The guy who helped us at the front desk was so helpful . So glad we had a good experience here . And the rest of the guys they were so nice as well, we didn't see any of them having a bad day ! They have a comfortable waiting room tho

This is the best shop I have been to! Everyone was very kind and detailed. I called last minute and they still made time to do everything I asked and more.Thank you TEAM 6TU. Very comfortable as you wait as well.

Not sure about other people's experiences, but mine was excellent. Got all 4 tires replaced in about an hour or so. They did not have 2/4 tires there, they got them though, got the job done and car drives much better. Keep in mind. We just got hit by a snow storm and he was dedicated to be open and get jobs done. The manager/technician there worked with me on time and cost. Dude really showed he cared to be honest. There's a reason this place has a 4.7 rating. Let's see if we can raise it. I am not a fake person, bot, paid actor, or personal friend of his, just a guy that got great service today. I wrote this good review because he went out of his way for me; if you do a good job for me, I'll leave a good review. Remember not all Big O Tires are made the same, they are not even connected funny enough (you need to know that so you can make the right decision). Talk with Mike. He's the man! 15405 E 6th ave., Aurora Colorado.I've said enough. Time to get back to work!

I recently visited Big O Tires for a flat on my '98 Toyota Avalon and was impressed by the prompt and professional service. A big shoutout to Braeden F. for their expertise in quickly resealing my tire. Their attention to detail and customer care made my experience outstanding. Highly recommend Big O Tires for reliable and efficient tire services!

Went the the Big O Tires on 6th Ave Aurora Colorado to fix my tire today and they did amazing! The entire staff was so friendly but Kyle just went over the top! All of the lanes were filled to put my new tire on and he offered to use the thing out of my car to put it on (have no idea what it s called) but THANK YOU saved me so much time:)

The team was thorough and honest. Alvin was able to offer me a walk in appointment, address my needs with a quote for a balance of tires, and when his team showed me the tires unmounted from the car with more wear than I expected and metal embedded in the low tread I opted for replacing the back tires before an upcoming road trip.Grateful for the peace of mind, approachable staff and super clean waiting area with WiFi.

Willie and Nac quickly assessed my flat and determined it could be saved with just a patch, saving me money on a new tire. Best part is they patched it for free!! Highly recommend!!

I went here Saturday and the experience I had was AMAZING!! The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. Not only that they explained what services they have from the pricing to what exactly would happen to my car. Mike and the other staff member was amazing. This is by my go to from now on!

Honestly, at first I was really worried I was going to no longer be a customer of big o tires. I came in to this location since the location I usually go to(Abilene) is closer. However, availability worker better at this location. I came in because I started hearing creaking going over bumps, I knew it couldn't be my shocks or struts since I had just got them done a little over a year ago and only 8k miles later. I get a call to find out that's exactly what was wrong which left me confused and upset as it isn't a cheap job to get done. I was then told because of their warranty that I was barely over, only parts would be covered. That still upset me. Eventually, everything got sorted out and Mike and his team took care of me and even took care of other repairs on top of it. I'm highly satisfied and I will be coming back to this location. I'm very thankful they were able to work with me and they definitely impressed me.

Great service! I had a flat tire on a snowy day, and it was beyond repair, so they put my spare on until I could get some new tires. I really appreciate the kindness they showed me. I will go back if given the opportunity. I highly recommend them!

Great experience! I went in Wednesday to get quotes on tires, and returned Saturday to get the service done. Within 2 hours of drop off, the car was ready, all new tires and an alignment done. Alvin and Mike were helpful and their explanations were understandable. First time coming here and they made me feel like I can trust what they tell me .Thank you all so much! From the people I spoke to at the counter to all the mechanics you have working on the cars, you can feel the work environment is incredible! Keep up the outstanding customer service!

Flat tires suck but Mike, Braeden, and the rest of the crew at Big O Tires early this morning made it not so bad! They were quick to get me in, explained what they were looking for and the potential outcomes, attempted what sounded like a tricky patch job and it's holding perfectly! They seemed honest and practical; I lucked out that I was close by when my tire gave out.

Had something in my tire and noticed it was at 11 PSI. Went to this location and within 15 minutes my car was already in being looked at. Mark helped a lot by giving me a quote for some new tires in the future and had me out of the shop within 30 minutes. Thanks for the quick fix and work by Mark and his crew!!

Mike, the manager and the other gentleman working the front desk were very helpful. I called Mike the first thing in the morning and he was very reassuring about my car's tire issues. I brought my car in later that afternoon and I received the same service as I had earlier in the morning. The technician that worked on my tires was quick and efficient. I was back on the road in no time. While I was waiting for my car to get done. Mike waited on a few other customers. He gave them the same courtesies that I had received.

I discovered a nail in my tire Sunday morning I called and they got me in quick . Willie and Robert helped me out and got me in that same day . They fixed my tire right away and didn t even charge me. Amazing customer service, I will definitely be back for any service needed!

Today I came in because one of my tires had gone flat and with the snow storm in full force I didn't want to be driving on a donut. That being said I found out that the tire was beyond repair and that if I only got one new one of the same make and model that the treads would be uneven and cause more problems for me, so essentially I needed to replace all 4 wheels. This of course is not cheap and so the staff member Mike who was helping me printed out a quote for how much it would cost per tire and installation cost, went over 3 possible options of tires, and instructed me to compare their price with the price my dealership could offer me with my warranty. I still have to go to the dealership and work out which will be the better deal, and if the price is better at Big O I'll definitely be returning. Mike and Alvin were both incredibly helpful, prompt, and professional. If the price difference isn't that great I may still come back and have them fix my tires just because the service was so great. All that being said I highly recommend this Big O location.

Usually walking into a shop to get your car worked on is less than pleasant but that was far from the case this time! Mike the manager made the experience amazing!! He was patient and fair and made the experience pleasant! Will def be recommending this shop to others if that s the standard of customer service Mike has in his shop! Thanks Mike.

Big O Tires provided outstanding customer service during my visit on Monday, March 18, 2024. I scheduled an appointment online for 5:00 p.m. Upon arrival, there was only one person attending to the cars. Despite being unable to accommodate me at the designated time due to their closing at 6:00 p.m., Mikky was exceptionally polite and apologetic. He kindly requested that I return the following morning for assistance, to which I agreed.As I was leaving, Mikky approached me and offered to fit me in if I was willing to wait. I accepted his offer and appreciated his attentiveness as I described the tire issues I had encountered previously. Mikky took the time to accurately determine the correct tire sizes for my vehicle and directed me to the front counter to make my selection.At the front counter, Mike patiently walked me through the tire options, helping me choose mid-range tires suitable for city driving. He was courteous and suggested that I could wait in the lounge or take a walk while they completed the service. Both gentlemen were incredibly helpful throughout the process, keeping me informed and patiently addressing my questions without rushing, unlike many other automotive establishments. They even offered deals on additional car issues, assuring me they would be taken care of upon my return.Despite their closing time, they graciously worked on my car beyond 6:00 p.m., delivering a wonderful experience. Their exceptional service exceeded my expectations, and I am immensely grateful for their assistance. I highly recommend Big O Tires and have already referred family and friends to their establishment. A big thank you to both Mike and Mikky!!

Pretty much everything big O said was a lie. The contract they wrote out for me. Everything they said was a lie. I went into this place to get my tire fixed. They said it was low tread, yet it was only at six months old.... Big O is not a company to trust.

Great customer service, needed a tire patched/plugged and the guys over here at Big O got me in immediately and fixed the problem. Would suggest this shop to anyone, great work!

On my way to the mountains I realized I had TWO flats due to nail punctures. Thankfully Big O Tires was open (on a Sunday!) and got me fixed up in no time. The gentleman in the office was very kind and took great care of me. Thank you so much!!!

This place treated me and my truck with the upmost respect. Even on a super busy day they got my tires changed very quickly and found out I had a few bad suspension parts and got those fixed for me as well. I definitely recommend this shop for all your vehicles needs. You ll leave feeling confident you got the biggest bang for your buck AND know it was done correctly.

This Big O is AMAZING. Getting work done on my car/tires is my least favorite thing to do. Mike S, the manager always take good care of my car, is transparent with things that need to be done and don t, and is FAST. I will continue to come here for my tires and needs. Thank you, Mike!!

I discovered a nail in my tired two days before Thanksgiving. Mike and Alvin helped us out and got us in first thing the next morning. They got it plugged right away and didn t even charge us. Absolutely spectacular customer service, and they got us back on the road while we focused on entertaining our company. We will definitely be back for future needs.

5 star review, for 5 star service. Came in with two flats and Willie was able to fix both in less that 45 minutes! He was extremely friendly over the phone and in person as well. Very happy with our experience here.
