I called and inquired about 2 subwoofers that are for sale in the store and I was told he will not sell them to me because I'm not buying a custom system $$$. Seeing as I already have a system in my car I don't need another one? I've never in my life heard of anybody decline a customer of a product that is for sale in the store because they won't purchase more product with it??? I know a good amount of my customers that have used Auto sound mark and I've always referred them along with others as well. Being in the new car business as a finance director I come face to face with 15+ new people everyday some asking where to get stereo and install alike. I will not be referring you anymore and I will take the time out of my day to make the necessary phone calls to the ones I just recently referred to your store and prior customers that have spent good money in your store. Thanks

Don't go to this shop, spent over 3k here after a year nothing is working)I called them, they said after 90 days they don't cover anythingOh btw, they don't care about people's reviews )

Terrible installers. Rude sales people. Over priced for the lack of quality. Surprised this place is in business. They break stuff, they lie and are shady. Only have a 90 day warranty where everyone has a year on product and lifetime on labor. They don't do refunds easily. They are whinny babies when they don't make a sale or have a attempt a refund. Please do yourself a favor and never shop here. Worst company.

Not recommended at all! Overpriced and terrible service. If they could they would charge you to open the entrance door for you.Really discourteous people.Took a Pioneer set of stereo and speakers to install. They finish the installation and when I turned the stereo on, one of the speakers was making a vibration zone. I told them and they blame it on the product and wouldn t try to solve it.When I arrived home, I remove the interior panel of the door, loosen a little bit the screws of the speaker and the vibration sound disappear.

Came to get an estimate, the guy that help me was rude and I didn t like the way he talked to me. Why does he have a shop if he doesn t take care of new customers, I didn t ask you to do my work for free and that s not the appropriate way to talk to me. Customers deserve to be treated in a respectful way. I REALLY HOPE THAT YOUR BUSINESS GETS CLOSED BY STATE LAW AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, THATS WHAT YOU DESERVE.

Worst shop ever, don t go there, save your time and money. They charge way more just because the other shops are booked and this shop is always available. Charge me $227 to put led lights then I found out all the screws are not there for the headlights, and my led bar is not working. Comeback to check what s wrong with my led bar light, they wanna charge me $125 to fix it, knowing it was working before I left the car at there shop 1 day ago. Lesson learned don t go there the service is trash the communication is the worst and they talk to you with no respect.

Mark and his staff do an excellent job of explaining the cost and the work and warranty is the best.If you have an issue they take you in and fix the issue. I have been going to Autosound Mark for 15+ years.I send all that I consider friends to his shop.RobertDenver

Decent place. Guy tries to upsell electrical and puts a crazy upcharge on the alts when you can buy a BrandX with lifetime warranty for about 499 and if you get a new vehicle they'll replace it for like 100 bucks if you send in the old one. Pretty good deal compared to 700 with the hopes that it lasts for a long time.Pros:They have the BEST selection of subs in Denver that I have found. I've only lived here since 2022 but man they have some subs and amps that are GREAT compared to say car toys for example.The staff knows their stuff but again, upcharges come in to play with that information but also I understand information is valuable, but I digress.Cons:Upcharge is wild.Always packed which is great for them but bad if you want something big done in a timely manner and you're on a tight schedule.Overall still 5 stars because it's like a good Jamaican food restaurant, you may not like the prices, the staff might be a little rude...but you're going to love the quality of the food! And that's worth a little bit of a hassle if you ask me.

Went in today's to get a quote to get some speakers repaired in my car and replaced some of the best same day service I have ever seen and high quality work. Highly recommend

BEWARE! I was shopping for a new stereo for my car. Read reviews as anyone would do. Decided to try Auto Sound Mark. Met the team. Bought a $960 product on 3/4/2020 which included installation and bring it back if you are not happy with it! We chatted options and features. Sounded good. Everything was done with a handshake which is valued more than a contract where I come from.The installation took almost 7 hours and was not finished at end of day so we agreed on an appointment two weeks later as we were leaving town.On appointment day, the shop was closed due to COVID-19. I left messages and Auto Sound Mark called me back and said they would finish everything as soon as they could reopen. They never called.I went to Auto Sound Mark 4/29/2020. I asked for a refund. I was not happy without the features they had promised. The owner claimed all I was offered was done and no more work nor would he refund ANYTHING.So, if you do business with Auto Sound Mark, make sure everything is written and signed by you and Auto Sound Mark.People are only as good as their word.

Wow this company is a joke. Please don't shop here. I went to their website and nothing loads, clicking on any tabs doesn't go anywhere. A 2 year old made their website. So I called. Talked to a "manager" with no and I mean no customer service skills. I was asking about the site and he said just come in and see what we have. I said I want to shop online or over the phone and he said well just come in. I asked about remote starts they have and his answer was to come in. Very rude and unprofessional and I'd never give this place my money. Beware. And read all the bad reviews. This place is a joke

Great customer service and good products! These guys will get you set up with a good system! Would definitely recommend coming here before you go to car toys. No hour wait time just to get an employee to help with what your looking for!

If I could I would give 0 stars.1. Dropped my car off at 8am for window tint, was told since I paid before I had a reserved spot and it would take only a couple hours, it took them 4 hours to do it;2. While picking up the car the owner st8arts saying that things happen and that's when I notice that they scratched half of my back glass cutting the film over it (it's a 2020, 1 week old car). I requested some kind of proof that he will replace it and his insurance information which he didn't want to provide. He said he only does verbal agreements, no paper, no insurance and that he will fix it. IT CAN NOT BE FIXED, IT MUST BE REPLACED and he doesn't want to pay for it, neither use his insurance. After fighting back and forth he decides to not want to talk to me anymore and said that the scratch was there before because they took a pic at 10 am (after they cut the film over and damaged my car).Too shady, DO NOT take your car to this place.

I was referred to Auto Sounds Mark 6-months ago. I was confident in the work they did at the time. However, I noticed a couple months ago that my speakers in the back seat weren't the same as when I first got my car fixed. When I confronted the owner regarding this, they didn't care to help me at all. At this point I have a fully blown out speaker. They stated I "wasn't a customer" and made me feel like I was lying. They treated me very horribly and I'm positive they took advantage of me being a woman. If you're reading this, stick to chain companies: They charge more but they will NEVER put you in a position as Auto Sounds Mark did me. In my opinion, if you're a woman, bring a male that is knowledgeable in this field to help avoid this.

Colorado has some shady business people! I took my 04 ML 350 to get a quote for HIDs I was quoted $245 then the guy told me $350 because of the car I said ok! The owner went out and came back and stared talking in Spanish then had a conversation with me about my car being a Benz and blah... He then told me my price for LEDs (because that s what a benz needs he says) would be $700 dollars! He lost the sell being greedy! Colorado needs to get with it the city people are moving in and won t be ripped off!

I bought a kenwood ddx375bt from Best Buy and was told it would be easy to install. When I got it home and started pulling things I realized I was in over my head. I took it over to Auto Sounds Mark and they installed it very quickly. I called around town on the earliest it could be seen was Thursday, 3 days later. They had me in and out in about 1.5 hours. Install looks clean. Should have bought everything there and then I would have saved on the install. Oh well. Go there if you need professional work done. I will be back to get my tint done.

They're over priced and claim they have a warranty but they won't back it up. Also when I went it they priced me higher than my neighbor, who just happens to be Mexican. So He went back and got the item for me $50.00 cheaper.

I got a custom stereo system installed in my car and my 6 �9 speakers moved from the back into the side panels customly installed they did a beautiful job ! I would give this place more than 5 stars their customer service is excellent Marco is one of the best bosses and I would recommend this place to anybody that's going to go with car audio !! cuz it'll be done right!Plus it looks amazing !GREAT JOB !#

I went get my windows tinted & it took 2 hours and had a spark of a rock on it & a scratch at bottom of my car that I didn t have! I told the owner and he started to brag about all the cars he has and it wasn t them and how he has so much money on insurances! Horrible place to go too! The have some kids working there driving my car around! Horrible place.

I have been coming to auto sound make for 6 yers pluse in time i have two car.. He has complete full installation of kickers. Speakers and bass nobe and more.. I have never had a problem with electric or false starts or car will not start or has my alternator just went out.. His kid and the dad have always hook up my car.

People....Stick to the basics meaning all these people are good at is subwoofer install anything else just go somewhere else amd get the work done these guys are very good at subwoofer installs amd putting the bass nob under your car they have great choices of subs to choose from they are a little pricey but very quick at getting the job done..

Do NOT go here!!! I went to purchase a car alarm and have my stereo installed. When I first got there the person claiming to be the owner kept me waiting for 20 minutes while he was on the phone. When I picked up my car, the stereo shelf it sits in was improperly cut from the bottom and sticking out, and my car alarm was not set up properly because the installer had a difficult time demonstrating how it worked. The kid also seemed very young, all the workers there seemed underage (18) .My stereo was also missing 2 applications and the bluetooth was not set up. These are supposed to come already installed. When I was unhappy with my stereo and alarm condition, the owner said I was disrespectful and demanding and unwilling to fix the problems. I had to go to a professional place and pay out of pocket for the service I was initially supposed to receive from Auto Sounds Mark.
