Mr. Shawn was extremely helpful when I was having difficulty pulling the plug off my mass airflow sensor on my car. He told me a trick and it worked. Thk you Mr. Shawn for being patient with me.

WARNING about this store! Do not put your hand in your coat pocket. At 11:35 AM today December 12 2023 I took what turned out to be a very poor quality photo of a pair of gloves I was interested in. As I walked down the aisle I heard a woman's voice behind me asking if I needed any help finding anything. I turned around and responded "No I'm just browsing". The woman then asked "What is in your pocket?" She surprised me and I responded with a startled "What". She pointed at my pocket and said "I saw you put something in your pocket". I reached in the pocket she was pointing at and pulled out the item as I said "This is called a cellphone". I then pulled out from my other pocket the $90 in AutoZone gift cards I was planning on spending. I was upset by this employees actions and could no longer complete my shopping at that store. As I left I told the employee I would not spend my money at that store and she responded "She was just doing her job". Unfortunately I still have $90 in AutoZone gift cards to use but never want to shop at any AutoZone again after today's experience.

I started off with someone that unfortunately did not know how to assist me, then the place got busy, but then I was assisted by a gentlemen named Sharp who helped fix my A/C. He went above and beyond to make sure I had the tools and let me borrow those that I lacked.Despite the fact that they got busy they we're still able to assist me with my stressful at the time fix. So easily would recommended coming here.

I ve come to this location several times now + happen to get the same employee. Her name is Stephanie + she is just Awesome!!!! She is very knowledgeable about all the products + has great advice!!! I needed a new battery + she offered to install it. It was a hassle getting the old one out + the new one to fit + make sure the contact was just right, because it was real loose. She went above + beyond to make sure it was snug + tight + will not be coming loose. She has been amazing every time I come in, making sure I know my options + the outcome of each!!! Just a fantastic person + employee. AutoZone is lucky to have her!!!!!

Worst customer service I've ever experienced, I go to Autozone almost on the daily, and these people have no desire to help or even care if you find what you need at this store. Go One block North to 6th Ave for service worth spending your hard earned money and time with considerate employees who at the least will pretend they want your return business

This review will be a reminder not come back here. I came in to ask if the I can make an extra copy of my car key and before I could even finish my question the store associate said NO multiple times. I do not understand why that was needed. He was so rude.

This experience was horrible. I went with my VIN# and get air filter and an oil filter for my Toyota. I went home and the oil filter was wrong. I came back to the store the Store Mgr give me the right one. Then the air filter was wrong as well, and I came back again. They said "we don't have it" they send me to another store and that store said we don't have it either. Going back for the 4th time. They should train their staff better.

Have enjoyed using AutoZone for years until today. When need further assistance I asked to speak to a manager, he said I am the manager. I m not wasting my time over $5 dollars, return the product and get the F out of my store. Unfortunately will be taking my business elsewhere.

This store gets one star from me. They do not have good customer service, They are not friendly, and they do not help you find products. They need to stop talking to each other, and help the customers. They do not greet you when you enter the store. Shout out to the person that finally helped me, and checked me out.

Hi I had a flat tire one day and I had to have a tool to get my lug nuts off the manager guy there was so helpful and went out of his way to help me. I don t know for sure if he was the manager but he does work on Saturdays and Sundays. He is a short Caucasian guy I wish I knew his name because he deserves a raise for exceptional customer service

I went to autozone to buy parts like usually and I felt like I need to use a restroom. I asked a lady named Gabrilla who told me that she doesn't have restroom here. I told her that they do have restroom because I used it before. She was like yes I have restroom but you can use it because it not public.

Had a headlight that needed to be replaced. Not the most car saavy and an associate by the name of Bryan E was very kind and helpful. He even helped replace the bulb (which wasn t easy to get to). Good kid, really appreciated his help!

I needed a battery for my car FAST, and they were able to help me 1) figure out it was actually my battery that needed to be replaced, and 2) get me a good deal on a battery FAST. Thanks Gaby!

If theres any autozone to go to?Its not this one.The employees are always miserable and unkind and I was refused a return accused of lieing and damaging a part that was immediately accepted at another Autozone?Oh right because it wasnt damaged or used.5 stars or zero, what do you think?

Apparently if you are African American your business is not wanted here. I walked in, no acknowledgement was made. No offer of assistance, and when I got in line no cashier acknowledged me. They did acknowledge the Caucasians who came in after me though. Poor service & plenty of disrespect. Go to O'Reillys.

There's a guy in this store that is amazing! I went to the location on Mississippi and Potomac and they asked me what type of brakes I needed but did not have the front brakes so they directed me to this Auto Zone when I got here this guy was answering the phone, went outside to check what type of brakes I needed, checked the engine light part I needed, answered the questions from the other associates. He was on it, I was very impressed.

This store is completely lost. I ordered some parts 2 weeks ago that were supposed to be in within 3 days. I have called multiple times, gone into the store multiple times. everyone just keeps telling me "oh there on the way" or "sometimes the orders just take longer from the HUB". I could have just ordered the parts from another supplier by now but they keep telling me there on the way. What a joke of a company.

The place is great the customer service is great the guy there named JP and he really help me out you really knew what I needed nobody was talking about feels good to know that somebody knows what you talking about when you're talking about it thanks AutoZone all of my auto worries have been demolished. Did the JP I'd give him 20 Stars if I could but the only lie to give five to give AutoZone 10 will give JP 25

They tried to rudely, accuse me of lying about a parts warranty deal. (Which still makes 0 sense to me)So I went back with all my receipts and transactions to prove I actually bought all the parts there. They still refused to process it.I went 4 blocks up the street to the other auto zone and they processed my refund, no questions asked, no hassle.The staff at this location was rude, disrespectful and completely clueless... including the manager.Won t ever be back.

Simon stepped in when things were not looking good. He was professional and very pleasant. I ordered online to pickup and the autozone website made some mistakes and I was getting frustrated. Simon was fantastic and handled the situation amazingly well. Thank you.

The staff was very helpful. I had a check engine light on, and the young man hooked it up and printed the results from the diagnostic machine right away. He was extremely polite and respectful!

Very poor service and the young manager was not experienced with giving advice on part replacementHe sold me a faulty can of R134a ac charge . It was damaged and obviously a return from last season or whatever? I went back in to explain the van was used and damaged and that young fellow was horribly Krass and refused to even hear me out and I was embarrassed to have spent 40 dollars of my hard earned money on a return item that was faulty as well as obviously used. He stuffed the cab in a bag after he scanned it and I got totally disappointed as soon as I get outside of the store I noticed it was a damaged used can and I paid cashI truly believe that that young man refused my return and he did the refund Himself as I watched him go directly to the register he was at for my purchase and he did remove I will never again be going to shop autozone in my life and I plan to write to the corporate

Mallory tested my battery, let me borrow the tools needed to remove it, charged it for me, then tested it again after I hooked it back up to show me the problem was actually my alternator.Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and even slid in a reasonable sale. If I ever need help again with something I can fix myself I'm defiantly going back to this store because of her.

Came in for some fluid stuff for my car cause it was super hot me not knowing anything about cars Mr Banks was very patient with me and even told a few jokes to ease my anxiety Thank you I will be returning to this specific Autozone

Meh...customer service left a lot to be desired. I went in to have my battery tested. No greeting when I walked in, which is ok considering the one employee I saw was with a customer. However, after I walked in two more people walked in. When she finished with the customer at the counter she looked around, confused, and then just pointed at me. I asked to have my battery tested. She hooked up her tester, told me it was a bad battery, was under warranty, but because it wasn't under my name I couldn't get a replacement. Sooo, it's not under warranty then...
