the digital inspection report fails to mention an empty power steering reservoir or whether they even conducted testing on the power steering pump. Therefore, the phone conversation directly contradicts the information present in the digital service inspection report.Finally I asked the person I was on the phone with to have a shop manager/supervisor call me (this was asked in the morning when they contacted me) and no one ever called. I am greatly disappointed, as this is a shop i had been to multiple times, with only the last interaction being the poorest, this one now trumping that one.Mind you, the last time my vehicle was in for repair it had to be brought back on three different occasions to completely fix the power steering leak it was in there for in the first place, which I was very patient about. Be wary taking your car to this location because lately quality has slipped, a lot.Service: Auto maintenance

UPDATE: I was contacted by the service manager who assured me, my experiences were not how he intends to do business. I appreciate when leadership is willing to address challenges and issues head on. I will gladly give them an opportunity to service my vehicles again given their willingness to hear and respectfully respond to my concerns.ORIGINAL POST: I should start by saying Christian Brothers has always been a fantastic place to bring my vehicles. I have given them years of business, but sadly don't feel as though this is a place (specifically this establishment) that can be trusted after my past two experiences. The two main issues I have faced of recent are: inability to provide service in a timely manner and unexpected/unforeseen expenses not discussed when estimates or inspection were provided. Regarding timeliness, I have always been sure to schedule appointments well in advance and have been reassured service would be provide within a given time frame; in my last two visits this has not been the case. I am called right before a pick up time and told stories and fed what seem to be line after line about how and why my vehicle won't be ready on time. The 'customer service' language used is deceitful and blurs the line of being wholly unethical. To my second point, rarely have I found I leave this establishment within the bounds of any provided estimate or discussion regarding a repair price. Again, at the last minute I am fed lines about other issues/problems/parts which end up costing hundreds of dollars. And frankly, when the schedule is already behind I'm left feeling no choice but to accept the repair and pay the added cost. I don't like negative reviews, but these repeated occurrences have simply seemed all too coincidental. I'm saddened to say my trust in Christian Brothers has been broken and I do not see myself returning. I will certainly share my concerns when speaking with others, making recommendations, and just want to be sure others are not subject to the same treatment I feel I have faced.Services: Tire rotations, Brakes, Oil change

Had a wonderful experience! Needed to have a repair done that was covered by warranty from a previous repair. They completed that without any hassle or problem. Experienced a minor problem with customer service, but they went above and beyond to rectify that situation once I brought it up. Extremely happy with the vehicle, service and customer service that I received and would recommend this location to anyone.

I am so grateful for this place! I felt respected, welcomed, and apprised of all issues (and potential issues) while I waited. No pressure for upgrades, appointment was easy to schedule, and the staff ASKED me before replacing my air filter and similar items. The price was competitive, they honored my coupon (and gave an additional discount), and I was out the door in the anticipated 90 minutes. We came here because Groove Ford down the street recommended it and the reviews were great, but this was one of the worst experiences I ve ever had.We took in our car to be serviced and was quoted for 3-4 days but obviously this was an absolute lie. They would not reach out themselves to update us on the current status so we had to call them numerous times during its service just for them to tell us it ll be a bit more time each and every call. The total service time was 12 business days (more than 2 weeks).After they told us our vehicle was ready, we came in and voiced our displeasure at the unprofessional service they provided and they offered to do additional work at their cost . We reluctantly said yes (they quoted 1-2 days but took 3 instead of course) and left the vehicle.When my father picked up the vehicle finally, he was charged for the additional service they offered at their cost and was just given a small discount for the entire fiasco, not even covering the cost of the parts of the offered service.Overall, this place is pretty much a joke and waste of our time. Erik Powers was a great help at the start but he could help no further since it was out of his hands. The time spent waiting could have been spent at a dealership which we usually go to.Highly recommend avoiding this shop.

I previously gave them two stars trashing their customer service. They did hold on to my car longer then expected, but they did take care of me for the trouble. For that I am giving them 4 stars because they do have great customer service and genuinely seem to care. Thank you John.

Christian Bros. Automotive is a business which honors its name! I am grateful for their willingness to go "above and beyond" to exceed my expectations and deliver an admirable service. The whole team, from the ones you see at the front desk, to the ones you don't see working under a car, are kind, competent and honest. I thank Christian Brothers Automotive (Arapahoe) for a satisfactory service experience. I recommend anyone to bring their business here. You won't be disappointed. UPDATE: Since my initial review I've had several more interactions with the team at this Christian Brothers location, and everything has been great. I bring all my vehicles here for service and repair without hesitation, and I've referred friends and co-workers as well.ORIGINAL REVIEW: Very impressive service experience - similar to a premium brand dealership. Staff was polished, facility was clean and well cared for, communication process was excellent, and pricing was reasonable.In all honesty, it felt a little TOO good, like maybe I paid too much for white glove treatment. However, the pricing was fair...their labor rate is more than a mom-and-pop place, but not a lot more. This company's work reflects its values.An inspection revealed we had several major repairs needed on an old, old vehicle. They allowed us time to decide if it was worth fixing and were creative about getting the costs to something more affordable but ultimately I agreed to have all but one item fixed. Their willingness to work with me on it really sealed the deal.I never felt pressured one way or the other and researched the prices of each repair item and they were market value. I really appreciated that I wasn't given grief for wanting to fix this old beauty instead of calling it quits and also appreciated their confidence in doing this amount of work to make it like new.Most importantly, the repairs were done right without gimmick and they're under warranty!This Christian Brothers Automotive is thorough and the final cost was reasonable compared to the quote (slight increase from what looks like parts being a tad more than anticipated). The initial inspection was awesome too, they have pictures for everything and tell you what's good, not just bad. The whole process was really smooth and simple compared to how big of a decision the repair really was. Very professional and quick.I'm very thankful and will come back/recommend to others.

The service manager John is a rockstar! I left my truck with them while traveling to have some issues repaired. Although the repair did not go smoothly initially and I had to bring the truck back a second time, John recovered phenomenally by personally caring for and managing the repair, got me into a rental and prioritized my repair to get me back on the road. The personal touch and care provided by John will keep me coming back. Thanks again for the personal touch and VIP service.
