I ve done some fluid services in this location in the past and service has been great. I made an appointment again for today as Honda Service on Arapahoe informed my that my front break pads are nearing its end of life (was told at 4mm) when I got my oil change. Today, I worked with Marcus and Vinny as my service advisors at Brakes Plus and these guys are super friendly and just good guys overall. I was told that my brake pads actually still has some good life on them (6mm and 7mm in the front and 8mm in the rear). These guys are honest and they have certainly earned my business. I will only get my service done at this location. Keep up the great work, guys!! And please stay honest! Cheers :)

I stopped into Brakes Plus this morning to have them inspect a rattle in my exhaust system. They were able to immediately identify the issue and even took the time to bring me back to the shop so I could see it myself.It's great to work with people who are efficient and transparent. I'll certainly be returning to this shop for any work in the future!

I scheduled a service with this location online and when I got there they found out they couldn t perform the service due to the type of engine my car has and they didn t want to ruin it. The service guy Noah was awesome he let me know that they would only add the additive to my fuel tank and that I should take it to dealership. He ended up saving me $ by giving me the additive at no charge and telling me exactly what I needed to do!!!I appreciate him and all the team!!

Have had my car serviced multiple times at this shop before with no issue. During my most recent service, my brake fluid reservoir cap was lost. Called the shop regarding that, was told in a rather curt conversation with the manager that it would be replaced for me. Took my phone number down and hung up.2 weeks go by and I hear nothing, went to the shop and mentioned it to an employee there. He was kind enough to inform me the part would be ordered and I'd be informed over the phone when it was ready. Nearly 2 weeks go by and I hear nothing, call the shop and am told by another employee the part has been there for me. Not a great experience considering how much time I had to waste getting this sorted with them. Also, they never filled my washer fluid, although it states on the invoice it's included in the pricey oil change service. But the 2 gentlemen who assisted me getting the part were courteous.

Brakes plus has exceptional service! From the time I walked in, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Nate took the time to explain to me the services they offer. I explained to him that I was looking for a new shop to service my work truck, as I needed new front and rear brakes. The technicians did a very thorough job inspecting and replacing the brakes on my truck. The prices were reasonable and I was very pleased with the service. Highly recommend this location to anyone in need of reliable brake maintenance!

This garage was fantastic. Usually I wait to leave a review for car maintenance shops to test drive for a few days after, but this crew was so chill/friendly and welcoming I couldn't wait. They didn't give me a whole list of stuff about my vehicle that needed to be done they just did the work requested and had me out. They informed me of any changes before doing anything further and made sure I was happy about everything. Definitely recommend. Great prices for a budget and willing to work out what they can do for you if necessary. This was my first time here. Usually I'm at a dealership or Les Schwab but took a chance and it paid off. Thanks much to the team I had today. If still in doubt check out the other reviews of this location, says it all.

An exceptional experience. I stopped in to Brakes Plus to get a second opinion for the work required on my daughters SUV. She had been given an estimate by another shop that seemed to include unnecessary work, with a pretty hefty price to match.Some of this work even included redoing long term maintenance previously done at that other shop.I briefly explained the symptoms to Noah and he asked one of the technicians to do road test and inspection right away. Noah agreed immeduately to my request to go into the shop so he could show me what they found. I'm certainly not qualified to work on vehicle brakes and suspension, but I do understand generally how things work (I did some of my own car repair, long ago when things were simpler).Noah gave me a very detailed explanation of what they found, showed me all the components involved, so I would be aware of what was involved, and what to expect.I authorized the work, and they started right away. This was a significant task, so it took a few hours. When my daughter and I went to pick up the vehicle, the price was exactly what had been quoted, no surprises, and if we had any concerns, Noah offered that we could come back after a few hundred miles for a quick re-check.This was a very refreshing experience, especially after being jacked around elsewhere. Have been using this location for oil changes for several years. Exceptional customer service, always very friendly and willing to answer any questions I have. Oil change service is usually very quick, there and back to my home all within an hour, when I make an appointment ahead of time.

I recently had 4 tires installed at a tire shop that doesn't offer alignments. I am going on a cross country trip last minute leaving tomorrow and the last set of tires on the car were wearing funny on the inside. I called a few alignment places Saturday at 10am, was told they couldn't get to me until the end of the following week.I called Brakes Plus, spoke to Nate and he said bring it in and they would fit me in before closing. I dropped the car off at 11:30 with Vinny, was told they had appointments but would fit my car in during the down time. I got a call by 3 saying the car was done. When i got there, Vinny went over everything they inspected, answered all my questions about the alignment being out of spec tire by tire. Vinny was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and made me feel as thought they appreciate and value my business. And to top it off, the price was much more reasonable then the other shop i visited in Parker previously.I highly recommend visiting this shop for your brake, tire, alignment and other vehicle needs. I want to start by thanking the excellent staff at Brakes Plus - Tallyn s Reach. They are extremely friendly and supportive, and for that reason, I trust them with my vehicle maintenance. Noah worked with me on the extensive work needed on my vehicle. He made sure to keep me up to date with any changes, and I genuinely appreciate it since I was without my car for a few days. My car was making noise, I made a last min appointment. There was an opening late morning but they let me check in early.After inspection the technician brought out the results and provided me options.The team was quick, efficient and addressed my concerns. I will be making this my go to with any questions. Looking forward to working with them in the future.

Brought my X5 BMW to this location for the first time. Came for a free inspection but they showed me the vehicle they even gave me a ride while my breaks pads were getting fixed. Noah was so helpful with explaining everything and getting me home while Marcus worked on it. Definitely recommend this location! I will coming back here for my oil change and other car needs.

I brought my wifes mercedes in because it would not start. They told me the battery was low and needed charging. They tested it and charged it . They said it was okay. They were honest and did not try to sell me a new battery . I asked if they could put a new one in for peace of mind. They replaced it at my request. my wife and I are very happy. Came in at 5:15 pm with a dragging splash pan under my a4 engine. I used them last year for alignment.Required a quick fix and it was secured in 14 minutes, no charge.I elected to tip the technician!!They were the right place for my minor emergency right customer service and I will return again and again Tim SylvesterAurora 80016

I had narrowed down my car issue to a warped rotor as my front end was vibrating while applying the brakes at high speed. I took the vehicle in to get evaluated and they said that it was an issue with a rotor but they weren't sure which one. Unfortunately the brake pads were still at 10 mm.They suggested that I replace all the brake pads and rotors for a total cost of approximately $1,100 and the second option was to replace just the front rotors and brake pads for approximately $600. The tech never mentioned any other options.I then asked what the cost would be to resurface the rotors and replace just the front brake pads. After a $20 coupon my cost was about $250 out the door and my issue was resolved.If someone less knowledgeable about brake issues had gone to them they would have been out $1100-600 instead of $250. If you have the time, it might be worth getting a second opinion unless you have money to burn.Pros.... they did have the brake pads in stock and were able to get my brakes fixed the same day thus the 3 star review.

Be careful everyone. Cheaper is almost never better, i just don't have a better shop in Colorado.I went to this location, and while I understand my shocks and struts may need to be repaired, the driver side was very obviosly tampered with. When I sent the pictures to the district manager Rich, he went out of his way to explain how the mechanism worked several times as though I'm a moron and don't understand how the assembly works.At the end of the day the mechanism was leaking profusely and the boot torn in a way inconsistent with normal wear and tear. They took very little responsibility and offered no assistance in repair when I am 100% sure that's not how I left the car with them for a routine oil change

I love my car. It s the nicest car I ve ever owned. After 4 attempts at another service shop to stop squeaky breaks, I lived with it for 18 months. With my 11 year old car approaching 70k miles (I know, right ) I took it into this location of Breaks Plus to have the breaks checked and a tune up. I m now back to 5 days a week back in the office and driving more than I ever had since getting the car about two years ago. Not only did they show me on the car what needed done (wow, it s weird to stand under your own car), gave my car the tune up I wanted rolling into 70k miles, and gave me quiet as a mouse breaks, (and they called it a sports car, wow would my former 05 Corolla be jealous) they shuttled me to my office all the way at Denver Tech Center, had the car done earlier than expected, and gave my work colleague who dropped me back off a free oil change card. Nate was exceptionally polite, understood my concerns and how I wanted to treat this car well because I plan on keeping it as long as possible. He explained care for the new brakes and rotors, and gave me a quote for a future repair (leaky front driver side axle) that was not immediate but simply so I knew what to expect which was $300 less than the passenger side I had repaired at the other shop. Vinny was sweet and polite at pickup, and the other black polo d manager, whose name I did not catch, was absolutely understanding of my need to have the car back by end of business day. I will absolutely be returning to this Brakes Plus location for future services on my 2012 Lexus IS 250. Nate and his team are truly professionals.I gave them a call and was seen within minutes that same day.They were cheaper then the competitor quote by $60 dollars and did the work with much effort and care.The lobby is very spacious,clean with wifi availiable.They pointed out another small issue I had and gave me the option to decline or accept, I respect a mechanic that shows you the issue and let s you witness for yourself what is going on, that gave me a peace of mind that I was not being overcharged or took advantage ofThis location is very honest and doing business the right wayI 100% recommend brakes plus and if you are not in the area it won t bother to give them a call, they truly are in the business to help youService: Auto brake replacement
