I've gone to Brakes Plus for years as I have been very pleased with their service and advice. Today I just came in for an oil change. They found 3 other items that needed attention. When I asked for more information, they patiently explained why each item needed attention and how soon. I was pleased with how well I was treated!

I had an appointment for my brakes.Ty was amazing, customer service on point, very thorough and very handsome.The prices were great for a single mom budget no hidden or excessive fees.Ty explained everything I needed done with patience and clarity so I could pick the package that worked for me.The place was clean and we even got pizza.The wait was reasonable for what we were there for and I can drive around safely thanks to Ty and brakes plus. Will definitely be coming back for services and referring my friends.

Sal was Awesome! He helped guide us to the proper repairs we needed. He explained everything and pricing as well. We even added services because we trust him and the experience he brings. He treated us with total respect and the service here is quick and thorough. I would recommend this location for your next brake and service needs.

Awesome service!! Scheduling an appointment was very easy, and as stated, they got my car into their shop quickly, service was thorough and outstanding because my car brakes no longer grab and squeal when driving, and my technician Tony did an outstanding job servicing my car. Everything was explained to me in detail, and the entire staff is friendly, and helpful. The price was much, much lower than a competitors quote, so highly suggest anyone looking for quality brake service to come to this shop!!

Came in last year to check my breaks and everyone was very friendly and helpful with the issues I was having with my car. Even took me back and showed me what was causing the problem. Came in today and it s no different. I have to say the customer service is amazing. Everyone is very nice, helpful and attentive.

Joe Prada (yes, like the designer purse) was my service advisor. He was very professional and checked me in, in a timely manner. He s got a great personality and a sense of humor, which was appreciated. My dad has been using this location for literal years and he s always happy with his service and the people. Both him and I would recommend this location to others.

I had my brakes done several times in the past year from a different repair facility, each time within weeks or even days my rotors were warping.I contacted Nate he told me to bring it in and he determined it needed a different type of brakes for my vehicle and had them special ordered and installed very quickly!I am very pleased with the brakes now and so glad Nate could diagnose and fix this ongoing issue!

Visited 3/16 and they hooked me up! Manager Nate & Tyler we re both polite and profession people who didn t mind answering questions. The service felt honest and I overheard them showing customers the actual visual problems with vehicles. Plan on visiting in the future. Thanks peace

This location is absolutely excellent! The excellent customer service is why I travel 6 miles out of my way to get here when there is a Big-O (or Big-Zero as I call them) 2 minutes from my house. I watched as the diverse staff treated EVERYONE equally and with respect as they walked in the door. I watched as they carefully pulled my vehicle into the garage area (and I could still see my truck through the large lobby window) and checked everything they said that they would. At the end, Jos� came in the lobby, addressed me as "Sir" and explained all the repairs etc to me after he pulled my truck up to the lobby door (and didn't just dump it off in the parking lot of the neighboring business like Big-zero on Tower and Hampden does and sends you packing to go find it! I would give 6 stars for Excellent customer service and workmanship! They made me trust their work and I'm looking at their other services for future work and minor repairs.

This place is great. My girlfriend needed some maintenance on her truck and they did a great job. Not to mention Tyler, their front desk staff, is cool, understanding, and goes above and beyond and helped with the situation and got the job done efficiently I really recommend going to this location he fixed confusion and got it handled

I got an alignment after a set of new tires at Discount Tire. The referral coupon was higher than Discount mentioned, they got me in promptly, and the estimated time was very accurate. When I noticed that my steering was still wiggly, they got me in quickly to assess the issue and confirm the alignment. They recommended that I get the tires i purchased balanced, which resolved the issue.I'm very happy with my service, and will be returning on the future.

Second time this week I took a car in and Tony handled my issue expertly both times.Today, I thought my wheel bearings were bad and I was bracing myself for an expensive fix.Tony took extra time to look things over and found the problem and fixed it very inexpensively.Thanks again Tony.
