Thanks Caliber! Throughout the repair process, Jaimee kept me well-informed, providing regular updates on the progress. I was absolutely blown away by the quality of the work done. The paint job was flawless, and the bodywork was expertly executed.Not only did they provide exceptional repair services, but also went above and beyond in terms of customer service. They even took the time to thoroughly clean my vehicle, inside and out, adding that extra touch of care and attention that truly sets them apart.Overall, I cannot recommend Caliber Collision enough for their outstanding car repair services. I just received my truck back and they did a great job! The staff is amazing. The day I dropped off, an older gentleman was giving the front office gal a really hard time about having a full tank of gas. She never lost her cool. Jamie was great at giving me updates bi-weekly even if it wasn't the news I wanted. She was great at explaining all that was happening and the hold ups. On the day I was supposed to pick up, we had an insurance hiccup. Conner went above and beyond to help figure it out and get me back in my vehicle. I would definitely use them again. Just hope I never have to.

I got rear-ended in December, which was multiple headaches for multiple reasons. I have so many issues with this car, I'm apprehensive about taking it to anyone. As far as them, though? It was painless. They work with Enterprise Rent a Car, and after I had set up the rental, they met me there, and I was on my way. The car hasn't looked this good since I bought it. If I hadn't experienced it first hand, I would have had no idea it had even been in an accident. They had it ready for me with a full tank of gas, and they even cleaned it. You will be in great hands.

Customer service is great, but please take your car somewhere else. I have been trying to get my car fixed for about two months and a half. First, they repaired it and the headlight that the bought was cracked. I did not noticed until I got home and was double checking everything was fine. I took it back and they fixed it. Then, the paint above the headlight was wrinkled and some paint was falling off. The mechanic took a picture and told me he was going to call me by the end of the week after talking to his manager. It has already been three weeks and I have not heard from him since. I haven t been able to go to the shop because I can only go on Saturdays. This has been a nightmare. Every time they fix something, I have to check around to see what other things were damaged while fixing it.

Update: after further discussions with on-site management and our insurance company, things were properly fixed, inspected, and calibrated. It s unfortunate we had the initial experience and had to resort to online reviews and calls to corporate. Thank you for addressing the problems and getting the repair work done properly. Our car now looks and drives great. Changing review from 1 star to 3 stars.Original review: Scheduled an appointment to drop off our 2020 Camry for repairs at the Abilene location in Aurora, CO. Shop had already completed an estimate and ordered parts. Show up and they say they didn t have the parts even though they said they had them to schedule the appointment. Not good.Took a week to paint and replace a rear bumper cover. Not good.Pick the car up and there s grease all over the leather interior. Does nobody inspect work for quality control prior to the vehicle leaving? Not good.Pick the car up and within a couple miles the rear sensors they said were calibrated stopped working. This results in dash warning lights and failure of the system. Not good.Pick the car up and within a couple miles the center display unit also stops working properly. The center display ties into the rear sensors. Not good.Rather than them come inspect the car, we now have to take more time off work to drop it off to be inspected. I guess pictures of the warning lights and grease aren t good enough? It s not our fault there was no quality control. This inspection should have been done in our driveway. The shop should pick the car up, drop off a rental, and take the car back to the shop to properly complete the repairs. Not good.Cost of the repairs also increased from the original estimate.Hopefully the body work they did is better than the sensor calibration and customer service. For now, not happy at all with the quality of work or customer service. This was for a USAA/State Farm insurance claim to fix a slightly damaged rear bumper. Got our car back in worse shape than it was dropped off. Not Good.Will update review after the inspection and any further repairs.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

I had to go here due to other driver's insurance company contracts with them. Big mistake. I was told by the appraiser it could take a couple weeks or so as they like to pre-order parts. A month later I hadn't heard anything, called, and they had no idea what was going on, promised a callback that day. Another day and a half passes, no call. I call again, got a repair date, then they call back to cancel, as they don't handle aluminum repairs. They left me waiting for month just to say they can't do it. Don't go there!

I had my vehicle repaired here and I am truly impressed with the customer service and the quick turn around this specific location had. I worked with Jaime throughout the repair of my car and she was amazing, she updated me throughout the whole process and I am so content with the job that was done at this shop. Thank you, this will be the location I recommend to everyone and will return to if I ever need body work done to my car.

Amazing service. I went there once for body work which they did a flawless job on. Then I went there because I had a parking light that sort of fell out. They just asked me to stop by, popped it back in, and even buffed around it. They did this in like ten minutes. They were so kind. I hope my car doesn t need work again but if it does, this is where I m taking it.

i was pleasantly surprised and impressed by the professionalism of everybody at Caliber on Abilene/Aurora.Service was quick. I got an estimate within hours, got an appointment fairly rapidly. The repair was perfectly done. I want to thank the receptionist and Evelyn who worked on my car. Repair was flawless.She gave me an update while working on the car.They took care of arranging for the return of the car rental for me so I would've to lose time. That was a big plus.Thank you very much for making this whole process easy for me.

I had a moderate car accident on Dec. 10th and took my car to this Caliber (I'd been to one other location several years ago).Connor was very professional, courteous and communicative via text and phone. There were several setbacks (none were Calibers' fault) and Connor handled it very smoothly. My car was in the shop just under 3 weeks (and luckily, they returned my car to me in practically perfect/ "new" condition right before my rental car with Enterprise stopped being covered by insurance- even if they hadn't, they'd have offered some kind of discount rate due to the pandemic making it harder to get parts delivered on time)The front desk staff were also professional and the location was clean, central and pretty easy to find.If I'm ever in another accident (God forbid!) I'll know who to call so my car is in good hands.

I made an appointment with this shop for a hail estimate. I waited months, went to the appointment, and was sent an estimate a few days later. After trying to schedule the work for about a week and reach my estimator, they told me they don't work on any Volkswagens. I don't think this is true, because I know people with Volkswagens who have had repair work done by Caliber Collison in the past. They referred me to another shop who said they would follow up with me to schedule an appointment (they haven't).Service: Body & Trim

3rd visit for 2 cars in 2 years (hubby's parking lot at work) Conner, Denise and team are amazing. My 2013 Sienna has gone from battered to beauty and the 2012 Camery looks brand new too. Will definitely return.

Wow such a great job on repairs . From body work to paint truly a work of art . Connor and his team do a really good job . And during the repairs Connor kept great communication and kept me informed through every step of the process .I was worried about part availability as my car is a special model with carbon fiber and specific trim paint and wow did they do s perfect job . I highly recommend Connor and his team at caliber collision Abilene in Aurora . They kept my car secure , they kept my mind at ease during at very nerve wracking experience with the car crash and vehicle damage . I can t believe how great the cars looks and operates . All internal components of the door work great windows and locks . Also my car was cleaner when I got it back then it has ever been . Truly an amazing job thank you so much Connor and caliber collision for getting my car and life back on track !!! Seamless experience from easy car rental and return , to after your key drop off and working with my busy schedule , customer for life !

I had a moderate sized dent in the door of my car from a hit and run accident. Caliber was great. I got a quick appointment for an estimate, and Caliber dealt directly with my insurance company to get approval for the work. The final repair was outstanding - the dent was gone and the paint matched perfectly. Better than new! I would absolutely recommend this shop for body repair work.

We took my Odyssey for some body work after a fender bender. My husband and I were blown away by the service. Our estimator, Maddie (not sure how she spells it) was SO friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. The front desk staff was also friendly and knowledgeable. Between them they walked us through the process and made all the necessary arrangements. They work with Enterprise and it was a seamless, painless process to get a rental. I was told it would be a week and I had my van back in 3 days! The pick-up process was just as simple. The work done was flawless and I got it back cleaner than when it went it. Seriously, we are SO impressed by this company. I will absolutely use them for any future needs and recommend them to everyone I know.Service: Body & Trim
