Jordan is an asset to the car shop. I am very thankful for all the body repair he did to my car. Also, the people at Caliber Collision on Chambers road treated me with respect, great service and honesty. I recommend the place to anyone who wants great service.

I was hit on I-70 and had damage to both doors on my passenger side. A family member recommended Caliber to me for repairs. The staff were extremely courteous, easy to communicate with, and kept me in the loop on the status of my car's repairs. They finished the repairs nearly a week ahead of their estimated dates and the car looks amazing. I will be going back to them in the future for any body repairs I need.

I brought my car in because one of the camera sensors came loose. After going to several places and being quoted near 1000 bucks I decided to go to caliber collision to get a quote. I met with Alex and informed him that this is was the place I originally had it fixed when I got into a minor accident last year and told him they did an excellent job. When Alex got the news that caliber collision is where I got the sensor fixed he searched my records in the system and saw that the same sensor that was loose was the same sensor that was loose when I had my accident. He was very informative on what he thinks may have went wrong and what may or may not need to be replaced and with out hesitation offered to take care of me and fix my bumper for free. Alex was very knowledgeable very enthusiastic and this was some of the best customer service I ever had at any establishment I recommend speaking to Alex if you ever plan on visiting caliber collision.

I took my car here at the end of Nov due to attempted theft. The adjuster Alex was super thorough during check in while looking over my car for damages. While waiting on parts, my car was unfortunately stolen from the shop while being parked out back. The general manager Wes let me know quickly when this happened and has been super communicative and helpful throughout the experience. My car was quickly recovered by DPD, I decided to take a chance and trust the shop again with my car and its repairs. I am so glad I did! Both Wes and Alex have been great to work with through this unfortunate experience. Alex was once again thorough while looking over my car for additional damages and was quick to get back to me with any answers regarding further testing. I want to thank Wes and Alex for being so communicative and helpful through everything. I do recommend this shop even with my experience, they will make sure you are taken care of when it counts!

Alex did a great job of keeping me up to date on what was going on with my car. They detailed my rental for the return because I had spilled a potted plant I was transporting. They provided great customer service all the way through.

Maria was super helpful in getting me in to get my car looked at. Alex (USAA representative) was very professional. Wes took care of me in helping me process my vehicle as a total loss.

I had my vehicle repaired at this location after I was involved in a collision. I have to say, I had the best experience! My service advisor and Wes were very knowledgeable and updated me regularly throughout the repair process! They also made sure a rental vehicle was available the day I dropped my vehicle off to make for an easy transition. This was a much better experience than I have had in the past with other shops.

Beware! Take your car to ANY location except this one. My car (2011 Lincoln MKZ) was COMPLETELY TRASHED when I recovered it. The insurance company declared it as a total loss and we opted to keep it, make repairs & give it to my teenager who is getting ready to go off to college since the damage was only cosmetic. I guess that wasn't what they wanted to hear so they decided to steal my battery charger, all of the change in my center console & the Lincoln emblem from one side of the car. The absolute most unprofessional situation I have ever seen. If you take your car to this place, you are doing so at your own peril.

My experience was nothing short of perfect, quick, and easy. I can t recommend this specific location of Caliber Collision enough. They got my car done 2 days earlier than expected also which saved me the hassle of having to get a rental. They also cleaned the inside of my car which was above and beyond.

I worked with Alex and he was amazing. Kept my husband Peter up to date about r repair process. Early on it was estimated 2 weeks until completion. However, only took 10 days. The repair looked good.

I want to personally thank Wesley Lozada for his time. After being turned down by many auto shops saying they couldn t help a veteran get back on the road, including Rickenbaugh across the street, Wesley was kind enough to assist me and come to a solution. On a cold wet day of negativity in the world, Wesley was a ray of sunshine. Thanks again for your professionalism and time. Highly recommend stopping by for some help.

Caliberer collusion repair services is an experts in their business. They have an excellent customer service. Wesley Lozada the manager is a professional, responsive and attentive . The auto body repair gave us a fair quote compared to others that I have seen . I did not feel like he tried to sell me any thing I didnt need.

I was there patiently waiting for an estimate but then you come in screaming at everyone threatening to shoot people in the office. Usual suspect thats all i gotta say.

Highly recommend this body shop! Wesley was very professional and very helpful. He cared about my truck like if it was his own. I felt very comfortable leaving it in his hands. It's always unfortunate when something unexpectedly happens to your car. Even worse, dealing with insurance, shops, rentals, etc. However, that wasn't the case here. Wes (General Manager) had so much compassion as soon as I walked through the door and heard my story. He assured me everything would be repaired and back to pre loss condition. They even dealt with my insurance company, so I wouldn't have to. I live on the other side of Denver with lots of other options but I would gladly come back just for him as I know he keeps his word and actually cares!Good customer service is hard to come by these days. However, this shop is by far top notch. Don't look anywhere else.

Came here for insurance claim and they couldn t get my damage work done correctly door is off the word Tahoe on my truck is slanted and the moulding is coming off!!! After taking my truck back twice! This location needs to be shut down they don t care about quality and never will. They also put me in a rental that was peed in.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

First off, they called me or texted me everyday letting me know how my car was doing and how the repair process was going! Second, they were super fast, once my car got transferred to their location they went straight to work and finish way earlier then scheduled! Third, the best part, they went above and beyond to make my car look amazing again after the accident! My car now is better then it was before the car crash! They detailed and cleaned the inside too! Amazing! This is my go to car repair shop now! Thank you ABRA and thank you Rich and the front desk lady, y'all are great!

I got to say that I was a little worry when the first advisor dropped the ball when he made me wait 45 minutes at our first appointment then I after waiting three weeks for the estimate I went back to finde out that he sent it to a wrong email but after talking to the front desk person everything went well. The new advisor and the repairs were amazing. With the repairs and the detailed that they did on my truck I got it back looking like new. Well not quite because is like ten years old but I got it back looking a lot better that how I brought in and that s why I gave them 4 stars.Service: Painting

Outstanding customer service! I have been calling around all day to try and find a shop to take a look at some damage to my car and the GM, Wes was able to get me in.In sitting down and talking with him you can tell he truly cares about doing a great job and really taking care of whoever walks through the door. I was very impressed as this is an attitude that is unfortunately increasingly rare to find these days.Even though I live 35 minutes away this will be my body shop for as long as I live in Denver.

Not sure where all the negative reviews are coming from as my case was handle the opposite from what I m reading. I m not usually one to write a review, not even when I absolutely should .From the start of the process the staff was not only professional, but hospitable, and quickly handled my case with ease. After speaking with the nice front desk ladies, Ron shortly attended me and was very professional as he knew what was needed after taking a look at my 2016 single cab sierra. That day alone I was impressed. But after updating me daily on my vehicle, They returned my truck a week before its due date and the truck was left brand new. As a mechanic myself I knew what to look for and since the beginning to the end my expectations were exceeded with the experience I had. Not to mention the paint looks mint, the body work is perfect and the interior was taken care of, they polished the paint on my radio bezel as it badly needed it which I didn t even ask for, THANKS!! Special thanks to Ron for his knowledge as well as the shop crew as they re both clearly qualified for this job.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The best customer service in Denver!We had tried to get an appointment at several repair shops, including the location on Coalfax, which gave us an appointment almost two month out because they are busy other companies did not want to bother dealing with the insurance.The manager came to see the damage. He told us he would help us and gave us a week away appointment.Car was repairs in 3 days.Thank you for the excellent customer service and for the beautiful paint job!

Hello. My name is Diangelo and I drive a 2018 Hyundai Tuscon. This car has been stolen twice and both times it was taken to Caliber Collison. The people that stole my vehicle were smoking in the car, drinking, and there was damage too the interior. I worked with both Corey and the GM Wes. These 2 guys are ABSOLUTLEY GREAT!! They know what they are doing, they stay in constant contact with me to keep me updated on the repairs, and when I got the car back, it looked like a brand new car. The second time my car was stolen, I had no hesitations is sending it right back to them. I would encourage anyone that needs work or their car, if your car has been stolen and you are looking for a great body shop with smart, competent, knowledgeable, professionals, please give them a call. Ask for Corey or Wes. They will not do you wrong. I promise you that!

I was rear ended and under stress to fix my car. The GM Wes took my stress away. I didn't have to worry about car rental as they already had it set up. I was turned away by insurance and every garage I called backed up with hail jobs. The management here heard me out and got my tow in on the books and claims going. Very great staff here!
