I had called ahead and setup an appointment. When I arrived not one person greeted me. I eventually found some and asked for Nick who was the salesman I had setup the appointment with. He was great and polite. Once I test drove the car I inquired about we came in and started talking numbers, off the bat they were trying to start with number above posted price, which I understand. I told them to give me the best out the door price and if I could get an itemized breakdown so I could remove any optional add ins. So he went back to his finance manager and they came back with new numbers with a so called itemized breakdown which included the posted price, the added Market adjustment price, a discount price , taxes and dealership fee. Which only added up to a $30 difference in price. I felt so insulted, and disrespected! I thanked them for their time and walked out. The ick I got from the whole process was nothing I ve ever experienced!!! I did end up finding the same exact car for $8k out the door cheaper at Mike Maroone , the experience was night and day!!!

Thanks for the excellent service. My husband and I moved from a distance away, and Celebration Chevrolet is very close from our house.I wanted to take a moment to write a THANK YOU for all the times your company has demonstrated its willingness to do things the right way, and in a manner that keeps the consideration of the customer in mind.This, frankly, is a high level of service that I have seen you perform time after time. However, Manager Jeff and his assistant went an extra mile further this time with my husband s car. Car was ready less than 24 hours after our meeting. Thank you as well to everyone we work with at your facility. It is a pleasure to do business when you feel the people you are conducting business are looking out for excellent customer service and your best interest.Two thumbs way up

TERRIBLE PLACE to shop and work. Let s break it down:Since the store is in a rebuild they had to buy cars just to get inventory because they were barely getting any from the manufacturer due to numbers being low. Unreasonably overpriced market adjustment in addition to accessories which can range from $2k-$8k over on every single car. So when you come into the store be ready to see a markup Then they have customer service issues. They fire people left and right who are actually great people who work hard AND people quit because the store is poorly managed, and they can t retain employees. Only 2-3 people PROBABLY make some good money but every single sales person has been stressed at some point about their paycheck and livelihood. If you bring your vehicle to service be ready to be without a car for a long time, receive no follow up, & be frustrated. They are understaffed terribly because the pay is horrible and they can t keep employees. Take your business elsewhere to save yourself the inconvenience and stressEveryone from sales to service to lot techs are overworked and underpaid. But talking to employees individually, they are just trying to make it work as best as they can and hoping things will change.They have lost some great talent with this fraudulent leadership. In reality, they don t care about their employees and I wouldn t recommend working or shopping here. The pay plan is subpar and they try to make it seem like it s the best pay plan out there. People argue over which customer belongs to them or half deals because their lead system is severely flawed but they will try to make it seem like you re not putting in the effort to sell. Which is a lie From someone who was on the inside 0/10 wouldn t recommend

I dealt with Manny, who was amazing! However they did have my car for over 2 weeks. And once I did receive my car back, I was surprised to find a piece if my car in my back seat and my cup holder filled with screws. So I had to take time out of my day again to bring it back just so they could finish the job my putting everything back. But like I said, the staff was very very friendly and I really appreciated everyone for their transparency. Thanks again Manny!

I worked with Chandler and the whole process went perfectly! He was kind and polite. Very helpful, and communicated! I love my new car so much. If you end up at this dealership, use Chandler, he did a great job!

Recently stopped by out of curiosity to look at newer model vehicles. Mohammed did a great job asking the right questions and answering back to anything he was asked. Once we found the right vehicle we wanted, Chandler helped fill in any requests we had and made sure to always have everything done in adequate time with care. Will definitely be coming back for more vehicles in the near future. 10/10 recommend going thru Mohammed and Chandler

Brought my car in to be looked at for severe shaking when braking. Didn t receive any updates while my car was in their care. When I was notified my car was ready, I asked the technician Greg if the car shaking was gone. He looked at me and said he didn t know. I paid for a brake inspection done, and he said everything looked great. He told me if the car was still shaking it s because I needed new tires. So I went and bought brand new tires. Car was still shaking very bad. I took the car to a different Chevy and they seen the calipers were bad on my car which caused warped rotors. I ended up getting the car fixed with them. Shaking gone.i called for 3 days asking to speak to a manager and never received a call back. I eventually went into the shop and spoke to the manager. Which he said he could not refund me. He said the technician who was working on my car that was not in and he would call me back tomorrow. I never received a call back. I am now in the process of going above the manager to see what can be done. This could have been very serious had I trusted what they said. I don t believe my car was even driven, let alone looked at. They dropped the ball very bad. I asked for the money back and was told no. So now the process begins, of reaching above for this to made right. It wasn t ever about the money. It s the principle, and for the manager to not refund my money for their mistake, or even call back like he was supposed to is disappointing. Unprofessional.

1. I asked to proactively service brakes. Failed to do so and charged me for the rear breaks but credited for front brakes. 2. Told them I had no heat. They wanted to charge me $300+ for repairs. I added coolent and repaired the problem. 3. Failed to rotate tires, but charged me for the rotation. 4. Had an oil change and went low on oil before next oil change due, potentially damaging my engine. *Will never return for anything, especially service* !!! THEY SUCK!!!

I don't even know where to start, my experience this last time was very poor. I was told to diagnose my car would take 3-4 days. I dropped off my car on Monday and it was diagnosed till the following Monday. 1 whole week. The communication was bad. I would call to speak to someone from the service department and they NEVER answered. When i went to pick up my car finally, I wasn't acknowledged at the desk. There was an employee sitting at the back desk with his HEADPHONES on. And to top it off, when my blazer was pulled up the technician didn't even make eye contact. I understand things happen you guys fall behind, or whatever the case is but just keeping me inside the "loop" about my vehicle would of been nice. I have more than 1 car serviced with you guys...I always came back to get service from you. You were my #1 but now, I will definitely not get my car serviced with you or even recommend.

I am writing this review to share my extremely disappointing experience with the celebration Chevrolet service department.My appointment for a diagnostic check was on Monday. When I took the vehicle in, I was told by Christian that it would take 2-3 days. However, communication from the service department was lacking, and it wasn't until Thursday that they responded, only to inform me that they would look into it. Finally, on late Friday afternoon, I was informed of the cost. Frustrated by the delay and lack of updates, I decided not to proceed with the repairs and planned to pick up my vehicle the next morning.When I brought my vehicle home on Saturday morning, I noticed that the EVAP hoses were disconnected, as well as other components they had inspected. Concerned about the safety of my vehicle, I spoke with the duty manager, who suggested I drive it back to the dealership, which would have been a 30-mile journey. Recognizing this as a potentially dangerous situation.Additionally, I discovered that an EVAP part was missing, spoke to the duty manager again and he said, he will order the replacement part, since the missing part was not around.Upon receiving the missing part, I scheduled another appointment. When I got my vehicle back after a few hours, I drove to car wash and noticed a crack on the front windshield, passenger side lower corner, while I was washing the car. something I hadn't noticed previously. Also,the wiper blades weren t replaced and I had reminded them during my last two visits that they were paid for already. I was told they will look at it.Out of curiosity I checked their work and noticed a twisted hose around the sharp edge of a ziplock holding other hoses, as you see in the pictures along with the other ones.Bottom line,My experience with Celebration Chevrolet service department has been immensely frustrating and disappointing. Delayed service, poor communication, negligence, and incomplete work have left me with cracked windshield, twisted hose and unreplaced wiper blades. I hope that sharing this review will save others from facing similar inconveniences, financial loss, and potential safety concerns. Also to help customers receive the level of service they rightfully expect.

Fantastic experience as my wife and I were looking for a new truck. Blake was extremely friendly, courteous with my son, and able to get us all the answers we needed to make a decision. He was always available to talk/text, even as we were going back and forth between the Chevy and another truck down the road.Nick S. Was thorough and efficient with getting all the contract documentation taken care of as well.Couldn t be happier with the truck and the service we received- highly recommend!

My car was kept at your service department for over three weeks. Manny who was my service rep. stated that he had a family emergency for a whole week and no one took over the service while he was gone. How many cars does he take care of in a week? How many other customers were forced to wait because he dropped the ball? Why didn't his supervisor take over Manny's work load?

The experience was fine. Paid cash, and, was treated well. The car, however, does not have the safety features I wanted; no remote cargo door opener that I asked for; so, I am not a happy GM Customer, even though this is my fifth GM product. The sales people were fine, but, this car turned out not to be the car I wanted. Therefore, I am not a happy customer.

I would recommend this dealership again and again. They were nothing but kind and accommodating to my situation and expectations. Found the right car at the right time and for the right price. No additional fees beyond shipping and taxes. Great customer service from Nicholas and a huge shout-out for giving me some wheels to drive complementary while we waited on the vehicle to come in. Was able to put up to $5000 down on a credit card, which is solid for kick back and they really pulled out all the stops having the vehicle ready for me to drive away in from the showroom floor. I would give more stars if it was possible. Definitely above and beyond all my expectations and past experience with car dealerships. Do business here! I know I would again if we need another vehicle.

I had a good buying experience but the car was back in the shop in 2 1/2 weeks and it is the most unprofessional operation I have ever seen. They won't ever give you an update and if you call to check on your car you get put on never-ending hold, a short hold then disconnected, or they just don't bother answering. My car was in the shop for 22 days and even then the clowns didn't bother calling to inform me that it's done. They sent an Email. I'll never buy another Chevy after dealing with these incompetent delinquents.

Honestly 5 stars isn't good enough they deserve 100 stars!! Ahmed was absolutely amazing! He was so helpful and kind and friendly and had great customer service and was patient with me throughout the week of getting a car : ) But he wasn't the only one who was amazing, everyone in the dealership was also especially the manager who also helped us out!! Hands down the place to get a car and Ahmed didn't try to sell us any extra add ons or anything. Even though we live in Westminster it was worth the drive (but not during traffic) lol. Also the price we were given the manager did end up getting us a lower price which was even better! I Appreciate everything!!! The most Incredible customer service I ever got!! They literally make it a celebration and we got cupcakes!!

We had the most wonderful car-buying experience last month. Derick was our assigned sales person and he was a joy to work with: knowledgeable, honest, and not pushy at all.He showed us a few cars based on our interests and needs but gave us space to work through our choices. During our time there, Logan, a manager, came out and introduced himself. Together, they made us feel like we were just as important as someone there to buy the most expensive car on the lot.We visited a handful of dealerships and, while we didn t have a negative experience at any of them, Derick, Logan, and the whole team blew all the other dealerships out of the water with their hospitality, willingness to work with us, and kindness. I highly, highly recommend working with them.I am absolutely in love with the car they sold me, but when it comes time to purchase a new one, I will 100% go with them.

The problem was fixed so no complaints there. The communication was abysmal however during the entire process. I called twice and left messages and never received a call back during the 2 and a half weeks that my car was in service. I was given an initial estimate of 4-5 days and the final time was 14 days with little to no communication on what was wrong with the car, updated timeline, or even acknowledgment that my car was being worked on. I had to come in person and demand my car back before any work began on the car and a small amount of communication was made. Then radio silence again until my car was completed and then suddenly I was getting calls from them despite my calls and messages being ignored. I have a job and things I need my car for, I understand that service can take longer than initially thought but communication should be paramount so I can plan my life.

Bad experience, a lot of time to be able to work on my car for an oil change and parts review. I'm still waiting for a protector of my car that wasn't put in the dealership for a month because of that part of my car they don't give me an answer, I paid for a service and I left with a problem. My car to be able to solve my problems and be able to make an oil change waiting more than 2 weeks and getting bad results. I'm dissatisfied with this situation

The customer service at this dealership is awful. I ve never seen anything even close to it. Complete incompetence. They had my car for 9 days and it s still unclear to me as to what they did, if anything.I had never been to Celebration Chevrolet before and decided to give them a try for an oil change and to figure out why my car s temperature gauge wasn t working. The Service Advisor never called me with an update as to what was happening. When I called him, it was straight to voicemail and his voice mailbox was full so I couldn t leave a message. Finally got ahold of him through another number and he didn t have any notes from the Tech as to what was wrong with the car. He promised to check with the Tech and give me a call right back, but never did.When I finally went to get my car and explained what had happened, they couldn t have cared less. No sorry, no nothing. Rest of the staff was the exact same. Stay clear!

We had been researching and shopping for a new car for a few weeks. On a whim, and after we d looked at several other cars at other places, we pulled into Celebration Chevrolet to see what they had. The showroom was neat as a pin, the cars inside were gorgeous, and our salesman, Blake, was delightful, professional and very knowledgeable. If he wasn t 100% sure of an answer to one of our questions, he looked into it and within a minute or two, he found the answer. After test driving a 2024 Trailblazer, which we LOVED, and taking a tour of the facility including the Service Department, we bought the Trailblazer. The price was right, the process was smooth and we are thrilled with our new car. Couldn t be more pleased!

BUYER BEWARE OF PRICE CREEP.We get the estimate and it comes out to $1100 for the repair. We approve it.Get a phone call from the service agent, it's now $1400 because of "Taxes and Fees." Fine. We order the repair. Get told it should be ready by Monday.No phone call Monday.My wife goes to pick it up on Tuesday, and we have some girl who's been there for a whole 2 days telling us it's now $1900.Get our technician to show up, he doesn't remember how much he gave as an estimate. At least he brought it down to under $1400, which made this a 2-star instead of a 1-star review.Oh, and we still don't know what happened to have the price jump $500, so I'll be taking the truck to another shop from now on.

Specifically the service provided by Blake, Charlie and Justin. I recently purchased a new vehicle from Celebration Chevrolet. I worked with Mohammad. He was very polite and helpful. I knew what vehicle I wanted and I wanted to take a test drive. He took care of everything seamlessly. Once we returned from the test drive, I knew I wanted the vehicle. I had already crunched numbers and knew the approximate numbers. He did not attempt to offer me anything I did not ask for. it was a pleasant experience as far as car buying goes. Once I filled out the application, everything was smooth sailing and I was out of there in a reasonable amount of time. I would also like to shout out Joe the manager for all of his assistance during this process. These 2 gentleman made the car buying process easy. I would definitely recommend working with them on your next vehicle purchase.
