Big O Tires on Smoky Hill Road is the one and only tire place for my family's vehicles. I have worked with them for years and always been very satisfied with their service and products. I've often worked with the gentleman named Dennis who has helped me out of a jam more than once. I highly recommend this big o location and if possible ask for Dennis! I'm grateful they are the people when I need tires that get it done. Five stars!

Last Friday night we punctured a tire, in the middle of a snow storm, and while trying to get my family and dinner home. We got to big o tires just before close. They didn t have time to fix our tire before they were supposed to be done. It didn t matter, Dennis and the team took us in any way and made sure we were able to safely get home. I ll be using Big O in the future for all my vehicle needs. They understand the importance of building community and business at the same time.

These guys are so helpful and respectful of your time and experience. We have used their services many times and I will never go elsewhere. All the customer reps are kind and helpful and the mechanics do a fantastic job to make sure your car is road ready. I was slotted for new tires and got a great deal with better tires that fit my lifestyle because they took the time to get to know my life- we love this store!

THESE GUYS ARE OUTSTANDING, EVEN THOUGH THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME IN BIG O Tires they made me feel like I've been coming here for years. Dennis stood out to me with his professionalism, and caring attitude, I had my daughter with me and I could see him through the window trying to make his away from around the counter to come help me with the door. 5 stars services and I'm honored to say they have gained a new and loyal customer!

The whole crew at the Smoky Hill Big O is really great! We've been bringing our vehicles here for years and have received friendly, honest, reliable service everytime. This last month William helped me get my brakes in much better shape! In years past they've done shocks and struts, oil changes, and other regular maintenance for us also. Always my first stop for vehicle care!

Dennis was very helpful in getting my car all new tires. He communicated everything very clearly and explained it in a way I could understand. These guys are awesome. Dennis was my sales guy and took really good care of me. Very transparent and made sure I got back on the road safely. Aaron the mechanic was awesome as well and took great care of my truck. Best place for service in the Denver area.

William K helped me through the whole process. He ordered the wheels I wanted and got them installed quickly. The whole team did a great job ensuring my wheels and truck were handled with care, but what really made this visit special was Williams can-do attitude and his smile. Will be back for sure!

Smoky Hill big O tire is a must for anyone that needs tires or an oil change or brakes. I went in there today and got the best service ever. I actually did take down the gentleman s name that helped me , but of course I lost the business card. All I can tell you is he loves the Yankees. If you need anything with tires or anything related to working on a car, I highly recommend you visit this place not only was this a great experience today, but every time I go in there they are friendly and so cooperative! Thanks guys for balancing my Audis wheels !!

Started my day off with a flat, called into Big O and Dennis was so quick and happy to help. I came in around 3pm to have my tires replaced, oil changed and brakes inspected and was out the door by 5:15! He was so friendly and helpful without being the typical pushy sales person. I will definitely come back for all my car repairs!

I have been going to the Big O Tires located at 22994 E Smokey Hill Rd in Aurora for over a year now to service my personal and work vehicle. Dennis has always been my main point of contact there. He has always been a pleasure to work with. Dennis gives it to you straight, even if it s bad news, and always provides the best and most affordable solutions to fix my vehicles. He has a great attitude and it is easy to see he cares about his community and the safety of their vehicles. Thanks again as usual Dennis! Much appreciated!

Had a low air indicator for my tires and pulled in to get the air adjusted. The techs found a screw and a nail in my tires. They fixed it for free. No fuss or muss. Thanks!

Another tire shop across town told me I needed to replace a tire due to a nail. I came to my trusted guys here and they patched it in 15 minutes they patched it, checked the tire tread, and William was just awesome on the phone and in person.

I ve been coming to Big O for over 5-6 years; for oil changes and work. The guys always take care of me; they re upfront about diagnostic and what to expect then they deliver quality work! Extremely grateful they re in the neighborhood, get me in for work within a reasonable time and honest. As a woman sometimes its hard to find a quality, honest mechanic. They do require an appointment for oil changes but honestly prefer it this way! Dennis usually helps me when I go in. Great guy and attitude! All of the crew is friendly and welcoming. I m big on customer service and again they exceed my expectations!

We always have the best experience at this Big O Tires! We recently had to buy TWO complete sets of tires and we worked with Dennis both times. He even recognized my husband when he returned for the 2nd set. Dennis was professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful with the whole process. Love love this Big O store. Close to my house and I have gone here for multiple vehicles for new tires. The guys always let me know the best Big O tires in that season. I am also in for tire fixes because Colorado roads have so many nails and they get me in and are fast. This week had another nail and Dennis helped me and I was in and out. SO AWESOME! I always come here for tires, rotations, etc.

I brought my car in for an oil change without an appointment. No problem. I was given a completion time and the car was ready early. Fluids were topped off and tire pressure checked. I had a great experience at Big O.

Came in on March 14 2024 and met up with Dennis and his guys to get a tire patch done in the bad snow. They took care of me amazingly!! They were very "hostile" inside joke as I meant to say hospitable to them as I left. We cracked some jokes and talked to pass the time. Good people over at this Big O location!!

I went into Big O tires to have a tire checked for a slow leak. I dropped my car off, walked over to a local restaurant to grab some lunch and by the time I got back, my car was ready to go. Dennis provided prompt and courteous service and dealt with my issue all within the hour. Big O didn t even charge me a dime.I highly recommend stopping this location and seeing Dennis for great service!

I took my car in and asked for some radiator coolant. Shane came out right away and took a look. Other places tried to upsell me on expensive main work but Shane said it just needed a quick top off. He took care of it in 5 minutes and I was on my way. This is truly an awesome place to take your car!!

I needed Preventive Maintenance performed on my company fleet vehicle. Setting up the appointment was easy and working with Dennis was absolutely perfect. Dennis was very helpful and professional. He explained some of the things that couldn't be performed due to our corporate mandates and overall, was very helpful in explaining what was performed on the vehicle. An absolute pleasant experience overall!

Extremely disappointed with the service I received. I brought my car in to fix a coolant leak, paid a high price for the service, and the problem persisted the very next day. When I returned to the shop, they refused to acknowledge their mistake and insisted I pay again for the same issue. Frustrated by their lack of accountability and poor customer service, I chose not to have them fix the car again. I would caution others to consider alternative options for car repairs, given the high cost, lack of accountability, and the need for additional payments to address unresolved issues.

I ve come to this big o for almost 2 years now for all my automotive needs. I recently purchased 4 new tires and just got a nail in the sidewall! Unfortunately I didn t realize my tires didn t come with a warranty. While I was upset about having to buy another tire William was incredibly kind and helpful and ensured I now have a warranty on all my tires, so not if but when I come in again with a flat I ll be covered! Thanks so much for your help!

I had Dennis take care of me and my car and he was super helpful and had great communication skills, they constantly let me know the status of my car which made me super comfortable leaving my car with them! I will definitely be coming back!
