Tom and Dave gave us 5 Star service at the end of the day on a Saturday. Everyone was ready to go home for the week but we had a flat tire and we needed help right away. These guys took excellent care of us and were friendly and professional about, too. Tom especially took time to understand our situation and our needs and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. Bravo!

They did a great job!! My tires didn't arrive for my initial appointment, there was a blizzard, to be fair. Promised me next day service and they made good. I showed up, they took my truck back right away and I was in and out in less than an hour.

My absolute place to go with all my vesicles. I have trusted these guys since I moved here in 2018. They have always done right by me. I had one issue in ALL the years I have came here, and they were quick to rectify it. If you want an actual place you can trust, this is it!

Big O Tires (Iliff & Chambers) is my go to place for all my car needs. They ve done routine maintenance as well as some bigger repairs for my brakes and exhaust system over the last two years. They provide great service at reasonable prices and are always open to questions or using layman s terms to explain vehicle issues. Not to mention the friendly staff! You re always greeted with a smile at Big O!

Your kindness and dedication to great customer service didn t go unnoticed. Thanks for taking the time to throughly explain the items that need attention on our vehicles. Great prices and good selection, easy to find the tires you need.Very flexible with service appointments, they update you with any parts that are close to the end of it s use to make you aware, they said just so you know, did not try to offer parts and service.Manager Dave was very profesional and knowledgeable also mechanics techs Alex and Ivan worked fast and accurately and willing to go the extra mile, I have found my new tire shop.

Tom makes any car issue so much smoother. I continue to come back here because I feel like I can trust him. He never tries to take advantage of me not knowing about cars. I really feel comfortable working with him knowing I am in safe trustworthy hands. Thank you Tom!

Gave them a call as I needed an alignment for my vehicle. Tom was able to fit me in and get my car aligned. Dropped the car early in the morning and it was ready a little after 1pm. Great service.

We rolled in at the end of the day on a Saturday, and they graciously fit us in to fix our flat. Saved date night! Excellent service, clean waiting area, friendly staff- David was so helpful and kind. Highly recommend!

Tom at Big O was very helpful, empathatic, and kind. They were able to get me in quickly for an alignment after hitting a curb with the heavy snow. Tom even went above and beyond to get me a burrito while i waited. Awesome service! Thanks guys.

Do not come to this big O tires I set an appointment here was told that I was able to replace two tires on a jeep with the same tread and also was gonna replace TPS sensors. The guy told me there that he was not going to do it And would not touch my vehicle after I was told that I was able to go ahead and do it here. This is the second time that this has happened to me at the shop I ve had to go to other places where I was called back and told that they were sorry for the inconvenience and that they would do it. Do not go there with the older man. He also needs customer service classes. Funny thing was they were dead and he didn t want to do his job like last time. Only go there when the younger workers are there.

I had a screw in my side wall so the tire couldn't be repaired...I purchased a new tire which had to be ordered. They called when it came in and now I'm back rolling with confidence! Thanks Big O!

Do not go here. Felt like they were trying to upsell me. Took to competitor and they did All the same work and more for $3200 less. Feel sorry for the poor souls who dnt know any better, and spend their hard earned money here, instead of another place that won't try to take to to the ringer.

Everyone at this location are Professional and nice. They went up and beyond to take care of my car. Bailey was very professional explains the differences on the tires, got me setup with some good tires for the winter. Keep up the good work.

Went to get two tires changed, came back they changed the wrong ones, left again, came back again, drove home just to realize to mischarged the wrong tires again, went back and was told there was a knot on a tire I know there wasn't. We feel swindled and lied too, Thomas needs to get a new job because he isn't doing a good one here.

I've used this Big-O-Tires location for years and have always been satisfied with their work. Everything from oil changes and tires for our newer cars to fairly major work on my two teenager's junkers. They've always done quality work at a good price and never tried to upsell me on anything. I'll be going there for years to come.

I couldn t have been happier with the customer service David provided at this location. Literally helped myself and my daughter with our tire issues and got everything done efficiently. He was so incredibly nice and made our experience the best.

Booked an appointment the night before. Specifically asked if they had the tire they needed for my car. They said yes. I'm always skeptical, so I called again the next morning to check again, and asked if they were REALLY sure (because I live rurally, over an hour away). They said yes. Get there at 1pm and discover they don't have my tire. They want to take my car and have me wait in the waiting room while they get the tire brought over to the location from the warehouse. I refuse, saying I will wait in my car - I am working on the phone and need to keep working while I can. I go into the office after an hour. They say my tire isn't here yet. I ask when it will be. They don't know, but "it should be soon". I wait another hour and a half (I'm busy with work calls) and I go into the office again to ask. This time I insist that they ask the person who talked to the warehouse.The warehouse is closed. My tire is not coming. They have known this for over two hours. Their communication sucks. It's a Saturday afternoon, and I have to call around other tire places to try and find someone with my tire to get it repaired, as I'm leaving on a road trip on a Monday. Five phone calls, 30 miles of driving and another four hours later, I finally get it done somewhere else.I'm still pissed enough that even though it's now several months later, I'm finally writing this review.

I will be honest, I am not a customer of this Big O Tires. I love the one on Hampden and Tower and they always take such good care of me. My roommate uses this one on Chambers and Iliff, did not have an appointment but was told they could look at it same day if she was willing to leave it there and would have it ready in an hour or so. We ran some errands and called 3 hours later to check on the car. A service tech very rudely told us they did not have time to do it today and we need to keep it until Monday but nobody had called sooner to let her know. When we went in to pick up the keys and the look the guy gave her was the most appalling thing I have ever seen from a worker of customer service, like she had some something wrong. Needless to say we will not be going back to this location and I will stick with Tower and Hampden for all my car needs.

Excellent and fast service. Fixed the screw in my tire in less than an hour. Rey helped me get in and out quickly. Definitely recommend!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this specific location of Big O Tires largely due to their amazing, fast and friendly staff. The manager here is very knowledgeable and extremely customer service oriented. I brought my 2019 Mercedes here to have a last minute tire checked due to a sensor light indication. Though they were incredibly busy they were still able to get me in and out in a more than reasonable amount of time. Not to mention I was not charged for the excellent service they provided. The premises are well kept, organized and very clean. I again HIGHLY RECOMMEND and thank you.

I sorta understood the bundle deals but got lost somewhere in the mix. It would be a good deal if I could just afford all four tires and the donuts being homeless I just can't afford it.

Came here a few times and every time I do the services is excellent, David Martinez provides fast and efficient front desk service, along with his co workers Dennis phan and Aaron adams with great tire services was in and out of the shop in no time would recommend this place
